The ground and low-lying collective states of a rotating system of n=3 bosons harmonically confined in quasi-two-dimension and interacting via repulsive finite-range Gaussian potential is studied in weakly to moderately interacting *** n-body Hamiltonian matrix is diagonalized in subspaces of quantized total angular momenta 0 ≤ L ≤ 4n to obtain the ground and low-lying *** numerical results show that breathing modes with n-body eigenenergy spacing of 2hω⊥,known to exist in strictly 2D system with zero-range(δ-function) interaction potential,may as well exist in quasi-2D system with finite-range Gaussian interaction *** gain an insight into the many-body states,the von neumann entropy is calculated as a measure of quantum correlation and the conditional probability distribution is analyzed for the internal structure of the *** the rapidly rotating regime the ground state in angular momentum subspaces L=(q/2)n(n-1) with q=2,4 is found to exhibit the anticorrelation structure suggesting that it may variationally be described by a Bose–Laughlin like *** further observe that the first breathing mode exhibits features similar to the Bose–Laughlin state in having eigenenergy,von neumann entropy and internal structure independent of interaction for the three-boson system considered *** the contrary,for eigenstates lying between the Bose–Laughlin like ground state and the first breathing mode,values of eigenenergy,von neumann entropy and internal structure are found to vary with interaction.

In this study, concentrations of Cr, Mn, ni, Cu, Zn, Cd and Pb were determined in road dusts collected from different locations in Dhaka to assess source, contamination status and health risk. Energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy were used to determine Cr, Mn, ni, Cu, Zn, Cd and Pb and their mean concentrations were 162.27 ± 29.46, 721.18 ± 180.14, 35.65 ± 12.55, 104.56 ± 128.33, 515.32 ± 321.90,BDL, and 342.82 ± 591.20 mg/kg, respectively. Among the heavy metals, highest concentrations of Cu, Zn and Pb were found at urban sites-7(municipal waste dumping) and 8(medical waste incineration). Highest concentration of Cr followed by Cu and Zn was found at site-5(Tejgaon, urban). Principal component analysis revealed that anthropogenic activities are the potential sources for Cr, ni, Cu, Zn and Pb while earth crust for Mn. Pollution index and pollution load index results suggested that all the sites were contaminated and/or degraded by Cr, Cu, Zn and Pb except sites-9(urban), 10(sub-urban), 11(rural) while sites-7 and 8(urban) were extremely degraded. For noncarcinogenic health risk, hazard quotient values for dermal were higher compared to that of inhalation/ingestion. Though hazard index values were less than 1 at all the sites, these were at least one order of magnitude higher for children group than that of adult group, thus the children group may face more noncarcinogenic health risk at sites -7 and 8. Values of incremental lifetime cancer risk were from 10to 10showed no carcinogenic health risk by road dusts contaminated with the heavy metals.

