Software testing is an important and cost intensive activity in software *** major contribution in cost is due to test case ***-based testing is an approach in which test cases are derivative from requirements without considering the implementation’s internal ***-based testing includes functional and nonfunctional *** objective of this study is to explore the approaches that generate test cases from requirements.A systematic literature review based on two research questions and extensive quality assessment criteria includes *** study identies 30 primary studies from 410 studies spanned from 2000 to *** review’s nding shows that 53%of journal papers,42%of conference papers,and 5%of book chapters’address requirementsbased *** of the studies use UmL,activity,and use case diagrams for test case generation from *** of the signicant lessons learned is that most software testing errors are traced back to errors in natural language requirements.A substantial amount of work focuses on UmL diagrams for test case generations,which cannot capture all the system’s developed ***,there is a lack of UmL-based models that can generate test cases from natural language requirements by rening them in *** criteria indicate how efciently the testing has been performed 12.37%of studies use requirements coverage,20%of studies cover path coverage,and 17%study basic coverage.

The wound is induced by several mechanical and metabolic *** the etiology of the wound recovery,excessive oxidative stress,calcium ion(Ca^(2+))influx,and apoptosis have important ***^(2+)-permeable TRPm2 channel is activated by oxidative *** roles of Hypericum perforatum extract(HP)on the mechanical nerve injury-induced apoptosis and oxidative toxicity through regulation of TRPm2 in the experimental animals were recently *** potential protective roles in HP treatment were evaluated on the TRPm2-mediated cellular oxidative toxicity in the renal epithelium.mPK)*** cells were divided into three groups as control,wound,and wound+HP treatment(75μm for 72 h).Wound diameters were more importantly decreased in the wound+HP group than in the wound *** addition,the results of laser confocal microscopy analyses indicated protective roles of HP and TRPm2 antagonists(N-(p-Amylcinnamoyl)anthranilic acid and 2-aminoethyl diphenylborinate)against the wound-induced increase of Ca^(2+) influx and mitochondrial ROS *** wound-induced increase of early(annexin V-FITC)apoptosis and late(propidium iodide)apoptosis were also decreased in the cells by the HP *** conclusion,HP treatment acted protective effects against wound-mediated oxidative cell toxicity and apoptosis through TRPm2 *** effects may be attributed to their potent antioxidant effect.

Wear tests are essential in the design of parts intended to work in environments that subject a part to high *** tests involve high cost and lengthy experiments,and require special test *** use of machine learning algorithms for wear loss quantity predictions is a potentially effective means to eliminate the disadvantages of experimental methods such as cost,labor,and *** this study,wear loss data of AISI 1020 steel coated by using a plasma transfer arc welding(PTAW)method with FeCrC,FeW,and FeB powders mixed in different ratios were obtained experimentally by some of the researchers in our *** mechanical properties of the coating layers were detected by microhardness measurements and dry sliding wear *** wear tests were performed at three different loads(19.62,39.24,and 58.86 N)over a sliding distance of 900 *** this study,models have been developed by using four different machine learning algorithms(an artificial neural network(ANN),extreme learning machine(ELm),kernel-based extreme learning machine(KELm),and weighted extreme learning machine(WELm))on the data set obtained from the wear test *** R2 value was calculated as 0.9729 in the model designed with WELm,which obtained the best performance among the models evaluated.

This article contributes to a small but growing body of multi-sited and multi-scalar research on the Belt and Road *** focus on relations at the national,regional and international scales,and present original research from China and Turkey,to show how the Istanbul-Ankara high-speed railway has served as a testing ground for China's Belt and Road Initiative(BRI).Its construction was initially funded by the European Investment Bank,but it is now part of the backbone of the Turkish Government's middle Corridor plan which enhances west-east connectivity and integration with the Caucasus and Central *** show that in contrast to multinational corporations from the OECD that seek to remain footloose,Chinese state-owned enterprises(SOEs)seek to adapt to,apprehend and ultimately shape local *** the case of Turkey this proved difficult given its institutional alignment with the European ***,while the railway project was completed successfully by a consortium led by a Chinese SOE,Turkey's dynamic and complex regulatory environment discourages Chinese SOEs in the infrastructure *** conclude that the Turkish and Chinese governments are currently pursuing complementary territorial visions yet their cooperation is project-based and pragmatic.

Text-To-Speech(TTS)is a speech processing tool that is highly helpful for visually-challenged *** TTS tool is applied to transform the texts into human-like ***,it is highly challenging to accomplish the TTS out-comes for the non-diacritized text of the Arabic language since it has multiple unique features and *** special characters like gemination and diacritic signs that correspondingly indicate consonant doubling and short vowels greatly impact the precise pronunciation of the Arabic ***,such signs are not frequently used in the texts written in the Arabic language since its speakers and readers can guess them from the context *** this background,the current research article introduces an Optimal Deep Learning-driven Arab Text-to-Speech Synthesizer(ODLD-ATSS)model to help the visually-challenged people in the Kingdom of Saudi *** prime aim of the presented ODLD-ATSS model is to convert the text into speech signals for visually-challenged *** attain this,the presented ODLD-ATSS model initially designs a Gated Recurrent Unit(GRU)-based prediction model for diacritic and gemination ***,the Buckwalter code is utilized to capture,store and display the Arabic *** improve the TSS performance of the GRU method,the Aquila Optimization Algorithm(AOA)is used,which shows the novelty of the *** illustrate the enhanced performance of the proposed ODLD-ATSS model,further experi-mental analyses were *** proposed model achieved a maxim.m accu-racy of 96.35%,and the experimental outcomes infer the improved performance of the proposed ODLD-ATSS model over other DL-based TSS models.

