An.imicrobial activity was.tes.ed us.n. dis. diffus.on.an. microdilution.methods. The pres.n.e of flavon.ids. tan.in., s.erols. an. triterpen.s.was.revealed. GC-Ms.detected twelve compoun.s.main.compoun.s.con.is.in. of s.turated an. un.aturated fatty acids.an. phen.lic an. terpen.id compoun.s.amon. twen.y-s.ven.compon.n.s. HPLC als. detected high con.en.s.of phen.lic acids.an. flavon.ids. Therefore, this.s.udy aimed to provide a s.ep-by-s.ep s.rgical guide to perform a s.fe MI-TLIF, bas.d on.the res.lts.obtain.d in.patien.s.operated on.by a s.n.le s.rgeon.over a period of 12 years. Patien.s.an. methods. A retros.ective, s.n.le cen.er, lon.itudin.l, an. obs.rvation.l cohort s.udy was.con.ucted with 931 patien.s.who un.erwen. MI TLIF by a s.n.le s.rgeon.between.2010 an. 2022 us.n. the techn.que des.ribed on.this.paper, each with a min.mum follow-up of 12 mon.hs. Criteria in.luded s.hizas.clas.ification. lis.hes.s.accordin. to Meyerdin. clas.ification. n.mber of levels.treated, cage s.ze, an. complication. (s.rew repos.tion.n. or cerebros.in.l fluid leak). Patien. clin.cal outcomes.were as.es.ed us.n. the Os.es.ry Dis.bility In.ex (ODI), Vis.al An.log s.ale (VAs. for pre- an. pos.operative radicular pain. Thin.s.ice CT s.an. were us.d to as.es. the progres.ion.of the fus.on.us.n. the Bridwell clas.ification. In.the s.atis.ical an.lys.s. percen.ages. median. an. in.erquartile ran.e (IQR) were calculated. Res.lts. n.n. hun.red an. thirty on. patien.s.un.erwen. MI TLIF us.n. the techn.que des.ribed, eight hun.red an. eighty (94.5%) had a s.n.le level treated an. fifty on. (5.5%) had a 2 level procedure (982 levels., an.8mm cage was.placed on.five hun.red an. s.ven.een.evels.(52.7%), s.x hun.red an. s.xty three levels.67.6%) achieved grade I fus.on. two hun.red an. s.xty s.x levels.(27.1%) achieved grade II fus.on. 52 levels.(5.3) achieved grade III fus.on.an. on. level (0.1) achieved a grade IV fus.on.or n.n.un.on.
