n.>Aim.n.> n.vel coron.virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has em.rged as an.un.n.wn.fallacy that forced in.o a global pan.em.c. On.y a few vaccin.s are available for a lim.ted n.m.er of people, an. m.st of the population.are n.t vaccin.ted yet. So, social distan.in., proper person.l hygien., an. san.tization.con.epts are the m.in.factors to preven. the spread of this disease. For a den.ely populated coun.ry like Ban.ladesh, the con.epts of social distan.in. are un.opular, an. people are reluctan. to follow com.un.ty health guidelin.s. This study aim.d to un.erstan. the person.l hygien. con.ept, kn.wledge, an. awaren.ss of Ban.ladeshi people again.t COVID-19. n.>Subject an. m.thods:n.> This cross-section.l study was con.ucted from.m.rch to Jun. 2020 through an.on.in. Google survey. Those who an.wered all the question. were fin.lly in.luded for result calculation.(n.= 182). The chi-square test was applied to evaluate the correlation. am.n. the groups based on.education. in.om. level, an. occupation. n.>Results: n.>The results showed that education.level an. occupation.l status play a vital role in.awaren.ss about the gen.ral sym.tom. of COVID-19. Studen.s have a lower rate of washin. han.s for 20 sec than.people of other occupation. (p = 0.037). The rate of usin. m.sks while goin. outside is n.t com.on.in.the low-in.om. group (p = 0.010). A sign.fican. variation.was also observed in.wearin. a m.sk when.in.om. level, education. an. occupation.were con.idered to com.are am.n. the groups. There was a n.teworthy distin.tion.in.han.washin. frequen.y an. duration.of han.washin. in.differen. occupation.groups of the participan.s (p = 0.044 an. 0.008, respectively). On.the other han., graduates were foun. com.aratively m.re con.ern.d about m.in.ain.n. hom. quaran.in. an. isolation.firm.y than.others. An.experim.n. was con.ucted to test the efficacy of a m.chan.cal barrier aroun. the tree trun. with on. spray of Cyperm.thrin.@ 1 m./l an. turm.ric powder extract @ 15 g/500m. of water applied in.in.egrated approaches again.t m.n.o m.alybug on.m.n.o tree. There were 7 treatm.n.s in.ludin. a con.rol. The treatm.n.s were m.chan.cal barrier, Cyperm.thrin.spray @ 1 m./l, Turm.ric powder spray @ 15 g/500m. of water, Cyperm.thrin.spray + Turm.ric spray, Cyperm.thrin.spray + m.chan.cal barrier, Turm.ric + m.chan.cal barrier an. un.reated con.rol. Three-year-old m.n.o plan.s grafted from.a 5-year-old m.n.o tree (Variety Am.opali) an. plan.ed in.pots were used in.the experim.n.. The treatm.n., Cyperm.thrin.spray + m.chan.cal barrier gave the highest reduction.of m.n.o m.alybug population.87.06% to 93.90% followed by Turm.ric spray + m.chan.cal barrier an. showed 81.13% to 86.04% an. m.chan.cal barrier alon. showed 81.13% to 84.59% population.reduction. Turm.ric powder extract showed on.y (8.42% to 23.77%) population.reduction.of m.n.o m.alybug which was lowest com.ared to other treatm.n.s.

An.experim.n. was con.ucted in.m.n.o orchard of Sher-E Ban.la Agricultural Un.versity (SAU) cam.us, Dhaka to determ.n. the effect of season.l variation.roun. the year an. weather on.population.dyn.m.cs of m.n.o m.alybug (Drosicha m.n.iferae) on.m.n.o tree. The m.n.o m.alybug was first appeared in.early Decem.er an. disappeared in.Jun. in.a year. Its population.started to in.rease gradually from.Decem.er an. con.in.ed up to February when.the am.ien. average tem.erature was 20.95°C, relative hum.dity 63% an. rain.all was absen.. The highest population.of the in.ect (33.33/30 cm.bran.h) was recorded in.February an. the lowest (3.75/30cm.bran.h) in.m.y. Adult in.ects appeared in.February on.the groun. un.er the selected m.n.o tree showin. the population.of 6.67 m.les an. 123.33 fem.les per 81 m.sup>2. Population.of m.les (32.5/81m.sup>2) an. that of fem.les (352.75/81m.sup>2) reached to the peak when.the am.ien. tem.erature was 28.19°C, relative hum.dity 61% an. the rain.all was 0.00 m.. When.relative hum.dity was high an. rain.all started adult fem.les en.er in.o the soil an. disappeared. Correlation.between.population.of m.alybug an. tem.erature was positive. Its population.was n.gatively correlated with relative hum.dity an. rain.all.

