Background:The analysis of communication tools used in advocacy is currently a topical research problem in the context of dynamic information communication in the sociopolitical *** and Objectives:The aim of the study was to analyze the attorney’s request as a means of obtaining information by attorneys to carry out their professional *** and Methods:The research was conducted with the help of numerous methods,the method of expert interviews being the leading *** was used to single out the procedural characteristics and prospects of the attorney’s request in presentday ***:Attention is drawn to a number of issues that complicate the process of submitting attorney’s request and a proper use of this mechanism and procedure by an *** ratification of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement opens up new prospects not only for Ukrainian and European producers but also provides for interesting objectives for attorneys to consult the private sector in the process of building new ***:In this article,it was suggested to compare and analyze the issue of the attorney’s request in Ukrainian and Polish legal *** a result of the research,problems were identified,and proposals were made for a simplified procedure for submitting an attorney’s request as a communication instrument in advocacy.

Mechanism of cross-level settlements and void accumulation of wide and conventional sleepers in railway ballast

The cross-level and twist irregularities are the most dangerous irregularity types that could cause wheel unloading with the risk of derailments and additional maintenance ***,the mechanism of the irregularities initiation and development is *** motivation of the present study was the previous experimental studies on the application of wide sleepers in the ballasted *** long-term track geometry measurements with wide sleepers show an enormous reduction of the vertical longitudinal irregularities compared to the conventional ***,wide sleepers had higher twist and cross-section level *** present paper aims to explain the phenomenon by discrete element method(DEM)modeling the development process of sleeper inhomogeneous support at cross-level depending on the sleeper *** DEM simulations show that the maximal settlement intensity is up to 3.5 times lower for a wide sleeper in comparison with the conventional ***,the cross-level differential settlements are almost the same for both *** particle loading distribution after all loading cycles is concentrated on the smaller area,up to the half sleeper length,with fully unloaded zones under sleeper *** flow limitation under the central part of the sleeper could improve the resilience of wide sleepers to the development of cross-level *** mechanism of initiation of the cross-level irregularity is proposed,which assumes the loss of sleeper support under sleeper *** further growth of inhomogeneous settlements along the sleeper is assumed as a result of the interaction of two processes:ballast flow due to dynamic impact during void closing and on the other side high pressure due to the concentration of the pressure under the middle part of the *** DEM simulation results support the assumption of the mechanism and agree with the experimental studies.

In this study,we present an investigation of the newly discovered dwarf nova ASASSN-19oc during its superoutburst on 2019 June *** carried out detailed UBVRcIc-photometric observations and also obtained a spectrum on day 7 of the outburst,which shows the presence of hydrogen absorption lines commonly found in dwarf nova *** of photometric data reveals the occurrence of early superhumps in the initial days of observations,followed by ordinary and late *** have accurately calculated the period of the ordinary superhumps as Pord=0.05681(10)days and determined the periods at different stages,as well as the rate of change of the superhump period(P_(dot)=(5)P/P=8.1×10^(-5)).Additionally,we have derived the mass ratio of the components(q=0.09),and estimated the color temperature during the outburst as~11,000 K,the distance to the system(d=560 pc)and absolute magnitude of the system in outburst(MV=5.3).We have shown that outbursts of this star are very rare:based on brightness measurements on 600 archival photographic plates,we found only one outburst that occurred in *** fact,as well as the properties listed above,convincingly shows that the variable ASASSN-19oc is a dwarf nova of WZ Sge type.

针对压缩阵元间距的互质阵列差分共阵存在孔洞、均匀自由度低导致欠定波达方向估计性能受限的问题,提出了一种改进的稀疏阵列设计。首先,通过分析阵列结构对差分共阵冗余性与孔洞位置的影响,得出调整压缩阵元间距的互质阵列的子阵列位置,能够有效地减少差分共阵的冗余,增加连续延迟,提高均匀自由度;其次,调整子阵列阵元位置,给出设计稀疏阵列物理阵元位置的闭式表达式;然后,根据阵元位置推导得到提出的稀疏阵列自由度、均匀自由度以及差分共阵孔洞位置的闭式表达式。理论分析表明,相同阵元数目时,相较于压缩阵元间距的互质阵列及其改进稀疏阵列,该稀疏阵列具有更高的自由度、均匀自由度。最后,利用基于空间平滑的多重信号分类算法,在多种场景下展开波达方向估计仿真实验。结果表明,提出的稀疏阵列在多种实验条件下均具有更优的波达方向估计性能,验证了该设计的有效性。

Experimental investigation of the dynamic behavior of railway track with sleeper voids

The deterioration of the sleeper support on the ballasted track begins with the accumulation of sleeper *** increased dynamic loading in the voided zone and the ballast contact conditions cause the accelerated growth of the settlements in the voided zones,which results in the appearance of local instabilities like ballast breakdown,white spots,subgrade defects,*** recent detection and quantification of the sleeper voids with track-side and onboard monitoring can help to avoid or delay the development of local *** present paper is devoted to the study of the dynamic behavior of railway track with sleeper voids in the ballast breakdown *** result of the experimental track-side measurements of rail acceleration and deflection is *** analysis shows the existence of the dynamic impact during wheel entry in the voided ***,the measured dynamic impact is subjected to the bias of the track-side measurement *** the mechanism of the impact and the measurement aspects are explained by using the one-beam model on viscoelastic *** void features in the dynamic behavior are analyzed for the purpose of track-side and onboard monitoring.A practical method of the void parameter quantification is proposed.

Optimization of the Active Composition of the Wind Farm Using Genetic Algorithms

The article presents the results of research on the possibilities of using genetic algorithms for solving the multicriteria optimization problem of determining the active components of a wind *** is carried out on two parameters:efficiency factor of wind farm use(integrated parameter calculated on the basis of 6 parameters of each of the wind farm),average power deviation level(average difference between the load power and energy generation capabilities of the active wind farm).That was done an analysis of publications on the use of genetic algorithms to solve multicriteria optimization *** simulations were performed,which allowed us to analyze the obtained statistical data and determine the main optimization *** was carried out a comparative analysis of the obtained results with other methods,such as the dynamic programming method;the dynamic programming method with the general increase of the set loading;the modified dynamic programming method,neural *** is established that the average power deviation for the genetic algorithm and for the modified dynamic programming method is located at the same level,33.7 and 28.8 kW,*** average value of the efficiency coefficient of wind turbine used for the genetic algorithm is 2.4%less than for the modified dynamic programming ***,the time of finding the solution by the genetic algorithm is 3.6 times less than for the modified dynamic programming *** obtained results provide an opportunity to implement an effective decision support system in energy flow management.

In this paper,we developed a new customizable low energy Software Defined Networking(SDN)based Internet of Things(IoT)platform that can be reconfigured according to the requirements of the target IoT ***,the platform consists of a set of low cost and energy efficient single-board computers,which are interconnected within a network with the software defined *** proposed SDN switch is deployed on Raspberry Pi 3 board usingOpen vSwitch(OvS)software,while theFloodlight controller is deployed on the Orange Pi Prime *** firstly presented and implemented the method formeasuring a delay introduced by each component of the IoT infrastructure,ranging from the sensor,the core of SDN,the IoT broker,to an IoT ***,we presented the approach for estimating energy efficiency for SDN based IoT platform proportional to the *** experiments carried out on a real SDN topology based on single-board computers show that our approach not only saves up to 53.56%of energy at low traffic intensity,but also provides QoS guarantee for IoT applications.