在过去几十年里,中国的农业生产得到了极大的发展。然而,由于管理不善,作物对于氮（n）和磷（P）的利用效率相对较低[1],农业氮磷流失过多,造成了一系列水环境污染问题[2],如地下水水质退化和地表水富营养化[3]。氮素循环（n）是一个日益重要的全球问题,因为流经生态系统的氮对陆地,水生态和大气环境具有多重影响。在农业系统中,超过植物和动物需求的氮可以渗入浅层地下水,最终通过集中或扩散排放进入地表水。农业系统中氮素的集中排放通过农田排水沟渠[4]扩散,污染源常常通过浅层地下水汇入地表水体。生物量中捕获的氮通过食物链最终进入生活污水排入地表水体。因此,迫切需要寻找一种经济、环保的技术来减少这些氮素流失对水体的负面影响,以改善水环境和生态系统的状况。为了减少水环境中的氮负荷,正在实施几种策略。先进的技术已被开发用于去除废水中的氮,并用于市政污水处理厂和化粪池系统[5]。在农业生态系统中,人们提出了许多土地管理方法来减少氮损失,例如提高作物的氮利用效率,通过土壤测试,土地管理计划,控制排水和反硝化生物反应器来管理氮输入[6,7]。将湿地和河岸缓冲区整合到农业景观中也被证明是减少地表水氮损失的一种潜在有效方法[8,9]。从陆地和水生生态系统中永久性去除氮的最广为人知的过程是异养反硝化,它使用碳（C）源作为电子供体并为生长[10,11]将硝酸盐（nO3）转化为n2气体。反硝化生物反应器是减少地下排水系统中硝酸盐的最佳管理实践之一。建造的环境有助于反硝化的生化过程,需要有效的碳,富含硝酸盐的水和厌氧环境。在这种厌氧环境中,异养细菌有机体从氧化离子化合物（即硝酸盐nO3-）中还原氮,通过从可用碳中提供的电子获得所需的能量,直到化合物完全还原为氮气（n2）[12]。反硝化生物反应器的不同物理形式包括反硝化壁,上流式生物反应器,流内生物反应器,反硝化层和反硝化床,世界各地的研究人员已经对其进行了现场测试[13]。反硝化生物反应器的类型取决于场地特征,成本要求,可用材料,排水面积和排水沟的大小。碳介质,地下温度和进水硝酸盐浓度等参数及其对硝酸盐还原的影响已相对较好地公布。（一）研究内容及技术路线氮素流失是一个日益重要的全球问题,因为流经生态系统的氮对陆地,水生和大气环境具有多重影响。在农业系统中,超过植物和动物需求的氮可以渗入浅层地下水,最终通过集中或扩散排放进入地表水。为了设计一种经济高效,环境友好的反硝化生物反应器,我们在控制条件下开展了实验室实验,在不同的水力停留时间下使用不同的进水浓度和不同的碳介质组合。在采样时进行现场测量,并使用紫外分光光度计测量硝酸盐浓度的变化。分析结果有助于了解各种参数对生物反应器性能的影响。本研究将作为研究生物反应器动力学的试点项目,并将展示在不同参数下反硝化生物反应器的机理。研究结果将被纳入生物反应器的设计中,并将有助于了解木屑和稻壳组合用作碳基质时的反硝化性能。通过增加实验持续时间,可以监测季节性温度对不同水力停留时间（HRT）下生物反应器去除硝酸盐效果的影响。具体目标包括:·不同碳介质反硝化生物反应器的水力传导率。·水力停留时间对不同碳介质生物反应器脱氮的影响。·环境因素对不同碳介质生物反应器脱氮的影响。图1研究路线简图本研究采用实验室试验方法,在不同控制条件下测试生物反应器填充介质的水力特性和生物反应器的硝酸盐去除率。本研究的技术路线可通过图1显示的流程图来描述。为了探索生物反应器对硝酸盐氮的去除机理及其性能的影响因素,本研究主要采用了实验室试验。本试验主要包括生物反应器在动态水条件下的实验研究。（二）实验装置和数据分析方法利用反硝化生物反应器对农田排水进行反硝化,将农田排水中的硝态氮（nO3-n）转化为惰性气态氮（n2）。这一过程是在农田排水排入周围水体之前利用微生物完成的,以便去除水体中的硝酸盐氮。这可以大大降低水体生态氮负荷,控制农业面源污染。反硝化作用是在微生物作用下,将土壤中的硝态氮（nO3-n）还原为（n2）的主要途径之一。反硝化需要氮氧化物（nO3-,nO2-）作为电子受体,反硝化细菌,碳源和合适的溶解氧条件。方程式（a）是该过程中涉及的主要反应。5C+4nO3-+2H2O→2n2+4HCO3-+CO2（1）动态水试验由以下装置进行。首先,使用“Kn03”在供水罐中制备相应浓度的硝酸钾溶液（1,5,15mg/L）,并在供水装置上安装一个上水位传感探头和一个下水位传感探头。供水装置连续向定水头装置供水,定水头装置自下而上连续向五个生物反应器塔供水,多余的水排回给水箱。每根柱子由树脂玻璃制成,内径10厘米,柱长30厘米。反应塔出口与蠕动泵相连,以控制流速。当供水装置的水位低于下水位探头时,水泵开始工作,直到水位高于上水位探头。在3种不同进水浓度（1,5,15mg/L）下测试了 4h,8h和12h的水

