As electric vehicle(EV)sales grew approximately 50%year-over-year,surpassing 3.2 million units in 2020,the“roaring era”of EV is around the *** meet the increasing demand for low cost and high energy density batteries,anode-free configuration,with no heavy and voluminous host material on the current collector,has been proposed and further ***,it always suffers from several non-negligible“bottlenecks”,such as fragile solid electrolyte interface,deteriorated cycling reversibility,and uncontrolled dendrite *** by the“compensatory effect”of some disabled people with other specific functions strengthened to make up for their inconvenience,corresponding quasi-compensatory measures after anode removal,involving dimensional compensation,SEI robustness compensation,lithio-philicity compensation,and lithium source compensation,have been carried out and achieved significant battery performance *** this review,the chemistry,challenges,and rationally designed“quasi-compensatory effect”associated with anode-free lithium-ion battery are systematically discussed with several possible R&D directions that may aid,direct,or facilitate future research on lithium storage in anode-free configuration essentially emphasized.

Endoscopic repair of delayed stomach perforation caused by penetrating trauma:A case report

BACKGROUND Primary endoscopic closure of a perforated gastric wall during endoscopic procedures is mostly effective and well-tolerated;however,there are very few studies on the efficacy of endoscopic management of delayed traumatic gastric ***,we report a novel case of a patient who was successfully treated for delayed traumatic stomach perforation using an alternative endoscopic *** SUMMARY A 39-year-old woman presented with multiple penetrating traumas in the back and left abdominal *** imaging studies revealed left diaphragmatic disruption and peri-splenic hemorrhage without gastric *** emergency primary repair of the disrupted diaphragm with omental reduction and suturing of the lacerated lung was performed;however,delayed free perforation of the gastric wall was noted on computed tomography after 3 *** an emergency abdominal surgery for the primary repair of the gastric wall,re-perforation was noted 15 d *** high risk associated with re-surgery prompted an endoscopic intervention using 2 endoloops and 11 endoscopic clips using a novel modified purse-string suture *** free perforated gastric wall was successfully repaired without additional surgery or *** patient was discharged after 46 d without any *** Endoscopic closure with endoloops and clips can be a useful therapeutic alternative to re-surgery for delayed traumatic gastric perforation.

Proton pump inhibitors as a risk factor for recurrence of Clostridium-difficile-associated diarrhea

AIM:To investigate the risk factors for Clostridiumdifficile-associated diarrhea(CDAD)recurrence,and its relationship with proton pump inhibitors(PPIs). METHODS:Retrospective data of 125 consecutive hospitalized patients diagnosed with CDAD between January 2006 and December 2007 were collected by medical chart *** data included patient characteristics at baseline,underlying medical disease, antibiotic history before receiving a diagnosis of CDAD, duration of hospital stay,severity of CDAD,concurrenttreatment with PPIs,laboratory parameters,response to CDAD therapy,and recurrence of disease within 90 d of successful *** clinical and laboratory parameters were compared in patients in whom CDAD did or did not recur. RESULTS:Of the 125 patients(mean age,67.6± 13.9 years)that developed CDAD,98(78.4%)did not experience recurrence(non-recurrent group)and 27 (21.6%)experienced one or more recurrences(recurrent group).Prior to the development of CDAD,96% of the 125 patients were prescribed antibiotics,and 56(44.8%)of the patients received *** older than 65 years(P=0.021),feeding via nasogastric tube(NGT)(P=0.045),low serum albumin level(P =0.025),and concurrent use of PPIs(P=0.014) were found to be risk factors for CDAD recurrence by univariate ***,sex,length of hospital stay,duration and type of antibiotics used,severity of disease,leukocyte count and C-reactive protein(CRP) were not associated with risk of CDAD *** multivariate analysis,the important risk factors were advanced age(>65 years,adjusted OR:1.32,95% CI:1.12-3.87,P=0.031),low serum albumin level(< 2.5 g/dL,adjusted OR:1.85,95%CI:1.35-4.91,P= 0.028),and concurrent use of PPIs(adjusted OR:3.48, 95%CI:1.64-7.69,P=0.016). CONCLUSION:Advanced age,serum albumin level< 2.5 g/dL,and concomitant use of PPIs were found to be significant risk factors for CDAD recurrence.

MicroRNAs（miRNAs） are a class of highly conserved small non-coding RNA molecules that play a pivotal role in several cellular *** this study,miRNA and messenger RNA（mRNA） profiles were examined by Illumina microarray in mouse embryonic stem cells（ESCs） derived from parthenogenetic,androgenetic,and fertilized *** global analysis of miRNA-mRNA target pairs provided insight into the role of miRNAs in gene *** showed that a total of 125 miRNAs and 2394 mRNAs were differentially expressed between androgenetic ESCs（aESCs） and fertilized ESCs（fESCs）,a total of 42 miRNAs and 87 mRNAs were differentially expressed between parthenogenetic ESCs（pESCs） and fESCs,and a total of 99 miRNAs and 1788 mRNAs were differentially expressed between aESCs and *** addition,a total of 575,5 and 376 miRNA-mRNA target pairs were observed in aESCs ***,pESCs ***,and aESCs ***,***,15 known imprinted genes and 16 putative uniparentally expressed miRNAs with high expression levels were confirmed by both microarray and real-time ***,transfection of miRNA inhibitors was performed to validate the regulatory relationship between putative maternally expressed miRNAs and target mRNAs. Inhibition of miR-880 increased the expression of Peg3,Dyrklb,and Prrg2 mRNA,inhibition of miR-363 increased the expression of Nfat5 and Soatl mRNA,and inhibition of miR-883b-5p increased Nfat5,Tacstd2,and Ppapdc1 *** results warrant a functional study to fully understand the underlying regulation of genomic imprinting in early embryo development.

