Ubiquitously transcribed tetratricopeptide repeat on chromosome X(UTX),also known as lysine(K)-specific demethylase 6A(KDM6A),functions as a tumor suppressor gene or oncogene depending on the tumor type and context.However,its tumor-suppressive mechanisms remain largely unknown.Here,we investigated the clinical significance and biological effects of UTX expression in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDA)and determined the potential mechanisms of its dysregulation.UTX expression and its association with clinicopathologic characteristics of PDA patients were analyzed using immunohistochemistry.UTX mRNA and protein expression and their regulation in PDA cell lines were measured using quantitative polymerase chain reaction and Western blot analyses.The biological functions of UTX in PDA cell growth,migration,and invasion were determined using gain-and loss-of-function assays with both in vitro and in vivo animal models.UTX expression was reduced in human PDA cell lines and specimens.Low UTX expression was associated with poor differentiation and prognosis in PDA.Forced UTX expression inhibited PDA proliferation,migration,and invasion in vitro and PDA growth and metastasis in vivo,whereas knockdown of UTX expression did the opposite.Mechanistically,UTX expression was trans-activated by GATA6 activation.GATA6-mediated PDA progression could be blocked,at least partially,by silencing UTX expression.In conclusion,loss of GATA6-mediated UTX expression was evident in human PDA and restored UTX expression suppressed PDA growth and metastasis.Thus,UTX is a tumor suppressor in PDA and may serve as a prognostic biomarker and therapeutic target.

Herbaceous marsh is the most widely distributed type of marsh wetland ecosystem,and has important ecological functions such as water conservation,climate regulation,carbon storage and fixation,and sheltering rare species.The carbon sequestration function of herbaceous marsh plays a key role in slowing climate warming and maintaining regional environmental stability.Vegetation biomass is an important index reflecting the carbon sequestration capacity of wetlands.Investigating the biomass of marsh vegetation can provide a scientific basis for estimating the carbon storage and carbon sequestration capacity of marshes.Based on field survey data of aboveground biomass of herbaceous marsh vegetation and the distribution data set of marsh in China,we analyzed the aboveground biomass and its spatial distribution pattern of herbaceous marsh on a national scale for the first time.The results showed that in China the total area of herbaceous marsh was 9.7×10^(4) km^(2),the average density of aboveground biomass of herbaceous marsh vegetation was 227.5±23.0 g C m-2(95%confidence interval,the same below),and the total aboveground biomass was 22.2±2.2 Tg C(1 Tg=1012 g).The aboveground biomass density of herbaceous marsh vegetation is generally low in Northeast China and the Tibetan Plateau,and high in central North China and coastal regions in China.In different marsh distribution regions of China,the average biomass density of herbaceous marsh vegetation from small to large was as follows:temperate humid and semi-humid marsh region(182.3±49.3 g C m^(-2))marsh region(243.9±26.6 g C m-2)marsh region(300.5±73.2 g C m-2)marsh region(348.4±59.0 g C m-2)marsh region(675.4±73.8 g C m-2). Understanding the value of ecosystem services is useful for the decision making and sustainable management of the wetlands. It would be better to integrate ecological, economic and social factors into ecosystem service valuation. The general value of the Zoigê Wetland Nature Reserve in the southwest China by integrating a social welfare weight, which is determined by a three-level analytic hierarchy process, was calculated. Through analyzing the functions, stakeholders and ecosystem services of the Zoigê Wetland Nature Reserve, the six main services, including substance production, flood control, gas regulation, climate regulation, recreation, and biodiversity conservation,were selected; and a three-level hierarchical structure model was established. The top(goal) level of the model refers to the total ecosystem services value of the Zoigê Wetland Nature Reserve, the middle level(stakeholder level) refers to stakeholders at different scales, and the bottom level(service level) refers to individual services provided by the Zoigê Wetland Nature Reserve. The results indicated that the ecosystem services value of the Zoigê Wetland Nature Reserve was 320.38×10~8yuan RMB in 2011. If including the social welfare, the value increased to 2258.68×10~8yuan RMB. The value of biodiversity conservation accounted for the largest proportion, which were 53% without the social welfare and 75% with it. And without the social welfare, flood control, gas regulation, climate regulation of the Zoigê Wetland Nature Reserve accounted for 26%, 11% and 8% of the total value, while the proportion that substance production and recreation values were of the total value were very small. Meanwhile, with the social weight,flood control, gas regulation, climate regulation, recreation of the Zoigê Wetland Nature Reserve accounted for 10%,13%, 1% and 1% of the total value, then the weight of substance production value was also the smallest.

