Drought, flood, salin.ty, or a combin.tion.of these limits rice production. Several rice varieties are well kn.wn.for their toleran.e to specific abiotic stresses. We determin.d gen.tic relation.hip amon. 12 rice varieties in.ludin. 9 toleran. to drought, flood, or salin.ty usin. in.er-simple sequen.e repeat (ISSR) markers. Based on.all markers, the n.n. toleran. varieties formed on. cluster distin.t from the cluster of three con.rol varieties. The salt-toleran. varieties were closest to two flood-toleran. varieties, an. together they were distin.t from the drought-toleran. varieties. (GA)8YG was the most in.ormative primer, showin. the highest polymorphic in.ormation.con.en. (PIC) an. resolvin. power (Rp). The drought-, flood-, an. salt-toleran. varieties grouped in.three distin.t clusters within.the group of toleran. varieties, when.(GA)8YG was used. Sabita was the on.y exception. The two aus varieties, n.gin.22 an. FR13A, were separated an. grouped with the drought- an. flood-toleran. varieties, respec- tively, but they were together in.den.rograms based on.other primers. The results show that ISSR markers associated with (GA)8YG delin.ated the three groups of stress-toleran. varieties from each other an. can.be used to iden.ify gen.s/n.w alleles associated with the three abiotic stresses in.rice germplasm.

Global Position.n. Alumin. thin.films were deposited on.fused quartz an. SS304 substrate by pulsed rf magn.tron.sputterin. with both direct an. reactive methods. The films were characterised by en.rgy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction. scan.in. electron.microscopy, field emission.scan.in. electron.microscopy an. atomic force microscopy to reveal the microstructure, surface morphology an. topography of thin.films. Tran.mittan.e an. reflectan.e of alumin. thin.film were evaluated after deposition.on.the quartz substrate. Tran.mittan.e of the quartz remain. almost un.altered when.alumin. was deposited by the reactive sputterin.. A margin.l decrease of ~4% in.the tran.mittan.e of quartz was, however, observed after deposition.of alumin. by direct sputterin.. In.rared emittan.e of the substrate also remain. almost con.tan. after deposition.of thin.alumin. film. Further, as-deposited alumin. on.SS304 obtain.d by both direct an. reactive sputterin. process was amorphous in.n.ture. However, after an.ealin. crystallin. peaks were observed.

At presen.,the prediction.of brain.tumors is performed usin. Machin. Learn.n.(ML)an. Deep Learn.n.(DL)*** various ML an. DL algorithms are adapted to predict brain.tumors to some ran.e,some con.ern. still n.ed en.an.emen.,particularly accuracy,sen.itivity,false positive an. false n.gative,to improve the brain.tumor prediction.system ***,this work proposed an.Exten.ed Deep Learn.n. Algorithm(EDLA)to measure performan.e parameters such as accuracy,sen.itivity,an. false positive an. false n.gative *** addition.these iterated measures were an.lyzed by comparin. the EDLA method with the Con.olution.l n.ural n.twork(Cn.)way further usin. the SPSS tool,an. respective graphical illustration. were *** results were that the mean.performan.e measures for the proposed EDLA algorithm were calculated,an. those measured were accuracy(97.665%),sen.itivity(97.939%),false positive(3.012%),an. false n.gative(3.182%)for ten.*** in.the case of the Cn.,the algorithm mean. accuracy gain.d was 94.287%,mean.sen.itivity 95.612%,mean.false positive 5.328%,an. mean.false n.gative 4.756%.These results show that the proposed EDLA method has outperformed existin. algorithms,in.ludin. Cn.,an. en.ures symmetrically improved *** EDLA algorithm in.roduces n.velty con.ern.n. its performan.e an. particular activation.*** proposed method will be utilized effectively in.brain.tumor detection.in.a precise an. accurate *** algorithm would apply to brain.tumor diagn.sis an. be in.olved in.various medical diagn.ses *** the quan.ity of dataset records is en.rmous,then.themethod’s computation.power has to be updated.
