For this.to be pos.ible, the dos.metric characteris.ics.of the various.accelerators.mus. be the s.me, or n.arly the s.me. The purpos. of this.work is.to des.ribe further an. compare meas.remen.s.an. parameters.after the in.tial ven.or-recommen.ed beam matchin. of the five LIn.Cs. Deviation. related to dos. calculation. an. to beam matched accelerators.may compromis. treatmen. accuracy. The s.fes. an. mos. practical way to en.ure that all accelerators.are within.clin.cal acceptable accuracy is.to in.lude TPs.calculation. in.the LIn.Cs.matchin. evaluation. Treatmen. plan.in. s.s.em (TPs. was.us.d to create three photon. plan. with differen. field s.zes.3 × 3 cm, 10 × 10 cm an. 25 × 25 cm at a depth of 4.5 cm in.Pers.ex. Calculated TPs.plan. were s.n. to Mos.iq to be delivered by five LIn.Cs. TPs.plan. were compared with five LIn.Cs.meas.remen.s.data us.n. Gamma an.lys.s.of 2% an. 2 mm. The res.lts.s.gges. that for four out of the five LIn.Cs. there was.gen.rally good agreemen., les. than.a 2% deviation.between.the plan.ed dos. dis.ribution.an. the meas.red dos. dis.ribution. However, on. s.ecific LIn.C n.med “As.erix” exhibited a deviation.of 2.121% from the plan.ed dos.. The res.lts.s.ow that all of the LIn.Cs. performan.e were within.the acceptable deviation.an. deliverin. radiation.dos. con.is.en.ly an. accurately.

AIM: To evaluate the prevalen.e of den.al an.malies.in.patien.s.who report to the Komfo An.kye Teachin. Hos.ital (KATH) den.al clin.cs. METHOD: A des.riptive cros.-s.ction.l des.gn.was.us.d with a s.mple s.ze of 92 patien.s.aged 18 or older, obtain.d through con.en.en.e s.mplin.. Data an.lys.s.was.performed us.n. s.s. vers.on.26.0. REs.LTs. The s.udy in.luded 92 patien.s.aged 18 to 72 years. with 47.8% males.an. 52.2% females. Den.al an.malies.were obs.rved in.51.1% of participan.s. with a higher prevalen.e in.females.(55.3%). Objective: The as.ociation.hyperten.ion.an. diabetes.is.importan.. The two pathologies.may in.luen.e each other. The aim was.to s.udy the correlation.between.glycemic con.rol an. blood pres.ure con.rol an. to determin. the factors.as.ociated with blood pres.ure con.rol. Methodology: This.was.a des.riptive cros.-s.ction.l s.udy with an.an.lytical focus.over 7 mon.hs. Patien.s.were recruited as.outpatien.s.an. all un.erwen. ambulatory blood pres.ure meas.re, glycated hemoglobin.an. creatin.n. meas.remen.s. an. as.es.men. of complian.e with treatmen.. Res.lts. Durin. this.period 116 patien.s.were collected. The predomin.n.e was.female 69%. The mean.age of the patien.s.was.62 ± 7 years.with a peak between.60 an. 70 years. The average age of hyperten.ion.was.12 years.an. that of diabetes.6 1/2 years. The mos. frequen.ly as.ociated cardiovas.ular ris. factor was.a s.den.ary lifes.yle (71.5%) after age. 57.8% of patien.s.were n.t con.rolled at the office, with a predomin.n.e of s.s.olic hyperten.ion.(58.2%). 61.6% of patien.s.were con.rolled by ambulatory blood pres.ure meas.re, a rate of 47.8% of white coat hyperten.ion. Glycemic con.rol was.obs.rved in.42.2% of cas.s.an. 87% of patien.s.had good ren.l fun.tion.(glomerular filter rate ≥ 60 ml/mn.. Therapeutic complian.e was.good in.53.4% of cas.s.an. dual therapy was.the mos. us.d therapeutic modality 44.8% (52 patien.s. followed by triple therapy. The factors.as.ociated with poor blood pres.ure con.rol were glycemic imbalan.e, n.n.complian.e an. mon.therapy. Dual therapy had a protective effect. Con.lus.on. The as.ociation.of hyperten.ion.an. type 2 diabetes.is.frequen.. The ris. of occurren.e in.reas.s.with age. Ambulatory blood pres.ure meas.re is.the bes. method to as.es. blood pres.ure con.rol. Optimization.of blood pres.ure con.rol s.ould als. in.lude optimization.of glycemic con.rol.
