the COVID-19 outbreak in late 2019 was declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization(WHO)on March 12,2020.[1]As of the latest WHO data,COVID-19 has caused over 770 million cases and nearly 7 million deaths worldwide.[2]Hospitalizations due to COVID-19 are correlated with advanced age.[3,4]According to re-ports,individuals over the age of 65 account for 80%of COVID-19-related deaths.[3,4]this is primar-ily due to the increased burden of comorbidity with age.

the Qom Formation is the most important hydrocarbon reservoir target in Central *** Qom platform developed in a back-arc basin during the Oligo-Miocene due to the closing of the tethyan *** formation consists of a variety of carbonate and non-carbonate facies deposited on a platform ranging from supratidal to basin.A combination of tectonic and eustatic events led to some lateral and vertical facies variations in the study *** third-order depositional sequences and related surfaces were identified regarding vertical facies changes in the studied sections of this Oligo-Miocene *** to all results and data,this succession was initially deposited during the Chattian upon a distally steepened ramp of siliciclastic-carbonate composition,including the Bouma ***,from the late Chattian to the Aquitanian,the platform changed into a homoclinal carbonate ramp with a gentle *** respect to tectonic activity,this phase was a calm period during the deposition of the Qom ***,a drowned carbonate platform and a rimmed shelf emerged during the Burdigalian,terminated by the continental deposits of the Upper Red *** all geological characteristics,three main tectono-eustatic evolutionary phases have been recognized in the Qom back-arcbasin.

this study introduces a new classifier tailored to address the limitations inherent in conventional classifiers such as K-nearest neighbor(KNN),random forest(RF),decision tree(Dt),and support vector machine(SVM)for arrhythmia *** proposed classifier leverages the Chi-square distance as a primary metric,providing a specialized and original approach for precise arrhythmia *** optimize feature selection and refine the classifier’s performance,particle swarm optimization(PSO)is integrated with the Chi-square distance as a fitness *** synergistic integration enhances the classifier’s capabilities,resulting in a substantial improvement in accuracy for arrhythmia *** results demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed method,achieving a noteworthy accuracy rate of 98% with PSO,higher than 89% achieved without any previous *** classifier outperforms machine learning(ML)and deep learning(DL)techniques,underscoring its reliability and superiority in the realm of arrhythmia *** promising results render it an effective method to support both academic and medical communities,offering an advanced and precise solution for arrhythmia detection in electrocardiogram(ECG)data.

the wadi dahab delta is in a dry, arid coastal zone within Egypt’s south Sinai Peninsula’s eastern portion. the primary water source is the Quaternary coastal alluvial aquifer. the groundwater salinity varies from 890to 8213 mg/L, with a mean value of 3417 mg/L. the dissolved major ions have been used to calculate the seawater mixing index(SWMI) using a linear equation that discriminates the groundwater mostly affected by water–rock interaction(SWMI 1>) and other samples mixed with Seawater(SWMI the isotopic composition of groundwater for specifically chosen groundwater samples ranges from-0.645‰ to +5.212‰ for δ^(18)O and from-9.582‰ to + 22.778‰ for δ^(2)H, where the seawater represented by a Red Sea water sample(δ^(18)O + 1.64‰-δ^(2)H + 9.80‰) and reject brine water are considerably enriched the isotopic groundwater values. the geochemical NEtPAtH model constrained by the dissolved significant ions, isotopes, and the rock aquifer forming minerals as phases indicate the mixing percent with the seawater ranges from 9% to 97% of seawater from 91% to 3% of original recharge water. According to the SEAWAt 3-D flow models, seawater has penetrated the Northeastern Dahab delta aquifer, with the intrusion zone extending1500 m inland. the salt dissolution, upwelling of saline water, recharge from the upstream mountain block, and seawater encroachment are the primary aspects contributing to the deterioration of groundwater quality. these findings may have significance for effective groundwater withdrawal management in arid locations worldwide with similar hydrogeological systems.

Peripheral artery disease(PAD)is a common condition characterized by atherosclerosis in the peripheral arteries,associated with concomitant coronary and cerebrovascular *** convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9(PCSK9)inhibitors are a class of drugs that have shown potential in hypercholesterolemic *** review focuses on the efficacy,safety,and clinical outcomes of PCSK9 inhibitors in PAD based on the literature indexed by *** such as FOURIER and ODYSSEY demonstrate the efficacy of evolocumab and alirocumab in reducing cardiovascular events,offering a potential treatment option for PAD *** evaluations from trials show few adverse events,most of which are injection-site reactions,indicating the overall safety profile of PCSK9 *** outcomes show a reduction in cardiovascular events,ischemic strokes,and major adverse limb ***,despite these positive findings,PCSK9 inhibitors are still underutilized in clinical practice,possibly due to a lack of awareness among care providers and cost *** research is needed to establish the long-term effects and cost-effectiveness of PCSK9 inhibitors in PAD patients.

In the cloud environment,ensuring a high level of data security is in high *** planning storage optimization is part of the whole security process in the cloud *** enables data security by avoiding the risk of data loss and data *** development of data flow scheduling approaches in the cloud environment taking security parameters into account is *** our work,we propose a data scheduling model for the cloud *** is made up of three parts that together help dispatch user data flow to the appropriate *** first component is the Collector Agent whichmust periodically collect information on the state of the network *** second one is the monitoring agent which must then analyze,classify,and make a decision on the state of the link and finally transmit this information to the *** third one is the scheduler who must consider previous information to transfer user data,including fair distribution and reliable *** should be noted that each part of the proposedmodel requires the development of its *** this article,we are interested in the development of data transfer algorithms,including fairness distribution with the consideration of a stable link *** algorithms are based on the grouping of transmitted files and the iterative *** proposed algorithms showthe performances to obtain an approximate solution to the studied problem which is an NP-hard(Non-Polynomial solution)*** experimental results show that the best algorithm is the half-grouped minimum excluding(HME),with a percentage of 91.3%,an average deviation of 0.042,and an execution time of 0.001 s.

Electrochemical CO_(2)reduction is a sustainable approach in green chemistry that enables the production of valuable chemicals and fuels while mitigating the environmental impact associated with CO_(2)*** its several advantages,this technology suffers from an intrinsically low CO_(2)solubility in aqueous solutions,resulting in a lower local CO_(2)concentration near the electrode,which yields lower current densities and restricts product *** diffusion electrodes(GDEs),particularly those with tubular architectures,can solve these issues by increasing the local CO_(2)concentration and triple-phase interface,providing abundant electroactive sites to achieve superior reaction *** this study,robust and self-supported Cu flow-through gas diffusion electrodes(FtGDEs)were synthesized for efficient formate production via electrochemical CO_(2)*** were further compared with traditional Cu electrodes,and it was found that higher local CO_(2)concentration due to improved mass transfer,the abundant surface area available for the generation of the triple-phase interface,and the porous structure of Cu FtGDEs enabled high formate Faradaic efficiency(76%)and current density(265 mA¸cm^(−2))at–0.9 V *** hydrogen electrode(RHE)in 0.5 mol·L^(−1)*** combined phase inversion and calcination process of the Cu FtGDEs helped maintain a stable operation for several *** catalytic performance of the Cu FtGDEs was further investigated in a non-gas diffusion configuration to demonstrate the impact of local gas concentration on the activity and performance of electrochemical CO_(2)*** study demonstrates the potential of flow-through gas-diffusion electrodes to enhance reaction kinetics for the highly efficient and selective reduction of CO_(2),offering promising applications in sustainable electrochemical processes.
