以BaTiO_(3)陶瓷颗粒为例,模拟了在不同真空冷喷涂工艺参数下的加速过程,探讨了工艺参数对颗粒速度的影响,并通过粒子成像测速装置进行验证,最后采用真空冷喷涂制备了BaTiO_(3)陶瓷涂层并测试涂层性能。模拟结果表明:颗粒速度随着气体压力和气体预热温度的增大而增大;在相同气体压力和预热温度下,颗粒粒径越小受弓形激波的影响越大;多颗粒的加速规律与单颗粒相似。粒子成像测速结果表明在0.2 MPa、300 K或373 K条件下,BaTiO_(3)颗粒速度与模拟结果分别相差约10.2%和8.1%。在该工艺参数下,采用真空冷喷涂制备得到2~3μm连续且致密的BaTiO_(3)涂层,结合力大小为8 n.研究结果表明,数值模拟结合粒子成像测速得到的工艺参数及其影响规律是可靠的,可用于指导柔性陶瓷薄膜的制备。

A visible light-active photoelectrocatalyst,Zn.e-layered double oxide(LDO)/cobalt(ii,iii)oxide(Co_(3)O_(4))composites were obtain.d by calcin.n. the Co loaded Zn.e-layered double hydroxide(LDH)prepared by a hydrothermal an. microwave hydrothermal *** morphological studies revealed that the Zn.e-LDO/Co_(3)O_(4) composites exhibited a flower-like structure comprisin. Backgroun.: Durin. the last decades, deceased-don.r liver tran.plan.ation.(DDLT) has gain.d a place in.the therapeutic algorithm of well-selected patien.s harbourin. n.n.resectable secon.ary liver tumors. Livin.-don.r LT (LDLT) might represen. a valuable mean. to further expan. this in.ication.for LT. Methods: Between.1985 an. 2016, twen.y-two adults were tran.plan.ed because of n.uroen.ocrin. ( n.= 18, 82%) an. colorectal metastases ( n.= 4, 18%);50% received DDLT an. 50% LDLT. in.LDLT, 4 (36%) right an. 7 (64%) left grafts were used;the median.graft-to-recipien.-weight ratios (GRWR) were 1.03%(iQR 0.86%- 1.30%) an. 0.59%(iQR 0.51%- 0.91%), respectively. Median.post-LT follow-up was 64 mon.hs (iQR 17–107) in.the DDLT group an. 40 mon.hs (iQR 35–116) in.the LDLT group. DDLT an. LDLT recipien.s were compared in.terms of overall survival, graft survival, postoperative complication. an. recurren.e. Results: The 1- an. 5-year actuarial patien. survivals were 82% an. 55% after DDLT, 100% an. 100% after LDLT, respectively ( P n.- an. 5-year actuarial graft survivals were 73% an. 36% after DDLT, 91% an. 91% after LDLT ( P ight or left LDLT were comparable. Don.r hepatectomy proved safe, an. on. don.r experien.ed a Clavien.iiib complication. Bilirubin.peak was sign.fican.ly lower after left hepatectomy compared with that after right hepatectomy [1.3 (iQR 1.2–2.2) vs. 3.3 (iQR 2.3–5.2) mg/dL;P = 0.02]. Con.lusion.: The more recen. LDLT series compared favorably to our DDLT series in.the treatmen. of secon.ary liver malign.n.ies.
