Background: Urethrocystoscopy is a method of endoscopic exploration that allows direct visualization of the urethra and bladder for diagnosis or treatment of diseases of the lower urinary tract. Purpose: To determine the epidemiological profile of patients who underwent urethrocystoscopy and to present the indications and the results of this endoscopic examination. Patients and Methods: This is a retrospective, descriptive study of all patients who underwent outpatient urethrocystoscopy in the Urology and Andrology department of grand Mbour hospital. The epidemiological data of the patients, the indications, the results of the endoscopic exploration and the additional procedures performed were entered and analyzed with Excel 2016. We performed descriptive statistics. Results: Of the 216 patients who underwent outpatient urethrocystoscopy, we counted 179 men (82.87%) and 37 women (17.13%). The sex ratio was 4.84. The mean age of the patients was 53.71 ± 18.76 years (age range 17 to 91 years). The main indications were lower urinary tract disorders (60.18%) and hematuria (28.70%). Endoscopic exploration revealed prostatic tumor in 69 patients (31.9%), 29 cases of bladder tumors (13.4%) and 19 cases of bilharzia cystitis (8.8%). The urethrocystoscopy was normal in 32 patients (14.8%). Conclusion: Urethrostoscopy is an endoscopic exploration examination that can be performed on an outpatient basis. Lower tract urinary disorders and hematuria were the main indications.

The paper presents the results of studies on the transformation of the organic matter of siliceous-clayey carbonate rocks of the Semiluksko-Mendymsky horizon of the Romashkino oil field in a hydrothermal fluid for an hour（with a water-to-rock ratio of 33） at 340℃ and 380℃ and pressu res of 17 and 20 *** a result of hydrothermal treatment,at 340℃ and 17 MPa,based on nitrogen porosimetry and electron microscopy data,transformations of rock-forming minerals in the rock are *** lead to an increase in the volume and average diameter of mesopores in it and the formation of micropores,as well,which improve its filtration *** the same time,the amount of kerogen in the composition of the organic matter decreases and the yield of the petroleum hydrocarbon extract increases,in which,according to the SARA analysis,the content of asphaltenes increases and the content of resins,aromatic and saturated hydrocarbons *** the composition of aroatic hydrocarbons,the proportion of a lkyltri methyl benzenes and dibenzothiophenes increases,phenanthrene homologues appear,and in the composition of saturated hydrocarbons,the amount of iso-structure alkanes decreases relative to the content of linear *** the temperature and pressure of the hydrothermal fluid to 380℃ and 20 MPa increases the degree of kerogen conversion from 12.4% to 23.6%.At the same time,changes occurring in the component composition of petroleum hydrocarbon extracts remains similar to the experiments carried out at 340℃ and 17 MPa;the content of naphthalenes decreases,the content of dibenzothiophenes increases and C11-C17,C19-C22alkyltrimethylbenzenes *** to IR spectroscopy,with increasing temperature and pressure of the hydrothermal fluid the intensity of the absorption bands of the aromatic ring,aliphatic fragments,and oxygen-containing groups increases in resins;the structural-group composition of asphaltenes changes little:aromaticity and the content of condensed

A new empirical formula for the astrophysical S-factor has been suggested as a function of the Coulomb interaction parameter,center of mass energy,and barrier *** 22 fusion reactions with ^(40,48)Ca as projectiles were considered for different targets,leading to compound nuclei with atomic and mass numbers varying between 40≤Z≤≤Z≤112 and 88≤A≤27888≤A≤278,*** fusion cross-sections have been estimated using the geometric factor,the gamow-Sommerfield factor,and the empirical formula for the *** study's findings showed better agreement with those of available experiments when compared to Wong's *** present work leads to a smaller standard deviation value than Wong's formula when used to correlate the experimental data of calcium-induced fusion ***'s formula provides a good approximation of fusion cross-sections when the center of mass energy is below the fusion barrier when compared to above the fusion barrier.

BACKgROUnD Radicular cyst is a lesion of odontogenic origin that arises from epithelial remains due to periapical periodontitis caused by inflammatory reactions generated at the apex of affected teeth with infected or necrotic *** therapeutic mana gement of radicular cysts is *** is only one case report of enucleation of a radicular cyst managed with microsurgery and apicoectomy,but without the use of the guided tissue regeneration(gTR)technique in the same surgical *** present clinical case describes the management of a radicular cyst with microsurgical approach,performance of an apicoectomy of the tooth associated with the entity,application of gTR technique,use of a resorbable membrane of type I bovine collagen,and bovine *** SUMMARY A 68-year-old patient presented with a radicular cyst from an upper lateral *** microsurgical management used was aimed at enucleating the chemical membrane,performing apicoectomy of the tooth along with careful and precise retrograde filling,and implementing gTR technique using a resorbable collagen membrane and bovine *** diagnosis of radicular cyst was confirmed using histopathological *** patient underwent follow-up evaluations at 10 and 30 d *** 4 months postoperative evaluation,she remained asymptomatic,and radiographs showed significant periapical healing with adequate bone *** These results suggest that microsurgical management using the gTR technique with collagen membrane and xenograft,contributes to bone regeneration.

The combined use of LiDAR(Light Detection And Ranging)scanning and field inventories can provide spatially continuous wall-to-wall information on forest *** information can be used in many ways in forest mapping,scenario analyses,and forest manage-ment *** study aimed to find the optimal way to obtain continuous forest data for Catalonia when using knn imputation(knn stands for“k nearest neighbors”).In this method,data are imputed to a certain location from k field-measured sample plots,which are the most similar to the location in terms of LiDAR metrics and topographic *** multidimensional Euclidean distance was used as the similarity *** study tested two different methods to optimize the distance *** first method optimized,in the first step,the set of LiDAR and topographic variables used in the measure,as well as the transformations of these *** weights of the selected variables were optimized in the second *** other method optimized the variable set as well as their transformations and weights in one single *** two-step method that first finds the variables and their transfor-mations and subsequently optimizes their weights resulted in the best imputation *** the study area,the use of three to five nearest neighbors was *** and latitude turned out to be the most important variables when assessing the similarity of two locations of Catalan forests in the context of knn data *** optimal distance measure always included both LiDAR metrics and topographic *** study showed that the optimal similarity measure may be different for different ***,it was suggested that knn data imputation should always be started with the optimization of the measure that is used to select the k nearest neighbors.
