Stochastic Ranking Imp.oved Teaching-Learning and Adap.ive Grasshop.er Op.imization Algorithm-Based Clustering Scheme for Augmenting Network Lifetime in WSNs

In Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs), Clustering p.ocess is widely utilized for increasing the lifesp.n with sustained energy stability during data transmission. Several clustering p.otocols were devised for extending network lifetime, but most of them failed in handling the p.oblem of fixed clustering, static rounds, and inadequate Cluster Head (CH) selection criteria which consumes more energy. In this p.p.r, Stochastic Ranking Imp.oved Teaching -Learning and Adap.ive Grasshop.er Op.imization Algorithm (SRITL-AGOA)-based Clustering Scheme for energy stabilization and extending network lifesp.n. This SRITL-AGOA selected CH dep.nding on the weightage of factors such as node mobility degree, neighbour's density distance to sink, single -hop.or multihop.communication and Residual Energy (RE) that directly influences the energy consump.ion of sensor nodes. In sp.cific, Grasshop.er Op.imization Algorithm (GOA) is imp.oved through tangent -based nonlinear strategy for enhancing the ability of global op.imization. On the other hand, stochastic ranking and violation constraint handling strategies are embedded into Teaching -Learning -based Op.imization Algorithm (TLOA) for imp.oving its exp.oitation tendencies. Then, SR and VCH imp.oved TLOA is embedded into the exp.oitation p.ase of AGOA for selecting better CH by maintaining better balance amid exp.oration and exp.oitation. Simulation results confirmed that the p.op.sed SRITL-AGOA imp.oved throughp.t by 21.86%, network stability by 18.94%, load balancing by 16.14% with minimized energy dep.etion by 19.21%, comp.red to the comp.titive CH selection ap.roaches.

Objective:To develop.a simp.e rap.d p.ocedure for bioreduction of silver nanop.rticles(AgNp.)using aqueous leaves extracts of Catharanthus roseus(***).Methods:Characterization were determined by using UV-Vis sp.ctrop.otometry,scanning electron microscop.(SEM),energy disp.rsive X-ray and X-ray ***:SEM showed the formation of silver nanop.rticles with an average size of 67 nm to 48 nm.X-ray diffraction analysis showed that the p.rticles were crystalline in nature with face centered cubic ***:*** demonstrates strong p.tential for synthesis of silver nanop.rticles by rap.d reduction of silver ions(Ag^+ to Ag^0).This study p.ovides evidence for develop.ng large scale commercial p.oduction of value-added p.oducts for biomedical/nanotechnology-based industries.

BACKGROUND As p.op.e living with human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)(p.WH)enjoy longer life exp.ctancy with highly effective antiretroviral therap.,they are encountering challenging cardiovascular health *** To retrosp.ctively examine the increasing burden of cardiovascular diseases in p.WH over the p.st *** All hosp.talizations for heart failure(HF),ischemic heart disease(IHD),and cerebrovascular disease(CeVD)in p.WH were identified using the International Classification of Diseases,Ninth Revision,Clinical Modification(ICD-9-CM)and ICD-10-CM codes in the National Inp.tient Samp.e from 2008 to *** included number of hosp.talizations,in-hosp.tal mortality,length of stay,and total hosp.tal *** of the outcomes from 2008 to 2018 were analyzed using Cochran-Armitage_(trend)test and simp.e linear *** The number of hosp.talizations for HF in p.WH increased from 4212 in 2008 to 6700 in 2018(p.(trend)p.(trend)p.tal mortality was observed in all hosp.talizations of p.WH(p.(trend) p.WH(p.(trend)p.(trend)=0.67)and IHD(p.(trend)=0.13).The_(trend)of length of stay was decreasing in all hosp.talizations of p.WH(p.(trend) p.WH(p.(trend)p.tal charge was observed in hosp.talizations for HF,IHD,and CeVD(p.(trend)p.talizations of p.WH from 2008 to *** efforts are needed to address the additional cardiovascular risks in this vulnerable p.p.lation.
