The problem of excitation.an. the propag.tion.of a n.rve impulse by an.axon.(n.rve fiber) for the case of a n.n.n.tan.an.ous fun.tion.is studied. The application.of n. in.tan.an.ous step fun.tion.of the Heaviside type takes in.o accoun. the time of delay. This g.n.ralizes the problem of the propag.tion.of axon.excitation.to the case of an.in.ut impulse fun.tion.s n.n.n.tan.an.ous action.with some in.reasin. excitation. An.exact an.lytical solution.to the problem is con.tructed based on.the Laplace in.eg.al tran.form an. Ephros theorem. The propag.tion.of the tran.membran. poten.ial was studied, in.respon.e to the switchin. on.an. off, for impulse of a con.tan. curren. pulse delivered in.racellularly at differen. poin.s in.time. The time an.lysis of excitation.propag.tion.alon. axon.at differen. distan.es from the excitation.poin. was performed.

The paper deals with the problem of the distribution.of the medicin. (en.yme) in.the damag.d biolog.cal tissue where the reaction.en.yme—substrat takes place. The biolog.cal problem is reduced to a sin.ular deg.n.rate in.tial-boun.ary value problem for two coupled ordin.ry differen.ial equation.. An.lytical solution.of the sin.ular deg.n.rated IBV-problem was obtain.d by power series. The solution.demon.trates the real situation.an. foun. suitable to depict the deg.n.ration.of sin.ular system, caused by low con.en.ration.of the en.yme.
