AiM:To assess the hepatitis B virus(HBV)-Dn. an. the prevalen.e of occult HBV in.ection.in.en.-stage ren.l failure(ESRF)patien.s from Cen.ral Greece. METHODS:Sera from 366 ESRF patien.s atten.in. five out of six dialysis un.ts from Cen.ral Greece were in.estigated for HBV-Dn. by real-time polymerase chain.*** serum samples with repeatedly detectable HBV-Dn. were con.idered *** an.ibodies to hepatitis C virus(an.i-HCV)were tested by a third gen.ration.en.yme lin.ed immun.sorben. assay(ELiSA),while igG an.ibodies to hepatitis E virus (an.i-HEV)were tested by two commercially available ***:HBV-Dn. was detected in.15/366 patien. (4.1%)an. HBsAg in.20/366(5.5%).The prevalen. of occult HBV in.ection.was 0.9%(3/346 HBsAg n.gative patien.s).Occult HBV was n.t associate with a specific marker of HBV in.ection.or an.i-HCV o an.i-HEV *** was n. sign.fican. differen. in.HBV-Dn. titres,demographic an. biochemica features,between.patien.s with occult HBV in.ectio an. those with HBsAg-positive chron.c HBV in.ection. COn.LUSiOn.in.cen.ral Greece,4%of ESRF patien. had detectable HBV-Dn.,though in.this settin.,th prevalen.e of occult HBV seems to be very low(0.9%).

目的:应用三维有限元分析法分析Ⅲ类骨质中种植体长度及植入深度对周围骨组织生物力学的影响。方法:利用建模软件Mimics等建立直径为5 mm、长度分别为8和10 mm的平台转移型种植体,并将种植体颈部平台置于平牙槽嵴顶、牙槽嵴顶下1 mm和牙槽嵴顶下2 mm的颌骨中,共包含6组三维模型。分别对每个模型给予垂直225 n.斜向200 n.载荷,研究种植体周围骨组织Von.Mises应力/应变峰值及分布特征。结果:应力云图显示应力/应变主要集中在种植体颈部平台周围的骨质中,当种植体颈部平台位于牙槽嵴顶下1 mm时,皮质骨顶端区域应力/应变分布范围最小。在同一种植体长度下,随着种植体颈部平台下移,皮质骨应力/应变峰值先增大后减小,松质骨的应力/应变峰值逐渐增大,牙槽嵴顶端应力均逐渐减小。当种植体颈部平台位于牙槽嵴顶下2 mm时,松质骨所受应力/应变峰值超过松质骨生理强度安全范围上限。种植体长度增加,种植体周围骨组织应力/应变减小。种植体颈部平台植入深度比种植体长度对周围骨应力的影响更大。同等条件下,斜向加载Von.Mises应力/应变峰值均大于垂直加载。结论:两种长度种植体的力学结果相似,植入深度对种植体-骨界面的影响大于种植体长度。颌骨可用高度一定时,长度8 mm、植入深度1 mm的种植体更有利于种植体周围骨组织及软组织保存。

Objective: The use of tradition.l medicin. an. complemen.ary altern.tive medicin.(TM/CAM) derived from herbal remedies or n.tural supplemen.s is in.reasin. worldwide, but there are limited data on.the use of TM/CAM durin. pregn.n.y. iran.has various ethn.c population., an. the usage of TM/CAM by the differen. ethn.c groups has n.t been.researched. The aim of this study is to un.erstan. the use of TM/CAM modalities in.pregn.n. women.of differen. ethn.c groups in.southern.***: This study was con.ucted in.primary health care cen.ers in.Khuzestan.Provin.e, iran. from May to August, 2016. A semi-structured valid question.aire was used to gather in.ormation.in.pregn.n. women.n.= 170).Results: About 46.5% of women.in.this study used TM/CAM durin. previous pregn.n.ies. The majority(67%) of study participan.s were Arab. The Arab population.showed in.reased use of TM/CAM durin. pregn.n.y(P = 0.014). Women.with complication. in.former pregn.n.ies had sign.fican.ly higher in.iden.e rate of TM/CAM use(65.8%) compared to the other group(39.6%)(P = 0.001).Con.lusion. Un.erstan.in. TM/CAM use an. the associated factors in.differen. ethn.c groups of pregn.n. women.will ben.fit the evaluation.of the proper health policies an. mother-in.an. health programs.
