This review provides insight into the current research trend in transition metal oxides(TMOs)-based photocatalysis in removing the organic colouring matters from *** easy understanding,the research progress has been presented in four generations according to the catalyst composition and mode of application,viz:single component TMOs(the firstgeneration),doped TMOs/binary TMOs/doped binary TMOs(the second-generation),inactive/active support-immobilized TMOs(the third-generation),and ternary/quaternary compositions(the fourth-generation).The first two generations represent suspended catalysts,the third generation is supported catalysts,and the fourth generation can be suspended or *** review provides an elaborated comparison between suspended and supported catalysts,their general/specific requirements,key factors controlling degradation,and the methodologies for performance *** the plausible fundamental and advanced dye degradation mechanisms involved in each generation of catalysts were *** existing challenges in TMOs-based photocatalysis and how the researchers approach the hitch to resolve it effectively are *** research trends are also presented.

The effect of tourism on the distribution of larval blackflies during three different seasons of Palni hills was *** streams were selected(Kumbakkarai,Moolayar,Kurusedi,Silver cascade Pampar and Guntar) for this study,of which,three streams(Silver cascade Pampar and Guntar) were in peak of Palni hills(Kodaikanal town areas) and easy access to the *** remaining three streams(Kumbakkarai,Moolayar and Kurusedi) were in downhill *** physico-chemical and stream parameters analyses indicated that the most tourist accessible site of Silver cas-cade stream had poor water quality and the predominant of larval blackfly population when compared to other sampling *** highest population of larval blackflies was observed during winter followed by summer and northeast *** the effect of tourism causes pollution to streams,which in turn to promote the population of blackfly larvae and affect the other insect community in streams.

Existing web-based security applications have failed in many situations due to the great intelligence of *** web applications,Cross-Site Scripting(XSS)is one of the dangerous assaults experienced while modifying an organization's or user's *** avoid these security challenges,this article proposes a novel,all-encompassing combination of machine learning(NB,SVM,k-NN)and deep learning(RNN,CNN,LSTM)frameworks for detecting and defending against XSS attacks with high accuracy and *** on the representation,a novel idea for merging stacking ensemble with web applications,termed“hybrid stacking”,is *** order to implement the aforementioned methods,four distinct datasets,each of which contains both safe and unsafe content,are *** hybrid detection method can adaptively identify the attacks from the URL,and the defense mechanism inherits the advantages of URL encoding with dictionary-based mapping to improve prediction accuracy,accelerate the training process,and effectively remove the unsafe JScript/JavaScript keywords from the *** simulation results show that the proposed hybrid model is more efficient than the existing detection *** produces more than 99.5%accurate XSS attack classification results(accuracy,precision,recall,f1_score,and Receiver Operating Characteristic(ROC))and is highly resistant to XSS *** order to ensure the security of the server's information,the proposed hybrid approach is demonstrated in a real-time environment.

【目的】载脂蛋白是一种重要的血淋巴脂蛋白,它将90%的脂类输送到内部器官。本研究旨在调查家蚕Bombyx mori各个发育期血淋巴载脂蛋白组成变化。【方法】采用溴化钾密度梯度超离心、肝素钠沉淀(heparin sodium precipitation)和连接蒸发光散射检测器的高效液相色谱(high performance liquid chromatography coupled with evaporative light scattering detector,HPLC-ELSD)等方法,检测了家蚕各个发育期血淋巴脂蛋白组成变化。【结果】从5龄幼虫到成虫的转变过程中,从幼虫期和吐丝期家蚕中分离的载脂蛋白密度分别为1.130和1.139 g/mL,但蛹期载脂蛋白密度降低(为1.083 g/mL)。应用肝素钠沉淀法对载脂蛋白组成的分析表明,家蚕吐丝期载脂蛋白主要是高密度载脂蛋白(9.8μg/μL);从吐丝期开始,低密度载脂蛋白含量增加,并在蛹期持续存在(4.2μg/μL)。在所有发育期,载脂蛋白Ⅲ含量低,在2日龄蛹中含量最高(4.0μg/μL)。另外,从吐丝期至成虫期,总脂浓度逐渐增加,从1.4μg/μL增加至3.8μg/μL。通过HPLC-ELSD对中性脂组成的分析表明,在所有发育期只含有微量的单酰甘油(<0.04μg/μL),在5龄幼虫中期至蛹期末观察到二酰甘油(0.11~0.61μg/μL),在蛹期发现三酰甘油(0.18~1.02μg/μL)。【结论】总体结果说明,在幼虫期和吐丝期,高密度载脂蛋白主要运输二酰甘油;化蛹后,高密度载脂蛋白更多地与三酰甘油有关,而与二酰甘油相关性小,并与载脂蛋白Ⅲ形成低密度载脂蛋白有关。这些结果提示载脂蛋白的转变是一个精确的时间控制过程。

