A. man.ium, A. dealbata, A. ferrugin.a, an. A. n.lotica） widely grown.in.In.ia. Of 194 markers.s.ored for the proven.n.es. 29.38% exhibited polymorphis.. Als., 326 markers.were gen.rated amon. 7 s.ecies.of Acacia, accoun.in. for 55.82% of the polymorphis.s. The fifteen.10-mer primers.employed were capable of producin. 1-8 polymorphic ban.s.for the proven.n.es. an. 6-17 for all s.ven.s.ecies.of Acacia. The gen.tic s.milarity coefficien. bas.d on.Jaccard＇ s.coefficien. revealed that proven.n.es.Thiruman.alam an. Dharmapuri were clos.ly related. The den.rogram bas.d on.a s.quen.ial agglomerative hierarchical n.n.overlappin. （s.Hn. clus.erin. an.lys.s.grouped 4 proven.n.es.of A. leucophloea （Dharapuram, Thiruman.alam, Pudukottai an. A low grade graphite ore from eas.ern.In.ia was.ben.ficiated by flotation.to improve its.quality. The ore was.compos.d of 87.80%as. an. 8.59%fixed carbon. Primary coars. wet grin.in. （d80：186 μm） followed by rougher flotation.in.Den.er flotation.cell us.n. dies.l as.collector an. pin. oil as.frother yielded a rougher con.en.rate. Regrin.in. （d80：144 μm） of this.rougher con.en.rate was.opted for further libera-tion.of graphite. It was.followed by clean.n. in.laboratory flotation.column. This.combin.d proces. of relatively coars. primary grin.in. followed by regrin.in. an. clean.n. in.flotation.column.res.lted in.fin.l con.en.rate of 7.44% yield with 89.65% fixed carbon.an. 6.00% as.. This.approach of two-s.age grin.in. to recover the flake graphite at the coars.s. pos.ible grin. can.help to min.mize grin.in. en.rgy cos.s. A con.eptual flow s.eet which is.cos. effective was.developed bas.d on.this.methodology.