针对含有分布式电源接入的配电网系统稳定运行问题,提出了一种面向含多光储微电网配电系统动态协同控制方法。首先设计了一种含配电网和微电网两级直流母线的放射状直流型主动配电系统结构,且相邻各微电网级直流母线由联络开关连接;其次分别针对配电网和微电网层面,设计了系统在并网和孤岛运行情况下不同运行模式,同时为保证系统的稳定运行,提出了包括P/Q控制、U_(DC)/Q控制及U/f控制的各接口单元间的动态协调控制策略。最后,通过maTLAB/Simulink仿真实验,分别从光伏系统(PVS)出力波动、负载容量变化、故障及并离网切换4个方面验证了所提出控制策略的正确性和有效性。

为了解可鲁克湖-托素湖流域内淡、咸水转化关系及其离子来源,文章于2017年分别采集了可鲁克湖、托素湖及河水的枯水期和丰水期水样。利用统计学、Gibbs图和离子比值等方法,分析了水体氢氧稳定同位素和水化学演化机制。结果表明:湖水、河水大部分水体均呈弱碱性(pH均值为8.55)和较强的氧化潜力(ORP均值为52.55 mV)。枯水期到丰水期,可鲁克湖由微咸水转为淡水,托素湖由微咸水转为盐水,河水部分淡水转变为咸水,湖泊和河流的水化学类型以Cl·SO_(4)-Na·Ca·Mg和Cl·HCO_(3)-Na型为主。枯水期痕量金属元素(Fe、Mn、As、Ni)超标率大于丰水期。在蒸发强烈和湖身闭塞的影响下,托素湖最终成为内陆咸水湖,其水体氢氧稳定同位素最为富集(δ^(2)H:-47.91‰~8.64‰,δ^(18)O:-34.18‰~43.24‰),可鲁克湖和河水次之。湖泊水化学成分主要受蒸发结晶影响,其次为岩石风化作用,而河水以水-岩相互作用为主;水质优劣依次为可鲁克湖、托素湖和河水,水质参数表现为Na^(+)、Cl^(-)、SO_(4)^(2-)和NO_(3)^(-)。结果旨在为我国西北流域地表水水质保护提供科学依据。

目的:分析2013至2018年瓦房店市手足口病流行病学特征,探讨疫情变化规律,为手足口病防控提供科学依据。方法:数据来源于中国疾病预防控制信息系统,采用描述流行病学方法对2013至2018年瓦房店市手足口病流行病学特征及病原检测资料进行统计分析。结果:2013至2018年瓦房店市共报告手足口病7561例,年均发病率为134.47/105,各年度发病率差异有统计学意义(χ2=2257.17,P<0.001)。发病季节性明显,发病高峰集中在6~8月。手足口病年均发病率居前5位的是复州城镇、岗店办事处、文兰办事处、老虎屯镇、共济办事处。城区发病率高于农村,男性发病率高于女性,病例以5岁以下儿童为主,发病职业构成主要为散居儿童、幼托儿童和学生。病原学方面,引起手足口病的不同型别肠道病毒交替流行。送检的415例样本中,肠道病毒核酸检测阳性检出率为90.36%(375/415),其中其他肠道病毒阳性占51.20%,柯萨齐病毒A16型阳性占28.80%,肠道病毒71型(EV71)的占20.00%。70例有实验室检测结果的重症病人中,EV71阳性的有35例,占50%。结论:瓦房店市手足口病疫情呈现每隔2年高发的特征,有明显的季节性、地区性和人群特征。手足口病防控应将夏季作为重点时段,将学龄前儿童作为重点人群,将城区作为重点地区,提高EV71疫苗接种的宣传,预防重症病例的发生。

为了对应用生物膜进行湖泊的生态监测与评价提供理论依据,通过微宇宙试验研究了不同浓度梯度养鸭废水对生物膜生物量和胞外酶活性的影响。结果表明:养鸭废水会显著增加生物膜的生物量;在短期暴露中,生物膜的生物量与养鸭废水浓度线性相关;而在长期暴露中则符合Logistic方程,养鸭废水对生物膜生物量的促进具有饱和效应。养鸭废水对生物膜胞外酶活性的效应受暴露时间的影响:短期暴露(24 h)时养鸭废水会促进碱性磷酸酶、β-葡萄糖苷酶和亮氨酸肽酶活性的增加,3种酶活性均随养鸭废水浓度的升高而呈对数增加;长期暴露(60 d)时,养鸭废水对3种酶活性均产生抑制作用,酶活性随养鸭废水浓度升高而呈对数降低。

泥炭地是重要的自然湿地类型,具有固碳、水文调节、生物多样性维护等多种生态系统服务功能。受侵蚀、火灾等自然灾害以及排水疏干、过度放牧和基础建设等强烈的人为干扰,全球泥炭地面积不断缩减,成为全球气候变化背景下的碳源。文中从水文修复、植被修复和生态监测与评估等方面,综述了欧洲和北美国家退化泥炭地修复技术研究进展,结合若尔盖湿地修复技术现状进行了研究展望,旨在为我国高原退化湿地的生态修复提供参考。