Naphthalimide methylcyclohexane(NMICY)luminogen that features molecular conformation-directed aggregation-induced emission was prepared,and its pure equatorial conformer was isolated and wellcharacterized via various techniques,including single-crystal X-ray diffraction(SC-XRD)*** NMICY,the methyl cyclohexane substituent adapted the most stable chair conformation,preventing intermolecularπ-πinteractions among the naphthalimide *** analysis of the self-assembly behavior indicated that an uncommon J^(*)-aggregation pattern was predominant for NMICY that exhibited∼450 nm emission in crystal as well as in the aggregated state[λmax=455 nm,фPL=23.22%,fw=99.9%in water or water-dimethylformamide mixture].NMICY self-assembled into cube-shaped 2D-nanoarchitecture as characterized by fieldemission scanning electron microscopy,atomic force microscopy,and dynamic light scattering(Zavg=143 nm,∼20 nm height)studies while also displaying unique optical properties in the aggregated *** supramolecular self-assembly and aggregated state structure-property relationship in aqueous media of NMICY were optimized,and a facile strategy for the detection of melamine in milk and an aqueous solution of milk powder is reported with a limit of detection value of 0.184 ppm(milk)and 0.101 ppm(milk powder),achieved via the rare acceptor-excited photoinduced electron transfer ***,a smartphone-based,portable,and uncomplicated sensing platform was developed that simplifies the melamine detection process.

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of extraction methodology for the proposed DNA from the ethanol preserved black flies(Simuliidae:Diptera).Methods:This study addressed a simple and effective protocol for extraction of DNA from black flies stored in the *** sizes of larval and adult black flies ranged from 1.5 to 2.5 mm and 3 to 7 mm,*** demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed methodology,the DNA was extracted from the ethanol preserved sample of black flies using the commercial *** extracted DNA was further validated in the PCR amplification using internal transcribed spacer-1 rDNA and cytochrome oxidase subunit II rDNA target ***:Interestingly,a minor modification in the proposed methodology yielded a good DNA concentration in comparison with the commercial *** extracted DNA sample using the proposed methodology was successfully validated in the PCR amplification using internal transcribed spacer-1 rDNA and cytochrome oxidase subunit II rDNA ***:The proposed DNA extraction procedure yielded good concentration of DNA from the ethanol preserved black *** added advantage is that the procedure is suitable for a range of insect species preserved in the ethanol obtained from the various field conditions.

Dielectrophoresis is a powerful and well-established technique that allows label-free,non-invasive manipulation of cells and particles by leveraging their electrical *** practical implementation of the associated electronics and user interface in a biology laboratory,however,requires an engineering background,thus hindering the broader adoption of the *** order to address these challenges and to bridge the gap between biologists and the engineering skills required for the implementation of DEP platforms,we report here a custom-built,compact,universal electronic platform termed ADEPT(adaptable dielectrophoresis embedded platform tool)for use with a simple microfluidic chip containing six *** versatility of the open-source platform is ensured by a custom-developed graphical user interface that permits simple reconfiguration of the control signals to address a wide-range of specific applications:(i)precision positioning of the single bacterium/cell/particle in the micrometer range;(ii)viability-based separation by achieving a 94%efficiency in separating live and dead yeast;(iii)phenotype-based separation by achieving a 96%efficiency in separating yeast and Bacillus subtilis;(iv)cell–cell interactions by steering a phagocytosis process where a granulocyte engulfs *** RGB-S ***,the set of experiments and the platform form a complete basis for a wide range of possible applications addressing various biological questions exploiting the plug-and-play design and the intuitive GUI of ADEPT.

BACKGROUND Multitudinous advancements have been made to the traditional microfracture(MFx)technique,which have involved delivery of various acellular 2nd generation MFx and cellular MFx-III components to the area of cartilage *** relative benefits and pitfalls of these diverse modifications of MFx technique are still not widely *** To comparatively analyze the functional,radiological,and histological outcomes,and complications of various generations of MFx available for the treatment of cartilage *** A systematic review was performed using PubMed,EMBASE,Web of Science,Cochrane,and *** of any age and sex with cartilage defects undergoing any form of MFx were considered for *** included only randomized controlled trials(RCTs)reporting functional,radiological,histological outcomes or complications of various generations of MFx for the management of cartilage *** meta-analysis(NMA)was conducted in Stata and Cochrane’s Confidence in NMA approach was utilized for appraisal of *** Forty-four RCTs were included in the analysis with patients of mean age of 39.40(±9.46)*** comparing the results of the other generations with MFX-I as a constant comparator,we noted a trend towards better pain control and functional outcome(KOOS,IKDC,and Cincinnati scores)at the end of 1-,2-,and 5-year time points with MFx-III,although the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).We also noted statistically significant Magnetic resonance observation of cartilage repair tissue score in the higher generations of microfracture(weighted mean difference:17.44,95%confidence interval:0.72,34.16,P=0.025;without significant heterogeneity)at 1 ***,the difference was not maintained at 2 *** was a trend towards better defect filling on MRI with the second and third generation MFx,although the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).CONCLUSION The higher generations of traditional MFx
