Flue gas heat loss accounts for a significant component of theoverall heat loss for coal-fired boilers in power plants. The flue gas absorbsmore heat as the exhaust gas temperature rises, which reduces boiler efficiencyand raises coal consumption. Additionally, if the exhaust gas temperatureis too high, a lot of water must be used to cool the flue gas for the wetflue gas desulfurization system to function well, which has an impact onthe power plant’s ability to operate profitably. It is consequently vital totake steps to lower exhaust gas temperatures in order to increase boilerefficiency and decrease the amount of coal and water used. Desulfurizationperformance may be enhanced and water use can be decreased by reasonableflue gas characteristics at the entry. This study analyzed the unit’s energyconsumption, investment, and coal savings while proposing four couplingstrategies for regulating flue gas temperature and waste heat recovery. Agraded flue gas conditioning and waste heat recovery plan was presentedunder the condition of ensuring high desulfurization efficiency, along withthe notion of minimizing energy loss owing to energy inflow temperaturedifference. Numerical results show that the proposed methods improved thesystem performance and reduced the water consumption and regulated theboiler temperature.

An overlooked effect of systemic anticholinergics:alteration on accommodation amplitude

AIM： To investigate the effect of oral solifenacin succinate, tolterodine-L-tartarate and oxybutinin hydrochloride（HCl） on accommodation amplitude.·METHODS： Female overactive bladder syndrome（OAB）patients who were planned to use oral anticholinergics,patients that uses solifenacin succinate 5 mg（Group I,n =25）, tolterodine-L-tartarate 4 mg（Group II, n =25）,and oxybutinin HCl 5 mg b.i.d.（Group III, n =25） and age matched healthy female subjects（Group IV, n =25） were recruited and complete ophthalmological examination and accommodation amplitude assessment were done at baseline and 4wk after initiation of treatment.·RESULTS： The mean age of 100 consecutive female subjects was 51.6 ±5.7（40-60）y and there were no statistically significant difference with regard to the mean age（P =0.107） and baseline accommodation amplitude（P =0.148） between study groups. All treatment groups showed a significant decrease in accommodation amplitude following a 4-week course of anticholinergic treatment（P =0.008 in Group I, P =0.002 in Group II, P =0.001 in Group III）, but there was no statistically significant difference in Group IV（P =0.065）.·CONCLUSION： A 4-week course of oral anticholinergic treatment have statistically significant effect on accommodation amplitude. Clinicians should avoid both overestimating this result, as this would unnecessarily restrict therapeutic possibilities, and also underestimating it which may lead to drug intolerance.

The advent of the COVID-19 pandemic has adversely affected the entire world and has put forth high demand for techniques that remotely manage crowd-related *** surveillance and crowd management using video analysis techniques have significantly impacted today’s research,and numerous applications have been developed in this *** research proposed an anomaly detection technique applied to Umrah videos in Kaaba during the COVID-19 pandemic through sparse crowd *** theKaaba rituals is crucial since the crowd gathers from around the world and requires proper analysis during these days of the *** Umrah videos are analyzed,and a system is devised that can track and monitor the crowd flow in *** crowd in these videos is sparse due to the pandemic,and we have developed a technique to track the maximum crowd flow and detect any object(person)moving in the direction unlikely of the major *** have detected abnormal movement by creating the histograms for the vertical and horizontal flows and applying thresholds to identify the non-majority *** algorithm aims to analyze the crowd through video surveillance and timely detect any abnormal activity tomaintain a smooth crowd flowinKaaba during the pandemic.

Nigella sativa relieves the deleterious effects of ischemia reperfusion injury on liver

AIM: To determine whether Nigella sativa prevents hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury to the liver. METHODS: Thirty rats were divided into three groups as sham (Group 1), control (Group 2), and Nigella sati-va (NS) treatment group (Group 3). All rats underwent hepatic ischemia for 45 min followed by 60 min period of reperfusion. Rats were intraperitoneally infused with only 0.9% saline solution in group 2. Rats in group 3 received NS (0.2 mL/kg) intraperitoneally, before isch-emia and before reperfusion. Blood samples and liver tissues were harvested from the rats, and then the rats were sacrifi ced. Serum aspartate aminotransfera-se (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) levels were determined. Total antioxidant capacity (TAC), catalase (CAT), total oxida-tive status (TOS), oxidative stress index (OSI) and my-eloperoxidase (MPO) in hepatic tissue were measured. Also liver tissue histopathology was evaluated by light microscopy. RESULTS: The levels of liver enzymes in group 3 weresignifi cantly lower than those in the group 2. TAC in liver tissue was significantly higher in group 3 than in group 2. TOS, OSI and MPO in hepatic tissue were signifi cantly lower in group 3 than the group 2. Histo-logical tissue damage was milder in the NS treatment group than that in the control group. CONCLUSION: Our results suggest that Nigella sa-tiva treatment protects the rat liver against to hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury.