Phytochemical constituents,antioxidant and antibacterial activities of methanolic extract of Ardisia elliptica

Objective:To investigate the antioxidant,antibacterial,and chemical ingredients of Ardisia elliptica(***) methanolic ***:The plant was extracted using *** and antioxidant activities were ***:The results showed that both fruit and leaf extract of *** have significant antibacterial activities against Gram-positive and Gram-negative *** extracts showed higher content of phenolic(71 ± 0.03 GAE/mg extract dry weight),in comparison to the leaf extracts(37 ± 0.05 GAE/mg extract dry weight).Flavonoid content,and Fe2+chelating activity of fruit extracts were higher than leaf *** percentage radical inhibition of fruit extract is found to be higher(70%) than that of leaf extract(60%).LCmS results indicated that the major compounds in the fruit extract were Gingerol,Aspidin,Kampherol,and Stercuresin,while the leaf extract contained Gingerol,Aspidin,Triangularin,and Salicyl acyl ***,the results of GCmS indicated that fruit extract contained these major compounds:Vitamin E Tocopherol,5-hepylresornicol,2-Nonylmalonic acid,5-pentadecylresornicol,and ***,leaf extract of *** contained these major compounds:Alpha Amyrenol,4,4,6,6a,6b,8,8a,9,10,11,12,12 a,14,14 a,14 b octadehydro-2H-picen-3-one,and Lonasterol,4-t-Butyl-2-[4-nitrophenyl] ***:The results provide evidence that fruit and leaf of *** extracts might indeed be used as a potential source of effective natural antimicrobial and antioxidant agents in pharmaceutical and food industries.

The evident change in the design of the autopilot system produced massive help for the aviation industry and it required frequent *** learning delivers appropriate outcomes when considering a continuous environment where the controlling Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)required maxim.m *** this paper,we designed a hybrid framework,which is based on Reinforcement Learning and Deep Learning where the traditional electronic flight controller is replaced by using 3D hand *** algorithm is designed to take the input from 3D hand gestures and integrate with the Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient(DDPG)to receive the best reward and take actions according to 3D hand gestures *** UAV consist of a Jetson Nano embedded testbed,Global Positioning System(GPS)sensor module,and Intel depth *** collision avoidance system based on the polar mask segmentation technique detects the obstacles and decides the best path according to the designed reward *** analysis of the results has been observed providing best accuracy and computational time using novel design framework when compared with traditional Proportional Integral Derivatives(PID)flight *** are six reward functions estimated for 2500,5000,7500,and 10000 episodes of training,which have been normalized between 0 to−*** best observation has been captured on 2500 episodes where the rewards are calculated for maxim.m *** achieved training accuracy of polar mask segmentation for collision avoidance is 86.36%.

Novel coronavirus 2019(COVID-19)has affected the people’s health,their lifestyle and economical status across the *** application of advanced Artificial Intelligence(AI)methods in combination with radiological imaging is useful in accurate detection of the *** also assists the physicians to take care of remote villages *** current research paper proposes a novel automatedCOVID-19 analysismethod with the help ofOptimal Hybrid Feature Extraction(OHFE)and Optimal Deep Neural Network(ODNN)called OHFE-ODNN from chest x-ray *** objective of the presented technique is for performing binary and multi-class classification of COVID-19 analysis from chest X-ray *** presented OHFE-ODNN method includes a sequence of procedures such as median Filtering(mF)-based pre-processed,feature extraction and finally,binary(COVID/Non-COVID)and multiclass(Normal,COVID,SARS)***,in OHFE-based feature extraction,Gray Level Co-occurrence matrix(GLCm)and Histogram of Gradients(HOG)are integrated *** presented OHFE-ODNN model includes Squirrel Search Algorithm(SSA)for finetuning the parameters of *** performance of the presented OHFEODNN technique is conducted using chest x-rays *** presented OHFE-ODNN method classified the binary classes effectively with a maxim.mprecision of 95.82%,accuracy of 94.01%and F-score of 96.61%.Besides,multiple classes were classified proficiently by OHFE-ODNN model with a precision of 95.63%,accuracy of 95.60%and an F-score of 95.73%.

Optimization of Neutrino Oscillation Parameters Using Differential Evolution

We show how the traditional grid based method for finding neutrino oscillation parameters △m2 and tan2θ can be combined with an optimization technique, Differential Evolution （DE）, to get a significant decrease in computer processing time required to obtain minimal chi-square （χ2） in four different regions of the parameter space. We demonstrate efficiency for the two-neutrinos case. For this, the χ2 function for neutrino oscillations is evaluated for grids with different density of points in standard allowed regions of the parameter space of △m2 and tan2θ using experimental and theoretical total event rates of ehlorine （Homestake）, Gallex＋GNO, SAGE, Superkamiokande, and SNO detectors. We find that using DE in combination with the grid based method with smail density of points can produce the results comparable with the one obtained using high density grid, in much lesser computation time.
