A Multi-Task Deep Learning Framework for simultaneous Detection of Thoracic Pathology through Image Classification

Thoracic diseases pose significant risks to an individual's chest health and are among the most perilous medical diseases. They can impact either one or both lungs, which leads to a severe impairment of a person’s ability to breathe normally. some notable examples of such diseases encompass pneumonia, lung cancer, coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), tuberculosis, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Consequently, early and precise detection of these diseases is paramount during the diagnostic process. Traditionally, the primary methods employed for the detection involve the use of X-ray imaging or computed tomography (CT) scans. Nevertheless, due to the scarcity of proficient radiologists and the inherent similarities between these diseases, the accuracy of detection can be compromised, leading to imprecise or erroneous results. To address this challenge, scientists have turned to computer-based solutions, aiming for swift and accurate diagnoses. The primary objective of this study is to develop two machine learning models, utilizing single-task and multi-task learning frameworks, to enhance classification accuracy. Within the multi-task learning architecture, two principal approaches exist soft parameter sharing and hard parameter sharing. Consequently, this research adopts a multi-task deep learning approach that leverages CNNs to achieve improved classification performance for the specified tasks. These tasks, focusing on pneumonia and COVID-19, are processed and learned simultaneously within a multi-task model. To assess the effectiveness of the trained model, it is rigorously validated using three different real-world datasets for training and testing.

Owing to the rapid increase in the interchange of text information through internet networks,the reliability and security of digital content are becoming a major research *** detection,Content authentication,and integrity verification of digital content interchanged through the Internet were utilized to solve a major concern in information and communication *** authors’difficulties were tampering detection,authentication,and integrity verification of the digital *** study develops an Automated Data Mining based Digital Text Document Watermarking for Tampering Attack Detection(ADMDTW-TAD)via the *** DM concept is exploited in the presented ADMDTW-TAD technique to identify the document’s appropriate characteristics to embed larger watermark *** presented secure watermarking scheme intends to transmit digital text documents over the Internet *** the watermark is embedded with no damage to the original document,it is then shared with the *** watermark extraction process is performed to get the original document *** experimental validation of the ADMDTW-TAD technique is carried out under varying levels of attack volumes,and the outcomes were inspected in terms of different *** simulation values indicated that the ADMDTW-TAD technique improved performance over other models.

Nephronophthisis-related ciliopathies(NPHP-RC)represent one of the most common causes of chronic kidney disease in the first three decades of life and are characterized by a broad genetic and clinical heterogeneity.1 To date,more than 90 genes have been identified that cause autosomalrecessive NPHP-RC if mutated,accounting for up to 60%of cases.1 Among these,homozygous deletions of NPHP1 are the most common *** genes localize to primary cilia,basal bodies,or the centrosome and lead to a primary ciliary disruption if mutated,thereby causing a broad phenotypical spectrum.1 Patients that suffer from NPHP-RC can either have an isolated renal phenotype,such as polyuria,polydipsia,decreased urinary concentration ability,and secondary enuresis due to loss of tubular function,or present with extrarenal symptoms including retinal degeneration,cerebellar vermis hypoplasia,or hepatic *** are often diagnosed in early adolescence,reaching end-stage renal disease before 25 years of age,but early onset and rapidly progressive forms of NPHP-RC also exist.1 Renal ultrasound indicates kidneys of normal or reduced renal length with increased echogenicity and corticomedullary cysts.

Green Approach to Corrosion Inhibition of Mild steel by Lignin sulfonate in Acidic Media

The inhibition effect of lignin sulfonate against corrosion for mild steel in acidic solution has been examined by means of FTIR（fourier transform infrared spectroscopy）,FAA（flame atomic absorption）spectroscopy,sEM（scanning electron microscope）,EDs（energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy）,and mass loss *** results revealed that lignin is a beneficial inhibitor for mild steel corrosion in acidic *** has been further found that Langmuir adsorption isotherm is obeyed by the tested lignin′s adsorption over the surface of mild *** range of inhibition efficiency（IE）in 2mol·L^（-1） HCl was found to be 75.88%-87.88%for Reax 88 A,40.72%-60.32%for Reax 88 B,and 54.32%-63.03%for Reax 100 M,after immersed at 298 Kfor 24htime.

Adalimumab,a fully humanized antibody against TNFα, may be expected to cause minimal immune-mediated skin reactions compared to the chimeric monoclonal antibody,***,however,report a case of stevens-Johnson syndrome that required hospitalization and cessation of adalimumab in a patient with Crohn’ s disease(CD).In this case report,a 29-year-old male with colonic and perianal CD with associated erythema nodosum and large joint arthropathy developed severe mucositis,peripheral rash and desquamation,fevers and respiratory symptoms concomitant with a second dose of 40 mg adalimumab after a 2 mo break from adalimumab *** biopsies of the abdominal wall confirmed erythema multiforme and the patient was on no other drugs and infective etiologies were *** patient responded rapidly to IV hydrocortisone and was able to be commenced on infliximab without recurrence of the stevens-Johnson *** skin reactions have now been described in three of the TNFαantagonists(infliximab,etanercept and adalimumab).These reactions can be serious and prescribers need to be aware of the potential mucocutaneous side effects of these agents,especially as stevens-Johnson syndrome is associated with significant morbidity and mortality.

Magnetohydrodynamic Effect on Free Convection of Three Dimensional Laminar Flow in Porous Annulus

A numerical study has been carried out to investigate heat transfer by free convection under the effect of MHD （magnetohydrodynamic） for steady state three-dimensional laminar flow in horizontal and vertical cylindrical annulus filled with saturated porous media （sand silica） with fins attached to the inner cylinder. A single electric coil placed around the inner cylinder to generate a magnetic field. The governing equations which used are continuity, momentum （using Darcy＇s law） and energy equations which are transformed to dimensionless equations. The finite difference approach is used to obtain all the computational results using Fortran 90 program. The parameters affected on the system are Rayleigh number ranging within （102 ~ Ra＊〈 104）, and MHD （Mn）（0 〈_ Mn 〈_ 100） and radius ratio Rr （0.225, 0.338 and 0.435）. The results obtained are presented graphically in the form of streamline and isotherm contour plots and the results show that heat transfer decrease with the increase of magnetohydrodynamic. It was found that the average Nusselt number increase with Ra＊ and decrease with H~ Mn and Rr. A correlation for the average Nusselt number in terms of Ra＊ and Mn, has been developed for the inner cylinder.