Objective：To evaluate the local effect of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） on transected sciatic nerve ***：Sixty male white Wistar rats were divided into four experimental groups randomly （n=15）.In transected group the left sciatic nerve was transected and the stump was fixed to adjacent *** treatment group the defect was bridged using a silicone graft filled with 10μL *** silicone group the graft was filled with phosphate-buffered *** sham-operated group the sciatic nerve was exposed and *** group was subdivided into three subgroups with five animals in each and nerve fibers were studied 4,8 and 12 weeks after ***：Behavioral test,functional study of sciatic nerve,gastrocnemius muscle mass and morphometric indices confirmed a faster recovery of regenerated axons in VEGF group than in silicone group （P〈0.05）.In immunohistochemical assessment,reactions to S-100 in VEGF group were more positive than that in silicone ***：Local administration of VEGF will improve functional recovery and morphometric indices of sciatic nerve.

The notions of pure ideals and pure submodules play an important role in the study of rings and their module categories. In this paper, we introduce pure fuzzy ideals and pure fuzzy submodules of an R-module. we establish their basic properties and use them to obtain fuzzy theoretic characterizations of right weakly regular rings. Among other results, we prove that a ring R is right weakly regular if and only if each fuzzy submodule of a oyclic R-module is fuzzy pure.

BACKGROUnD numerous studies have demonstrated that human epididymis protein 4(HE4)is overexpressed in various malignant tissues including ovarian,endometrial,lung,breast,pancreatic,and gastric ***,no study has examined the diagnostic impact of HE4 in patient with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)until *** To analyze the value of four serum tumor markers for the diagnosis of ESCC,and examine the associations of serum levels of HE4 with ESCC patients’clinicopathological *** The case group consisted of 80 ESCC patients,which were compared to a control group of 56 patients with benign esophageal *** levels of HE4,carcinoma embryonic antigen(CEA),alpha fetal protein,and carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9)were detected by *** associations of serum HE4 levels with ESCC patients’clinicopathological characteristics such as gender,tumor location,and pathological stage were also examined after *** The result of ELISA showed that serum HE4 level was significantly higher in the patients with ESCC than in the controls,and the staining intensity was inversely correlated with the pathological T and n *** HE4 levels had a sensitivity of 66.2%and specificity of 78.6%when the cutoff value was set at 3.9 ng/***,the combined HE4 and CA19-9 increased the sensitivity to 83.33%,and interestingly,the combination of HE4 with CEA led to the most powerful sensitivity of 87.5%.Furthermore,A positive correlation was observed between HE4 serum levels and pathological T and n stages(P=0.0002 and 0.0017,respectively),but there was no correlation between HE4 serum levels and ESCC patient gender(P=0.4395)or tumor location(P=0.6777).COnCLUSIOn The results of this study suggest that detection of serum HE4 levels may be useful in auxiliary diagnosis and evaluation of the progression of ESCC.

The peripheral rivers of Dhaka city became highly polluted because of industrialization and urbanization to a greater extent in the last few ***,an attempt has been taken to measure 48 elements in water of the river Buriganga using the ICP-MS method for the first ***,it could be the reference values for future research in *** of the 48 elements,the following metals are given more attention because of their detrimental effects on living organisms and for discussing their aquatic chemistry in polluted water body:Be,na,Al,Cr,Mn,Fe,ni,Cu,Zn,Cd,Ba,Hg,Pb,Bi and *** revealed that metals’concentrations in water in the monsoon were less than that of the winter,however,Cr and Fe were found at below detection limits in the winter that is *** parameters of the river water such as pH,dissolved oxygen play vital roles for hydrolysis reactions in the stagnant water *** products of metal ions having low values of solubility products(K sp),for example,iron(III)hydroxide,chromium(III)hydroxide,phase out through precipitation *** study also detects and quantifies total concentrations of Hg and U in water of the river Buriganga for the first *** and correlation matrix results provided potential sources of the relevant *** of hydrolysis and precipitation reactions for metal ions in the polluted river water are also discussed.
