Although VEGF-B was discovered as a VEGF-A homolog a long time ago,the angiogenic effect of VEGF-B remains poorly understood with limited and diverse findings from different ***,drugs that inhibit VEGF-B together with other VEGF family members are being used to treat patients with various neovascular *** is therefore critical to have a better understanding of the angiogenic effect of VEGF-B and the underlying *** comprehensive in vitro and in vivo methods and models,we reveal here for the first time an unexpected and surprising function of VEGF-B as an endogenous inhibitor of angiogenesis by inhibiting the FGF2/FGFR1 pathway when the latter is abundantly ***,we unveil that VEGF-B binds to FGFR1,induces FGFR1/VEGFR1 complex formation,and suppresses FGF2-induced Erk activation,and inhibits FGF2-driven angiogenesis and tumor *** work uncovers a previously unrecognized novel function of VEGF-B in tethering the FGF2/FGFR1 *** the anti-angiogenic nature of VEGF-B under conditions of high FGF2/FGFR1 levels,caution is warranted when modulating VEGF-B activity to treat neovascular diseases.

越南Ha nam省近十年来土地利用变化研究

越南Ha Nam省近十年来土地利用变化研究

Hanam省地处越南北部，位于红河平原，介于20020’-20045’n和105045’-106010’E之间。Hanam省下辖Phu Ly、Duy Tien、Binh luc、Kim Bang、Thanh Liem、Ly nhan，共5县1市。Hanam省的总面积为86018.33ha占全国土地面积的0.25%及红河平原土地面积的6.6%。根据，越南资源与环境部的土地分类标准，越南Hanam省土地利用类型多样，共包括3个一级地类，13个二级地类。一级用地类型分为农业用地、非农业用地、未利用地，二级分类包括农业产出用地、林地、水产养殖用地、其他农业用地、居住用地、专用设施用地、信仰用地、坟地、水系及专用水面、其他非农业用地、平地未利用地、山丘未利用地、石山未树林。虽然，Hanam省面积较小，但2000年以来的工业化、现代化等政策已影响到Hanam省的土地利用迅速变化。因此，本文的研究目的是在研究越南Hanam省的土地利用变化趋势的基础上提出土地利用优化对策与建议。本文以越南Hanam省为研究区，根据遥感影像、数字高程模型和县域政区图件等数据，采用单一土地利用态度、Gibbs-Martin多样化指数、城市扩展程度、人口-城市扩展指数等定量指标和土地利用转移矩阵对越南Hanam省近10年来的土地利用进行了分析，并应用马尔科夫预测模型来预测Hanam省的2020年土地利用变化，所得的主要结论如下： (1)从2000-2010年，农业用地面积从61325.21ha减少到56104.28ha，面积减少了5220.93ha，年变化面积为522.09ha。农业用地减少的原因是经济的快速发展和城市化进程的不断加快，大量的农业用地变为城镇用地。在农业用地面积大量持续减少的同时，农业用地面积在整个省面积的比重也不断下降，从2000年的72.37%下降到2010年的65.2%。随着Hanam省社会经济的快速发展，Hanam省的非农业用地面积显著增加，其中面积增加最大的用地类型是居住用地和专用设施用地。从2000-2010年，居住用地面积从4281.39ha增加到5378.6ha，10年变化面积为1097.21ha，年变化面积为109.72ha，专用设施用地面积从10368.54ha增加到14890.4，变化面积达4521.86ha，年变化面积为452.19ha。这两种土地类型面积迅速增加的原因是为满足经济快速发展的需要，Hanam省加大了基础设施建设，从而使得道路、交通、机关等用地面积增加趋势显著;经济发展促进了人民物质和文化生活水平的不断提高，城镇住宅建设得到发展和改善。未利用地包括三种土地类型平地未利用地、山丘未利用地、石山无树木覆盖。从2000-2010年，未利用地面积从2308.73ha增加到3806.5ha，变化面积为1497.77ha，占全省面积的比重从2000年2.72%到2010年的4.42%。虽总面积增加但二级土地利用类型平地利用地和山丘未利用地面积是减少的，10年内面积分别减少为19.2ha和635.69ha。只有石山无树木覆盖面积是增加的，从2000年的302.81ha到2010年的2455.47ha，年变化面积为215.27ha。 (2) Hanam省在2000年的土地利用程度指数总体上不高，2000-2005年间的土地利用程度变化比较小， I为2.62，2005-2010年间的土地利用程度变化比较明显， I为6.12，说明这时间段该地区加强了土地资源开发利用度，土地利用类型变化较快。 (3)土地利用转移矩阵的分析结果表明Hanam省城市化过程不仅是大量农业用地转变为非农业用地的过程，同时也包含非农业用地之间的调整和转化，主要是转化为居住用地和专用设施用地。从2000到2010年，农业产出用地面积的流出量为4349.69ha，其中转变为居住用地和专用设施用地的面积共有3402.01ha，占农业产出用地面积总流出量的78.21%;转变为未利用地的面积为7259.23ha。在非农业用地之内有水系及专用水面转化为居住用地及专用设施用地的面积分别为25.13ha和45.13ha，居住用地和专用设施用地相互转化面积为85.37ha和22.73ha。 (4)应用马尔科夫(Markov)预测模型预测2010至2020年间Hanam省土地利用类型变化情况。预测结果表明，Hanam省土地利用格局的未来发展趋势为:居住用地、专用设施用地、石山未树林将继续保持增加的趋势;水产养殖用地、其他农业用地、信仰用地、坟地、其他非农业用地在波动变化中有所增加;农业产出用地、林地继续保持减少的趋势;平地未利用地、山丘未利用地面积逐步减少。 (5)提出了越南Hanam省土地利用存在的三个大问题：①农业用地面积大量转化为城镇用地②林地用地面积减少大部分面

