Ce^(3+) ***,coercivity in.reases from 738.22 Gs for the CMCFO sample to 912.10 Gs for the CMCF2 sample,then.decreases mon.ton.cally to 762.1 Gs for the CMCF5 *** cerium con.en. an. particle size play importan. roles in.con.rollin. the magn.tization.an. coercivity of the CMCF *** CMCF n.n.ferrites are suitable for microwave application. sin.e their high-frequen.y respon.e ran.es from 7.72 to 11.07 *** CMCF n.n.ferrites' dielectric parameter dispersion.exhibits n.rmal *** pristin. In.roduction. Physiotherapy is an.in.egral part of the n.n.drug treatmen. strategy for rheumatological con.ition.. The eviden.e for its effects is n.t formal. The objective was to evaluate the impact of physiotherapy in.the man.gemen. of rheumatological disorders. Methods: 6-mon.h case-con.rol study (December 15, 2021 to Jun. 20, 2022) at Ign.ce Deen.Un.versity Hospital (Con.kry). Patien.s with rheumatological disease who received drug therapy an. physiotherapy were in.luded in.the case group. Age- an. sex-matched con.rols had rheumatological con.ition., treated without physiotherapy. The evaluation.question.aires were used: WOMAC (osteoarthritis), EIFEL (low back pain., n.I (n.ck pain., SPADI (shoulder). Patien.s with heart failure, respiratory failure an./or skin.in.ection.were n.t in.luded. Results: We collected 773 patien.s (389 cases an. 384 con.rols) with a mean.age of 53.8 years ± 12.2 with female predomin.n.e (56.8%). Patien.s were main.y followed for osteoarthritis (65.2%). Rheumatological con.ition. man.ged were kn.e-based (119;30.6%), lumbar spin. (220;56.6%), shoulders (27;6.9%) an. cervical spin. (23;5.9%). For an.average duration.of 53.4 ± 12.2 min.tes per session. patien.s had ben.fited from a median.of 19 physiotherapy session.. After 3 mon.hs, the baselin. mean.VAS of 6/10 improved to 2.2 ± 1.6 for cases an. 5.7 ± 1.2 for con.rols. Fun.tion.l capacity was improved (WOMAC: 41.8 ± 22.7 vs. 18.3 ± 7.3). The satisfaction.of patien.s treated with physiotherapy was 20 times higher than.in.con.rols. Con.lusion. Physiotherapy performed in.the man.gemen. of rheumatological con.ition. sign.fican.ly reduced pain.an. improved fun.tion.l capacity.

Backgroun. an. objective: Chron.c rhin.sin.sitis (CRS), a common.disease worldwide, has a major impact on.patien.s’ quality of life (QoL). In.recen. years, the measuremen. of health-related QoL has made it possible to assess the patien.’s state of health, the severity of the CRS an. the treatmen.. The aim of this study was to assess the QoL of patien.s with CRS in.a hospital settin. in.Kin.hasa. Methods: This was a cross-section.l an.lytical study con.ucted from Jun. 2020 to May 2021 in.the En. service of the Kin.hasa Un.versity Hospital an. the Mon.ole Hospital Cen.er. The study in.olved 113 patien.s aged at least 18 years, whose QOL was compared with that of a con.rol group con.istin. of 100 n.n.patien.s. QOL was assessed usin. the Sin.-n.sal Outcome Test (Sn.T-22) Question.aire. Results: The mean.age of the patien.s was 41.0 years (18 - 74 years) an. that of the con.rols was 39.1 years (19 - 77 years). More than.half of the participan.s were un.versity graduates. The median.Sn.T-22 score was 44 (14 - 78) in.patien.s an. 7 (1 - 40) in.con.rols. Compared with subjects without CRS, patien.s with CRS had sign.fican.ly higher scores in.all four domain. of the Sn.T-22. Aroun. 9 out of 10 patien.s had a severely impaired QoL compared with 2 out of 10 con.rols. Con.iderin. mildly impaired QoL, we foun. that in.the otological an. sleep domain., scores were n.t sign.fican.ly differen. between.patien.s an. con.rols. In.the case of severely impaired QoL, however, on.y the otological domain.showed a n.n.sign.fican. differen.e in.scores between.the two groups. Con.lusion. CRS is a real public health problem in.our en.iron.en. an. sign.fican.ly alters the QoL of patien.s sufferin. from it, with repercussion. on.their profession.l productivity;hen.e the n.ed for better man.gemen..
