Mossbauer,optical and structural properties of Fe^(3+) ion in borate glass

Lanthanum-bearing iron lithium borate glass is a quaternary system for oxide glasses and was prepared via the melt-quenching *** present article correlates the structure,optical,ligand field and M?ssbauer data on iron lithium borate glass co ntaining La^(3+).The density was measured,while the molar volume was *** physical parameters are *** increasing the La_(2)O_(3) content within the glass network,infrared spectra analysis reveals structural modifications such as the increase in BO_(4) units and the decline in both BO_(3) units and NBO bonds ***,optical absorption spectra were *** absorption spectra disclose a plethora of electronic transitions that are related to Fe^(3+)in tetrahedral and octahedral sites,however,Fe^(2+)phase is not observed in optical spectra,but it has a clear signature in M?ssbauer ***,the glass absorption edges undergo a clear blue shift,reflecting an increased band gap energy(1.96-2.28 eV).The decline in NBO bonds justifies this ***,the values of crystal field splitting are increased,while the values of racah parameters are *** trend is justified by the decline in NBO bonds and increases electron localization around Fe cations.M?ssbauer spectra confirm the existence of Fe^(3+)in tetrahedral and octahedral sites,while Fe^(2+)exists in only a tetrahedral *** increasing La_(2)O_(3) content,the isomer shift of Fe^(3+)in tetrahedral sites changes to be 0.312-0.329 mm/s,while the isomer shift of octahedral Fe^(3+)is 0.424-0.456 mm/*** findings coincide with optical *** the isomer shift of tetrahedral Fe^(2+)is 0.902-0.911 mm/*** results of structural,optical and ligand field associated with M?ssbauer spectra open more vistas toward the utility of these samples in the optics realm.

The damped Helmholtz-Duffing oscillator is a topic of great interest in many different fields of study due to its complex *** transitioning from conventional continuous differential equations to their fractal counterparts,one gains insights into the system's response under new mathematical *** paper presents a novel method for converting standard continuous differential equations into their fractal *** conversion occurs after the nonlinear system is transformed into its linear *** analyses show that there are several resonance sites in the fractal system,which differ from the one resonance point found in the continuous *** important finding is that the fractal system loses some of its stabilizing power when decaying behavior is transformed into a diffuse ***,a decrease in the fractal order in resonance settings shows a stabilizing impact,highlighting the dynamics'complexity inside fractal *** endeavor to convert to fractals is a revolutionary technique that is being employed for the first time.

Thermal effects on wear behavior of additively manufactured NiTi shape memory alloys

NiTi alloys fabricated by laser powder bed fusion(LPBF)additive manufacturing technology not only address the compositional instability resulting from complex processes but also solve the challenges of difficult machining of intricate aerospace ***,there are very few reports on the wear behavior of LPBF-NiTi *** the present work,the effects of microstructure and thermal treatment,including heat treatment and frictional heat,on the wear behavior of LPBF-NiTi alloy and 100Cr6 ball were analyzed through a series of tribological experiments with different sliding *** the average sliding speed increases(0.079–0.216 m/s),the wear rate of the as-built and heat-treated samples tends to decrease in the range of 2.69×10^(-3)–0.97×10^(-3)mm^(3)/*** the heat-treated LPBF-NiTi alloy is 46%harder than the as-built alloy is,the latter has a higher toughness(505 MJ/m^(3))and greater transformation strain of SIM(0.097).This leads to a coupling effect of heat treatment and sliding speed on the wear *** addition,the wear track morphologies under different sliding speeds are asymmetric due to the 24% greater acceleration at the far end from the motor and the 2.15 mm deviation between the maximum speed position and the geometric center of the *** wear modes of the as-built and heat-treated samples included adhesive,abrasive and delamination ***,the wear morphologies and dominant wear modes change with the frictionally caused heat release induced by the sliding speed.

Federated Learning’s Role in Next-Gen TV Ad Optimization

In the rapidly evolving landscape of television advertising,optimizing ad schedules to maximize viewer engagement and revenue has become *** methods often operate in silos,limiting the potential insights gained from broader data analysis due to concerns over privacy and data *** article introduces a novel approach that leverages Federated Learning(FL)to enhance TV ad schedule optimization,combining the strengths of local optimization techniques with the power of global Machine Learning(ML)models to uncover actionable insights without compromising data *** combines linear programming for initial ads scheduling optimization with ML—specifically,a K-Nearest Neighbors(KNN)model—for predicting ad spot *** into account the diversity and the difficulty of the ad-scheduling problem,we propose a prescriptivepredictive approach in which first the position of the ads is optimized(using Google’s OR-Tools CP-SAT)and then the scheduled position of all ads will be the result of the optimization ***,this output becomes the target of a predictive task that predicts the position of new entries based on their characteristics ensuring the implementation of the scheduling at large scale(using KNN,Light Gradient Boosting Machine and random Forest).Furthermore,we explore the integration of FL to enhance predictive accura.y and strategic insight across different broadcasting networks while preserving data *** FL approach resulted in 8750 ads being precisely matched to their optimal category placements,showcasing an alignment with the intended diversity ***,there was a minimal deviation observed,with 1133 ads positioned within a one-category variance from their ideal placement in the original dataset.