The san.ston.s are gen.rally m.dium.grain.d, m.derately sorted, suban.ular to subroun.ed an. of low sphericity. The san.ston.s are m.n.ralogically m.ture an. m.in.y com.osed of quartzaren.te an. subarkose. The plots of petrofacies in.the Qt-F-L, Qm.F-Lt, Qp-Lv-Ls an. Qm.P-K tern.ry diagram. suggest m.in.y the basem.n. uplift source(craton.in.erior) in.rifted con.in.n.al m.rgin.basin.settin.. The san.ston.s were cem.n.ed by carbon.te, iron.oxide an. silica overgrowth. Overall study suggests that such stron. chem.cal weatherin. con.ition. are of un.on.orm.ty with worldwide hum.d an. warm.clim.tes durin. the Jurassic period. Positive correlation. between.Al2O3 an. Fe2O3, TiO2, n.2O, m.O, K2O are eviden.. A high correlation.coefficien. between.Al2O3 an. K2O in.shale sam.les suggests that clay m.n.rals con.rol the m.jor oxides. The an.logous con.en.s of Si, Al, Ti, LREE an. TTE in.the shale to PAAS with slightly depleted values of other elem.n.s ascribe a PAAS like source(gran.tic gn.iss an. m.n.r m.fics) to the presen. study. The design.an. evaluation.of con.rete gravity dam.for earthquake loadin. m.st be based on.appropriate criteria that reflect both the desired level of safety an. the choice of the design.an. evaluation.procedures. In.Ban.ladesh, the en.ire coun.ry is divided in.o 3 seism.c zon.s, depen.in. upon.the severity of the earthquake in.en.ity. Thus, the m.in.aim.of this study is to design.high con.rete gravity dam. based on.the U.S.B.R. recom.en.ation. in.seism.c zon. The produced n.tural coagulan. can.be used as an.altern.tive to alum.n.m.sulphate an. other coagulan.s an. used worldwide for water treatm.n.. This study in.estigates processin. m.rin.a oleifera seeds to con.en.rate the bio-active con.tituen.s which have coagulation.activity. m.rin.a oleifera seeds were processed for oil extraction.usin. electro therm.l soxhlet. Isolation.an. purification.of bio-active con.tituen.s usin. chrom.tography techn.que were used to determ.n. the m.lecular weight of the bio-active con.tituen.s. The m.lecular weight of bio-active con.titu-en.s foun. to be in.a low m.lecular weight ran.e of between.1000 – 6500 Dalton. The proposed m.thod to isolate an. purify the bio-active con.tituen.s was the cross flow filtration.m.thod, which produced the n.tu-ral coagulan. with very sim.le techn.que (oil extraction.salt extraction.an. m.crofiltration.through 0.45 μm.. The turbidity rem.val was up to 96.23 % usin. 0.4 m./L of processed m.rin.a oleifera seeds to treat low in.tial turbidity river water between.34-36 n.phelom.tric Turbidity Un.ts (n.U) without an. additives. The m.crofiltration.m.thod is con.idered to be a practical m.thod which n.eds n. chem.cals to be added com.pared to other researchers proposed m.thods. The n.tural coagulan. produced was used with low dosages to get high turbidity rem.val which con.idered to be a breakthrough in.this study an. recom.en.ed to be scaled up for in.ustry level.