Comparison between uncovered and covered self-expandable metal stent placement in malignant duodenal obstruction

AIM:To compare the clinical outcomes of uncovered and covered self-expandable metal stent placements in patients with malignant duodenal ***:A total of 67 patients were retrospectivelyenrolled from January 2003 to June *** patients had symptomatic obstruction characterized by nausea,vomiting,reduced oral intake,and weight *** exclusion criteria included asymptomatic duodenal obstruction,perforation or peritonitis,concomitant small bowel obstruction,or duodenal obstruction caused by benign *** technical and clinical success rate,complication rate,and stent patency were compared according to the placement of uncovered(n = 38) or covered(n = 29) ***:The technical and clinical success rates did not differ between the uncovered and covered stent groups(100% vs 96.6% and 89.5% vs 82.8%).There were no differences in the overall complication rates between the uncovered and covered stent groups(31.6% vs 41.4%).However,stent migration occurred more frequently with covered than uncovered stents [20.7%(6/29) vs 0%(0/38),P < 0.05].Moreover,the overall cumulative median duration of stent patency was longer in uncovered than in covered stents [251 d(95%CI:149.8 d-352.2 d) vs 139 d(95%CI:45.5 d-232.5 d),P < 0.05 by log-rank test] The overall cumulative median survival period was not different between the uncovered stent(70 d) and covered stent groups(60 d).CONCLUSION:Uncovered stents may be preferable in malignant duodenal obstruction because of their greater resistance to stent migration and longer stent patency than covered stents.

对AISI 4340钢在950-1150℃进行奥氏体化,以获得不同奥氏体晶粒度(AGS),研究了连续冷却时贝氏体转变动力学特征。AGS对贝氏体相变动力学有很大的影响,AGS越大,贝氏体相变起始温度Bs越高。对试样进行了透射电镜(TEM)分析,结果表明AlN、TiC等粒子在晶界的析出对贝氏体起始反应起到促进作用。而AGS对贝氏体反应结束温度Bf的影响就很小。转变速率随AGS变化的规律是,AGS越大,转变速率反而减小。所有试样的转变速率随贝氏体体积分数ξ变化明显,大致可分成快速增加、缓慢减小和快速减小三个阶段。

采用膨胀法对AISI 4340钢在900～1150℃几种不同温度下进行奥氏体化,以得到不同的奥氏体晶粒度（AGS）,然后快速冷却到室温,得到马氏体组织.实验结果表明：奥氏体晶粒度和晶界析出相对马氏体相变动力学，尤其是马氏体转变温度（tms）产生很大影响。总的趋势是AGS越大,tms越高。在不同的奥氏体化温度段,会有不同的C，N化合物析出,对马氏体形核产生影响。在奥氏体化温度低于1000℃时，AGS增大,tms快速增加。其原因主要是由于AIN等晶界析出相对马氏体形核的促进作用。在奥氏体化温度高于1050℃时，tms随AGS增大而升高，这是因为TiC等溶解温度较高的化合物在晶界析出对马氏体形核起到促进作用。

Importance of the surrounding colonic mucosa in distinguishing between hyperplastic and adenomatous polyps during acetic acid chromoendoscopy

AIM: To examine the characteristics of colonic polyps, where it is difficult to distinguish adenomatous polyps from hyperplastic polyps, with the aid of acetic acid chromoendoscopy. METHODS: Acetic acid spray was applied to colonic polyps smaller than 10 mm before complete excision. Endoscopic images were taken before and 15-30 s after the acetic acid spray. Both pre-and post-sprayed images were shown to 16 examiners, who were asked to interpret the lesions as either hyperplastic or adenomatous polyps. Regression analysis was performed to determine which factors were most likely related to diagnostic accuracy. RESULTS: In 50 cases tested by the 16 examiners, the overall accuracy was 62.4% (499/800). Regression analysis demonstrated that surrounding colonic mucosa was the only factor that was significantly related to accuracy in discriminating adenomatous from hyperplastic polyps (P < 0.001). Accuracy was higher for polyps with linear surrounding colonic mucosa than for those with nodular surrounding colonic mucosa (P < 0.001), but was not related to the shape, location, or size of the polyp. CONCLUSION: The accuracy of predicting histology is significantly related to the pattern of colonic mucosa surrounding the polyp. Making a histological diagnosis of colon polyps merely by acetic acid spray is helpful for colon polyps with linear, regularly patterned surrounding colonic mucosa, and less so for those with nodular, irregularly patterned surrounding colonic mucosa.

A flexible full-color micro-LED display with high mechanical robustness was fabricated by printing quantum dots(QDs)on a blue micro-LED array using standard *** red and green colors yielded from QDs exhibit a better color gamut than conventional color *** light conversion efficiency was enhanced by adding TiO2 nanoparticles to the QD-photoresist *** full-color micro-LED display was successfully mounted on various unusual substrates such as curved glass,fabrics,and human skin,enabling diverse optoelectronic *** addition,wireless multi-channel visible light communication(VLC)based on the wavelength-division-multiplexing orthogonal-frequency-division-multiplexing(WDM-OFDM)technique was demonstrated using a QD-based color micro-LED panel.A high data transmission rate of 1.9 Gbps was successfully obtained owing to the high electrical-optical modulation bandwidth of the QD-based micro-LED panel.