The primary objective of this study is to develop an innovative theoretical model to accurately predict the thermophysicalproperties of hybrid nanofluids designed to enhance cooling in solar panel *** researchlays the groundwork for our future studies,which will focus on photovoltaic thermal *** nanofluidsconsist of water and nanoparticles of alumina(Al_(2)O_(3)),titanium dioxide(TiO_(2)),and copper(Cu),exploringvolumetric concentrations ranging from 0%to 4%for each type of nanoparticle,and up to 10%for total *** developed model accounts for complex interactions between the nanoparticles and the base fluid,as well assynergistic effects resulting from the coexistence of different *** simulations have shownexceptional agreement with experimental results,reinforcing the credibility of our approach in accurately capturingthe thermophysical behavior of these hybrid *** on these results,our study proposes significantadvancements in the design and optimization of nanofluids for cooling applications in solar *** developmentsare crucial for improving the efficiency of solar installations by mitigating overheating effects,providinga solid foundation for practical applications in this rapidly evolving field.

This study was conducted to investigate the properties of Pr3+-Dy3+doped Zn2y-type hexaferrite for potential technological applications.X-ray diffraction（XRD）,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy（FTIR） and field-emission scanning electron microscopy（FESEM） were used to analyze structural *** crystallite size in the synthesized samples varies between 57.54 and 68.57 *** vibrational bands at 400 and 600 cm-1,common to all hexaferrites,were confirmed through *** FESEM analysis reveals an agglomeration of magnetic grains and a decrease in the average grain size from 1.24 to1.06 μ*** M-H loops show that,with x values of 0.0,0.1,and 0.2,the saturation magnetization is determined to be 34.76,34.23,and 32.52 emu/g,*** corresponding coercivity values are21.24,30.39,and 33.99 ***-visible spectroscopy using Tauc theory reveals an increase in the optical band gap from 2.32 to 2.50 eV,indicating a tunable energy band structure by incorporating Pr3+-Dy3+*** dielectric constant increases,whereas AC conductivity decreases with increased Pr3+-Dy3+*** obtained results suggest the potential suitability of these materials for various technological applications.

A Greener Future: Carbon Nanomaterials from Lignocellulose

The objective of this study is to propose an optimal plant design for blue hydrogen production aboard a liquefiednatural gas(LNG)*** investigation focuses on integrating two distinct processes—steam methanereforming(SMR)and ship-based carbon capture(SBCC).The first refers to the common practice used to obtainhydrogen from methane(often derived from natural gas),where steam reacts with methane to produce hydrogenand carbon dioxide(CO_(2)).The second refers to capturing the CO_(2) generated during the SMR process on *** capturing and storing the carbon emissions,the process significantly reduces its environmental impact,making the hydrogen production“blue,”as opposed to“grey”(which involves CO_(2) emissions without capture).For the SMR process,the analysis reveals that increasing the reformer temperature enhances both the processperformance and CO_(2) ***,a higher steam-to-carbon(s/c)ratio reduces hydrogen yield,therebydecreasing thermal *** study also shows that preheating the air and boil-off gas(BOG)before theyenter the combustion chamber boosts overall efficiency and curtails CO_(2) *** the SBCC process,puremonoethanolamine(MEA)is employed to capture the CO_(2) generated by the exhaust gases from the SMR *** results indicate that with a 90%CO_(2) capture rate,the associated heat consumption amounts to 4.6 MJ perkilogram of CO_(2) *** combined approach offers a viable pathway to produce blue hydrogen on LNGcarriers while significantly reducing the carbon footprint.

The dramatic rise in the number of people living in cities has made many environmental and social problems *** search for a productive method for disposing of solid waste is the most notable of these *** scholars have referred to it as a fuzzy multi-attribute or multi-criteria decision-making problem using various fuzzy set-like approaches because of the inclusion of criteria and anticipated *** goal of the current study is to use an innovative methodology to address the expected uncertainties in the problem of solid waste site *** characteristics(or sub-attributes)that decision-makers select and the degree of approximation they accept for various options can both be indicators of these *** tackle these problems,a novel mathematical structure known as the fuzzy parameterized possibility single valued neutrosophic hypersoft expert set(ρˆ-set),which is initially described,is integrated with a modified version of Sanchez’s *** this,an intelligent algorithm is *** steps of the suggested algorithm are explained with an example that explains *** compatibility of solid waste management sites and systems is discussed,and rankings are established along with detailed justifications for their *** study’s strengths lie in its application of fuzzy parameterization and possibility grading to effectively handle the uncertainties embodied in the parameters’nature and alternative approximations,*** uses specific mathematical formulations to compute the fuzzy parameterized degrees and possibility grades that are missing from the prior *** is simpler for the decisionmakers to look at each option separately because the decision is *** the computed results,it is discovered that they are consistent and dependable because of their preferred properties.