背景丙泊酚和瑞芬太尼联合输注用于保留自主呼吸患者的深度镇静时常常会发生一些副反应，尤其是呼吸抑制。这些副反应的产生可能与药物的组合以及给药技术有关。靶控输注（TCI）可能会优化给药方法。因此，在这项对择期结肠镜检术患者进行的前瞻性随机双盲研究中，我们试图回答以下两个问题：第一，使用丙泊酚的同时加用瑞芬太尼是否利大于弊。第二，与手控输注相比，靶控输注瑞芬太尼是否可以减少副反应的发生。方法接受择期结肠镜检术的患者被随机分组：接爱手控持续输注瑞芬太尼细（MCI）（0．125μg·kg^-1·min^-1的速度持续输注2分钟后改为0．05μg·kg^-1·min^-1的速度持续输注），靶控输注瑞芬太尼组（TCI）（1ng／ml），或安慰剂组（生理盐水靶控输注或以相应的速度手控持续输注）。所有患者都接受丙泊酚靶控输注，调整靶浓度至相应水平使得患者处于深度镇静、对语言指令无反应的同时保留自主呼吸且不需要辅助通气。结果安慰剂组发生沐动、咳嗽和呃逆、暂时干扰检查操作的人数显著多于研究绍、各组间血流动力学和苏醒指标没有显著临床差异．靶控输注瑞芬太尼减少了丙泊酚的用量。使用瑞芬太尼时，靶控输注组（TCI）与手控输注组（MCI）相比，呼吸减弱和呼吸暂停的发生率明显减低（TCI：n=7，MCI：n=16，P〈0．05）.结论瑞芬太尼和丙泊酚联合应用于保留自主呼吸的深度镇静时比单独丙泊酚能提供更好的结肠镜检术条件与手控输注瑞芩太尼相比，靶控输注瑞芬太昆可以减少丙泊酚的用量并减少呼吸暂停和呼吸抑制的发生率（TCI：n=7，MCI：n=16，P〈0．05）.

The Umbilical Cord and Complications of Twin Gestations

The rate of twin pregnancies has increased over the last decades, largely because of the ongoing development of assisted reproductive technology and increased maternal age at childbearing. Twins have a higher risk of adverse outcomes during pregnancy and the perinatal period. The prevalence of umbilical cord abnormalities is higher for twin pregnancies compared with singleton pregnancies. Some of these abnormalities are nonspecific to twinning and can also be found in singleton gestations (such as velamentous cord insertion, vasa previa, and single umbilical artery). Other abnormalities are associated with monochorionic twins, such as umbilical cord entanglement, and umbilical proximate cord insertion. Most of these abnormalities can be detected by ultrasound evaluation. The early and accurate ultrasound diagnosis of chorionicity, amnionicity, and placental and umbilical cord characteristics is crucial if we are to predict the risk of complications and to determine the best management for twin pregnancies. Histopathological examination of the placenta and umbilical cord after delivery can help to confirm prenatal diagnosis and to provide a better understanding of the physiopathology of their abnormalities. The aim of this review was to emphasize the role that the umbilical cord plays in twin complications and to describe the management of these high-risk pregnancies.

In this White Paper we present the potential of the enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry(eXTP) mission for studies related to Observatory Science targets. These include flaring stars, supernova remnants, accreting white dwarfs, low and high mass X-ray binaries, radio quiet and radio loud active galactic nuclei, tidal disruption events, and gamma-ray bursts. eXTP will be excellently suited to study one common aspect of these objects: their often transient nature. Developed by an international Consortium led by the Institute of High Energy Physics of the Chinese Academy of Science, the eXTP mission is expected to be launched in the mid 2020s.

Background:It is unknown whether lung-protective ventilation is applied in burn patients and whether they benefit from *** study aimed to determine ventilation practices in burn intensive care units(ICUs)and investigate the association between lung-protective ventilation and the number of ventilator-free days and alive at day 28(VFD-28).Methods:This is an international prospective observational cohort study including adult burn patients requiring mechanical *** tidal volume(V_(T))was defined as V_(T)≤8 mL/kg predicted body weight(PBW).Levels of positive end-expiratory pressure(PEEP)and maximum airway pressures were *** association between V_(T) and VFD-28 was analyzed using a competing risk *** settings were presented for all patients,focusing on the first day of *** also compared ventilation settings between patients with and without inhalation ***:A total of 160 patients from 28 ICUs in 16 countries were *** V_(T) was used in 74%of patients,median V_(T) size was 7.3[interquartile range(IQR)6.2–8.3]mL/kg PBW and did not differ between patients with and without inhalation trauma(p=0.58).Median VFD-28 was 17(IQR 0–26),without a difference between ventilation with low or high V_(T)(p=0.98).All patients were ventilated with PEEP levels≥5 cmH_(2)O;80%of patients had maximum airway pressuresn this international cohort study we found that lung-protective ventilation is used in the majority of burn patients,irrespective of the presence of inhalation *** of low V_(T) was not associated with a reduction in *** registration:*** *** of registration:9 December 2014.
