Purpose: The aim of this work was to describe the epidemiological, clin.cal an. therapeutic features of pigmen.ed skin.acn. in.Ben.n. Methods: This was a prospective, cross-section.l an. an.lytical study con.ucted in.the dermatology departmen.s of the Borgou-Alibori departmen.al Teachin. Hospital an. the n.tion.l Teachin. Hospital Hubert Koutoukou Maga from Jan.ary 2017 to december 2018, which has in.luded black-skin.ed patien.s who were diagn.sed with acn. an. gave their free an. in.ormed con.en.. The ECLA score was used for clin.cal evaluation.of the severity of the acn.. Results: We collected 129 patien.s in.ludin. 35 men.an. 94 women. The median.age of the patien. was 24.6 years ± 8.5 years. The median.age of on.et was 17.9 years ± 7.6 years. The main.triggerin. of worsen.n. factors was in.dequate self-medication.(53.5%), excoriation.(48.1%), certain.foods (34.9%) an. lighten.n. cosmetic (32.5%). Most patien.s had in.lammatory (51.9%) or comedon.l (31.8%) acn. associated with post-in.lammatory hyperpigmen.ation. (70.5%) an. excoriated lesion. (31%). In.the majority of cases, acn. was moderate in.women.(52.1%) an. severe in.men.(62.8%) with p = 9 × 10-3. The lesion. were electively seated in.the face (95.3%), main.y on.the forehead an. cheeks. Active cosmetics (76.7%), retin.ids (58.9%), oral an.ibiotics (55.8%), an. ben.oyl peroxide (48.9%) were the most common.y used therapeutic classes. Con.lusion. The majority of youn. an. adult women.con.ulted for predomin.n. in.lammatory acn. on.the forehead an. cheeks, moderate in.woman.an. severe in.men.in.Ben.n. The therapeutic arsen.l con.isted main.y of active cosmetics, retin.ids, an.ibiotics an. ben.oyl peroxide.

An.malous ion.heat tran.port is an.lyzed in.the T-10 tokamak plasma heated with electron.cyclotron.reson.n.e heatin.(ECRH) in.secon.-harmon.c extra-ordin.ry mode. Predictive modelin. with empirical scalin. for Ohmical heat con.uctivity shows that in.ECRH plasmas the calculated ion.temperature could be overestimated, so an.in.rease of an.malous ion.heat tran.port is required. To study this effect two scan. are presen.ed: over the EC reson.n.e position.an. over the ECRH power. The EC reson.n.e position.varies from the high-field side to the low-field side by variation.of the toroidal magn.tic field. The scan.over the heatin. power is presen.ed with on.axis an. mixed ECRH regimes. discharges with high an.malous ion.heat tran.port are obtain.d in.all con.idered regimes. In.these discharges the power balan.e ion.heat con.uctivity exceeds the n.oclassical level by up to 10 times. The high ion.heat tran.port regimes are distin.uished by three parameters: the ratio Te/Ti, the n.rmalized electron.den.ity gradien. R/■, an. the ion.ion.collision.lity νii~*. The combin.tion.of high Te/Ti, high νii~*, an. R/■=6-10 results in.values of n.rmalized an.malous ion.heat fluxes up to 10 times higher than.in.the low tran.port scen.rio.

n.merical An.lysis on.the Effect of n.Si on.Cu(In. Ga)Se₂ Based Thin.Films for High-Performan.e Solar Cells by 1d-SCAPS

We report the performan.es of a chalcopyrite Cu(In. Ga)Se2 CIGS-based thin.film solar cell with a n.wly employed high con.uctive n.Si layer. The data an.lysis was performed with the help of the 1d-Solar Cell Capacitan.e Simulator (1d-SCAPS) software program. The n.w device structure is based on.the CIGS layer as the absorber layer, n.Si as the high con.uctive layer, i-In.sub>2S3, an. i-Zn. as the buffer an. win.ow layers, respectively. The optimum CIGS ban.gap was determin.d first an. used to simulate an. an.lyze the cell performan.e throughout the experimen.. This an.lysis revealed that the absorber layer’s optimum ban.gap value has to be 1.4 eV to achieve maximum efficien.y of 22.57%. Subsequen.ly, output solar cell parameters were an.lyzed as a fun.tion.of CIGS layer thickn.ss, defect den.ity, an. the operatin. temperature with an.optimized n.Si layer. The n.wly modeled device has a p-CIGS/n.Si/In.sub>2S3/Al-Zn. structure. The main.objective was to improve the overall cell performan.e while optimizin. the thickn.ss of absorber layers, defect den.ity, ban.gap, an. operatin. temperature with the n.wly employed optimized n.Si layer. The in.rease of absorber layer thickn.ss from 0.2 - 2 µm showed an.upward tren. in.the cell’s performan.e, while the in.rease of defect den.ity an. operatin. temperature showed a down.ard tren. in.solar cell performan.e. This study illustrates that the proposed cell structure shows higher cell performan.es an. can.be fabricated on.the lab-scale an. in.ustrial levels.

The electrochemical CO_(2) reduction.reaction.CO_(2)RR) to con.rollable chemicals is con.idered as a promisin. pathway to store in.ermitten. ren.wable en.rgy. Herein. a set of catalysts based on.copper-n.trogen.oped carbon.xerogel(Cu-n.C) are successfully developed varyin. the copper amoun. an. the n.ture of the copper precursor, for the efficien. CO_(2)RR. The electrocatalytic performan.e of Cu-n.C materials is assessed by a rotatin. rin.-disc electrode(RRdE), techn.que still rarely explored for CO_(2)RR. For comparison. products are also characterized by on.in. gas chromatography in.a H-cell. The as-syn.hesized Cu-n. catalysts are foun. to be active an. highly CO selective at low overpoten.ials(from -0.6 to -0.8 V ***) in.0.1 M KHCO_(3), while H_(2) from the competitive water reduction.appears at larger overpoten.ials(-0.9 V vs. RHE). The optimum copper acetate-derived catalyst con.ain.n. Cu-n.(4) moieties exhibits a CO_(2)-to-CO turn.ver frequen.y of 997 h^(-1) at -0.9 V vs. RHE with a H_(2)/CO ratio of 1.8. These results demon.trate that RRdE con.iguration.can.be used as a feasible approach for iden.ifyin. electrolysis products from CO_(2)RR.
