LLR an. RLR for huge(≥10 cm)tumors at 42 in.ern.tion.l cen.ers between.***:On. hun.red RLR an. 699 LLR which met study criteria were *** comparison.between.the 2 approaches for patien.s with huge tumors were performed usin. 1:3 propen.ity-score matchin.(PSM)(73 vs.219).Before PSM,LLR was associated with sign.fican.ly in.reased frequen.y of previous abdomin.l surgery,malign.n. pathology,liver cirrhosis an. in.reased median.*** PSM,RLR an. LLR was associated with n. sign.fican. differen.e in.key perioperative outcomes in.ludin. media operation.time(242 vs.290 min.P=0.286),tran.fusion.rate rate(19.2%vs.16.9%,P=0.652),median.blood loss(200 vs.300 mL,P=0.694),open.con.ersion.rate(8.2%vs.11.0%,P=0.519),morbidity(28.8%vs.21.9%,P=0.221),major morbidity(4.1%vs.9.6%,P=0.152),mortality an. postoperative len.th of stay(6 vs.6 days,P=0.435).Con.lusion.:RLR an. 对乌干达性别权力关系与青少年性行为之间的相关性的探讨,目前还很有限。2015年的一项横断面调查,覆盖了乌干达16个有意选择的地区,评估了使用"性别平等男性"量表测量的青少年性别规范感知与性行为之间的关联(人数=867)。结果表明,使用避孕措施的行为意图与生殖健康、怀孕和疾病预防方面的性别平等规范中度相关,女孩为:r=0.23(p<0.01;95%置信区间为0.14-0.31),男孩为:r=0.22(p<0.01;95%置信区间0.12-0.31)。使用安全套的自我效能与生殖健康、怀孕和疾病预防方面的规范之间中度相关,女孩为:r=0.29(p<0.01;95%置信区间0.20-0.37),男孩为:r=0.30 (p <0.01;95%置信区间0.21-0.38)。这显示影响青少年利用健康服务的不公平性别规范持续存在。应对不公平的性别规范,需要与女孩和男孩密切协作,促进知情的同侪和伙伴讨论,与父母、宗教、政治和社区领袖建立战略伙伴关系,并加强健康信息服务,以消除错误观念。
