Objectives To an.lyze the clin.cal profile,adequacy of treatmen. with rivaroxaban.an. outcomes in.octogen.rian. with atrial(AF),takin. rivaroxaban.in.clin.cal *** Out of 1433 patien.s,453(31.6%)were octogen.rian. at *** to youn.er patien.s,octogen.rian. had more comorbidities,higher CHA2DS2-VASc(4.5±1.3vs.3.0±1.4;Pn. HAS-BLED scores(2.0±1.0vs.1.4±1.0;Pn.was adequately prescribed in.83.4%of patien.s,but more frequen.ly in.the youn.er population.71.1%vs.89.1%;P=0.039).After a mean.follow-up of 2.2±0.6 years,an.ual rates of stroke+systemic embolism+tran.ien. ische-mic attack,MACE,cardiovascular death an. major bleedin. were 1.03%,1.24%,1.03%an. 1.75%,respectively,in.octogen.rian.*** for progressive heart failure death an. major bleedin.,rates of outcomes in.octogen.rian. were similar com-pared to youn.er *** octogen.rian.,the con.omitan. use of an.iplatelet agen.s an. n.n.severe demen.ia were in.epen.-en.ly associated with the developmen. of ischemic stroke,whereas previous coron.ry revascularization.an. heart failure with an. higher HAS-BLED score with major ***,Con.lusion.
