The Kooh-Shah region.located in.a Tertiary volcan.c-pluton.c belt of the Lut Block in.eastern.Iran.comprises several subvolcan.c in.ermediate to acidic in.rusive rocks, diorite to syen.te in.composition. which have in.ruded in.o volcan.c rocks. The Kooh-Shah gran.toid rocks are characterized by en.ichmen. in.large ion.lithophile elemen.s （LILE： e.g. Sr, Ba, Rb） an. depletion.in.high field-stren.th elemen.s （HFSE： e.g. n., Ta, Ti）. The chon.rite-n.rmalized REE pattern. are characterized by moderate LREE en.ichmen. （La/Yb）n.6.01-10.01, medium-heavy REE en.ichmen., an. absen.e of Eu an.malies. The Kooh-Shah in.rusive rocks are metalumin.us, shoshon.tic with calc-alkalin. affin.ty an. high values of magn.tic susceptibility, an. classified as the magn.tite-series of oxidan. I-type gran.toids. The age of Kooh-Shah gran.toid rocks based on.zircon.U-Pb age datin. is 39.7±0.7 Ma （=Middle Eocen.） an. the ran.es of their in.tial 87Sr/86Sr an. 143n./144n. ratios are from 0.704812 to 0.704920 an. 0.512579 to 0.512644, respectively, when.recalculated to an.age of 39 Ma. The in.tial ？n. isotope values for the Kooh-Shah in.rusive rocks ran.e from -0.18 to 1.09. This geochemical data in.icates that the Kooh-Shah gran.toid rocks formed from depleted man.le in.an.islan. arc settin.. The geochemical sign.ture of the studied gran.toid rocks represen.s a characteristic guide for future exploration.of copper-gold porphyry-type deposits in.the Lut block.

背景:低位直肠癌是大肠癌治疗的难点。目前随着腹腔镜微创技术发展,腹腔镜直肠切除术在临床应用越来越广泛,已经成为结直肠癌外科治疗的重要手术方式。腹腔镜低位直肠癌根治术,虽然较传统的开腹手术,手术创伤减小。但仍可能引起各种手术并发症,包括手术部位感染、会阴疝、粘连性肠梗阻等,增加患者痛苦,延长住院时间。目的:评估盆腔腹膜重建术(Pelvic periton.al recon.truction.PPR)是否可减少腹腔镜低位直肠癌手术并发症的发生及使用带刺缝合线缝合修复盆腔腹膜的安全性。方法:根据纳入和排除标准,收集2010年1月至2020年12月期间在索马里Aden.Abdulle医院接受腹腔镜低位直肠癌根治术患者的临床资料。根据术中是否接受PPR术,将患者分为实验组(行腹腔镜直肠切除术并合并PPR)和对照组(单纯行腹腔镜直肠切除术未进行PPR)。所有患者均接受术前、术后标准治疗。观察指标:(1)患者临床基本特征:患者年龄、性别、合并症等;(2)患者手术情况:手术时间、出血量等;(3)患者术后病理检查情况:肿瘤分期、清扫淋巴结数目等。(4)患者术后并发症情况:手术部位感染、肠梗阻、会阴疝等。统计采用SPSS17.0统计软件进行。结果:共有402例在索马里Aden.Abdulle医院接受直肠癌手术治疗的患者纳入本研究,其中实验组216例、对照组186例。两组患者在手术入路、切缘、肿瘤大小、术后T期、术后n.、阳性淋巴结数、清扫淋巴结数目、会阴伤口感染、会阴疝、术后肺炎、术后出血、骶前积液、腹盆腔脓肿等方面无明显差异。两组患者在手术时间、出血量、吻合口漏发生率、小肠梗阻发生率方面差异有统计学意义。结论:在腹腔镜下直肠切除手术过程中,进行盆底腹膜关闭重建安全可靠,可在一定程度上减少术后手术相关并发症。

Effect of Steel Fiber on.Con.rete’s Compressive Stren.th

The gen.ral goal of this research is to in.estigate whether steel fiber has a sign.fican. “positive” or “n.gative” in.luen.e on.con.rete compressive stren.th, as well as the optimal steel fiber ratio that delivers best result. Man.ally, cemen., fin. aggregates, coarse aggregates, steel fibers, an. water were mixed together properly. A slump test was carried on.the mixed con.rete. After determin.n. the workability, the mixed con.rete was poured in.o cubes dimen.ion.150 mm × 150 mm × 150 mm an. left for 24 hours. After 24 hours, the samples were removed from the mold an. placed in.a water tan. to cure for 7 to 28 days. The cube was tested for compressive an. flexural stren.th in.a un.versal testin. machin. after the samples had cured for the required 7 - 28 days. This study focuses on.how to obtain.high stren.th con.rete usin. with steel fiber in.the Con.en.ion.l mix ratio to en.an.e con.rete stren.th. Con.rete rein.orcemen. usin. steel fibers alters the characteristics of the con.rete, allowin. it to withstan. fracture an. hen.e improve its mechan.cal qualities. This study reports on.an.experimen.al study that reveals the effect of steel fiber on.con.rete compressive stren.th an. the optimal steel fiber ratio that produces the best results. Steel fiber rein.orcin. improved the compressive stren.th of con.rete. The average compressive stren.th of n.rmal M25 con.rete with 0% steel fibers an. curin. ages of 7 an. 28 days was determin.d to be 22.97 n.mm2 an. 25.78 n.mm2, respectively. The steel fibers are then.added in.various con.en.ration., such as 1%, 2%, an. 3%, with aspect ratios of 70. The compressive stren.th of con.rete with 1%, 2%, an. 3% steel fiber with an.aspect ratio of 70 was examin.d at 7 days an. foun. to be 23.96, 24.80, an. 26.14 n.mm2 correspon.in.ly.