In machine learning,sentiment analysis is a technique to find and analyze the sentiments hidden in the *** sentiment analysis,annotated data is a basic ***,this data is manually *** annotation is time consuming,costly and laborious *** overcome these resource constraints this research has proposed a fully automated annotation technique for aspect level sentiment *** is created from the reviews of ten most popular songs on *** of five aspects—voice,video,music,lyrics and song,are *** N-Gram based technique is *** dataset consists of 369436 reviews that took 173.53 s to annotate using the proposed technique while this dataset might have taken approximately 2.07 million seconds(575 h)if it was annotated *** the validation of the proposed technique,a sub-dataset—Voice,is annotated manually as well as with the proposed ***’s Kappa statistics is used to evaluate the degree of agreement between the two *** high Kappa value(i.e.,0.9571%)shows the high level of agreement between the *** validates that the quality of annotation of the proposed technique is as good as manual annotation even with far less computational *** research also contributes in consolidating the guidelines for the manual annotation process.

Association between microsatellite markers and bovine tuberculosis in Chadian Zebu cattle

Bovine tuberculosis (BTB) is a considerable threat to livestock keepers and public health in many developing and underdeveloped countries. We investigated associations between 20 microsatellite markers and three phenotypes for BTB in a sample of the Chadian cattle population. The phenotypes measured were: 1) single intra-dermal comparative cervical tuberculin test (SICCT) performed on live animals, 2) presence of lesion post-slaughter, 3) a bacteriological tissue culture test for Mycobacterium bovis using the samples with observed lesions and 4) a predicted Bayesian model (BM) estimate of a true BTB disease status using all tested animals. All traits were recorded in binary form and as either 1 = presence or 0 = absence. A total of 224 animals for SICCT, lesion and BM traits and 96 animals with bacteriological culture test were genotyped. Generalised linear models were fitted to the binary BTB phenotypes that consisted of age (covariate), sex (2 levels), breed (2 levels) and markers (alleles: 5 - 14 levels) as explanatory variables and implemented in R using glm with a logit link function. The model was fitted for each marker, separately. Six out of 20 markers tested were significantly associated with at least one trait considered;these were ILSTS005, ILSTS006, TGLA227, BM2113 and CSRM66. Genomic regions around these markers may serve as a basis for further functional investigations. This is the first study to report association of microsatellite markers with bovine tuberculosis traits in African or Chadian cattle population.

Blastocystis in ulcerative colitis patients:Genetic diversity and analysis of laboratory findings

Objective:To determine Blastocystis frequency and subtypes(ST) in ulcerative colitis(UC) patients and analyse some laboratory findings between Blastocystis positive and negative ***:Faecal samples from 150 UC patients in Adnan Menderes University,Training and Research Hospital were examined by direct microscopy and cultivated in Jones *** positive cultures were subjected to DNA isolation and subtypes were identified by sequencing of barcode region.A retrospective analysis was conducted on C reactive protein(CRP),leukocyte counts(WBC),neutrophil counts,and sedimentation ***:The overall positive rate of Blastocystis was 8%(12 patients) and the most abundant subtype was ST3(eight isolates,66.7%),followed by ST1,ST2 and *** findings between Blastocystis infected and non-infected UC patients were not significantly *** was 3.8% among the patients in active stage,while it was 11.8% among the patients in remission ***:The present study confirms previous findings that have indicated the predominance of Blastocystis ST3 in humans and contributes additional evidence that suggests the low colonization of Blastocystis infection in ulcerative colitis patients during active stage.

This article reviewed the psychological consequences of the novel coronavirus disease COVID-19 and the challenges that face post-traumatic *** outbreak of the virus,the daily deaths and quarantine procedures resulted in several mental health problems and the need for psychological interventions was increasingly highlighted in different *** only the patients but those who are in the frontline like physicians and nurses need psychological services as *** infected people suffer from fear of death,similarly the quarantined people are afraid of infection and suffer also from social isolation,loneliness,anger,depression,anxiety and *** most common troubles resulted from the outbreak of COVID-19 are sleep disorders,overprotection measures,feeling helplessness,emotional problems,worry about health,sadness and *** are different challenges of post-traumatic interventions,take for example,shortage of professional psychiatrists and experienced psychologists,lack of training on psychological skills to deal with patients’anxiety,panic,and other emotional problems and unwillingness to be quarantined and lack of cooperation in remedial *** studies should adopt interview and self-reported questionnaire to get a deeper insight into the Psychiatric and Psychological disorders associated with the ***,post-traumatic interventions should focus on improving coping strategies and reducing mental health problems.

The Impact of Green Accounting for Reducing the Environmental Cost in Production Companies

Green accounting and their impact for reducing cost as a profession is the duty to improve the internal viewpoint of any economic unit and develop information that clarify its role within their environment and their contribution to providing appropriate information for decision-making which leads to the optimal exploitation of resources and the preservation of the environment and averting the threat. Thus, taking into account the environmental accounts especially environmental costs would enable the accounting profession to provide more relevant information and appropriate administrative decision makers, productivity, in particular where the problem lies in the lack of such information, resulting in the adoption of sound decisions which have contributed to the deterioration of the environment rather than addressed. In total, 180 questionnaires were distributed and 155 returned. Through analysis, the study came to the most important results that there were no statistically significant differences between the arithmetic average of the possibility of measuring the environment cost of disclosure, and the study also recommends the allocation of the budget to preserve and protect the environment and the budget of social cost, the development of accounting methods in order to provide environmental information to make sound decisions to exploit these resources.
