Microalgae cultivation in photobioreactors（PBRs） has emerged as a promising and sustainable approach to address various environmental and energy challenges, offering a multitude of benefits across diverse *** developments in microalgae cultivation in photobioreactors have contributed substantially to the development and optimization of sustainable bioprocesses. This review presents a comprehensive analysis of recent innovations and breakthroughs in the field of microalgae cultivation, with a specific focus on their application in photobioreactors, aimed at paving the way for a greener future. This study in-depth examines the advantages of microalgae cultivation in photobioreactors, concentrating on its effectiveness in wastewater treatment, CO2bioremediation, and the production of biofuels and high-value products. The review evaluates the effects of light,solar irradiation, temperature, nitrogen and phosphorus concentrations in culture media, CO2concentrations, and pH on microalgae growth performance, including specific growth and biomass productivity. The study also examines open systems like unstirred ponds, raceway ponds, and circular ponds and closed systems like horizontal tubular, vertical bubble-column, airlift, flat panel, and plastic-bag photobioreactors, comparing their pros and cons. To optimize microalgae cultivation, key factors in photobioreactor design, including photosynthetic efficiencies, light/dark（L/D） cycles, CO2concentrations, mass transfer, hydrodynamics behavior, and p H, are extensively investigated. In addition, the review outlines recent developments in large-scale photobioreactors and highlights the challenges and opportunities associated with photobioreactor scale-up and design parameter optimization, including genetic engineering and economic feasibility. Detecting brain tumours is complex due to the natural variation in their location, shape, and intensity in images. While having accurate detection and segmentation of brain tumours would be beneficial, current methods still need to solve this problem despite the numerous available approaches. Precise analysis of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is crucial for detecting, segmenting, and classifying brain tumours in medical diagnostics. Magnetic Resonance Imaging is a vital component in medical diagnosis, and it requires precise, efficient, careful, efficient, and reliable image analysis techniques. The authors developed a Deep Learning (DL) fusion model to classify brain tumours reliably. Deep Learning models require large amounts of training data to achieve good results, so the researchers utilised data augmentation techniques to increase the dataset size for training models. VGG16, ResNet50, and convolutional deep belief networks networks extracted deep features from MRI images. softmax was used as the classifier, and the training set was supplemented with intentionally created MRI images of brain tumours in addition to the genuine ones. The features of two DL models were combined in the proposed model to generate a fusion model, which significantly increased classification accuracy. An openly accessible dataset from the internet was used to test the model's performance, and the experimental results showed that the proposed fusion model achieved a classification accuracy of 98.98%. Finally, the results were compared with existing methods, and the proposed model outperformed them significantly.

The healthcare sector holds valuable and sensitive *** amount of this data and the need to handle,exchange,and protect it,has been increasing at a fast *** to their nature,software-defined networks(sDNs)are widely used in healthcare systems,as they ensure effective resource utilization,safety,great network management,and *** this sector,due to the value of thedata,sDNs faceamajor challengeposed byawide range of attacks,such as distributed denial of service(DDos)and probe *** attacks reduce network performance,causing the degradation of different key performance indicators(KPIs)or,in the worst cases,a network failure which can threaten human *** can be significant,especially with the current expansion of portable healthcare that supports mobile and wireless devices for what is called mobile health,or *** this study,we examine the effectiveness of using sDNs for defense against DDos,as well as their effects on different network KPIs under various *** propose a threshold-based DDos classifier(TBDC)technique to classify DDos attacks in healthcare sDNs,aiming to block traffic considered a hazard in the form of a DDos *** then evaluate the accuracy and performance of the proposed TBDC *** technique shows outstanding performance,increasing the mean throughput by 190.3%,reducing the mean delay by 95%,and reducing packet loss by 99.7%relative to normal,with DDos attack traffic.

Impact of auditory stimulation nursing protocol on auditory response in cerebrovascular stroke patients

Objectives:The objective of the study was to explore the impact of auditory stimulation protocol on auditory response in cerebrovascular stroke(CVs)*** and Methods:A pre-posttest nonequivalent control group quasi-experimental study was conducted at Al Mainal Hospital at Al Kars Einy Hospital,Cairo University,among 60 CVs patients,and the sample was randomly assigned through a coin to allocate subjects to study or control group(30 for each group).Auditory stimulation techniques were applied three times per week for the study group for two consecutive *** in the control group received only routine hospital care during the study *** Glasgow Coma scale(GCs)score for assessing the neurological function and level of arousal and the auditory subscale score of Western Neuro sensory stimulation Profile(WNssP)for assessing auditory response were recorded and compared between the two groups before and after the ***:There were statistically significant differences between the study group and the control group regarding third reading of GCs score(11.5±0.3 vs.10.6±0.9,t=4.676,P=0.000).The scores of all auditory subscales of WNssP in the study groups increased after implementing the auditory stimulation protocol(Psion:Utilizing the auditory stimulation protocol by nurse proves to be an effective method for enhancing hearing responses in individuals with CVs.

United states Healthcare Data Breaches: Insights for NIsT sP 800-66 Revision 2 from a Review of the NIsT sP 800-66 Revision 1

Healthcare security and privacy breaches are occurring in the United states (Us), and increased substantially during the pandemic. This paper reviews the National Institute of standards and Technology (NIsT) publication base as an effective solution. The NIsT special Publication 800-66 Revision 1 was an essential standard in Us healthcare, which was withdrawn in February 2024 and superseded by sP 800-66 Revision 2. This review investigates the academic papers concerning the application of the NIsT sP 800-66 Revision 1 standard in the Us healthcare literature. A systematic review method was used in this study to determine current knowledge gaps of the sP 800-66 Revision 1. some limitations were employed in the search to enforce validity. A total of eleven articles were found eligible for the study. Consequently, this study suggests the necessity for additional academic papers pertaining to sP 800-66 Revision 2 in the Us healthcare literature. In turn, it will enhance awareness of safeguarding electronic protected health information (ePHI), help to mitigate potential future risks, and eventually reduce breaches.

针对水平井产量受水平井井筒射孔密度分布影响的问题,建立两种水平井射孔密度分布模式(即分别增大井筒入口段和出口段射孔密度)下的数值模型对水平井两相流动进行模拟;将模拟结果与实验结果进行对比,验证本研究数值模拟方法的可靠性,在此基础上采用数值模拟研究两种射孔密度分布模式下井筒各流型阶段总压降、气水两相流体表观速度、空隙率、液膜厚度和产气量、产液量的变化规律。研究表明,当水相流量保持不变时,随着空气流量的增加,总压降、气水两相流体表观速度增大,空隙率增加,液膜厚度减小;相较于增大出口段射孔密度,当入口段射孔密度增大时,产液量和产气量均增加,且产气量随着气体流量增加而增大;产液量在泡状流阶段增加,而达到弹状流—分层流过渡点后开始降低,进入分层波状流阶段后产液量开始增加;无因次产液量在增大井筒入口段射孔密度的模式下更大,且随着径向气相流量的增加而增大。

Organic dye pollutants present in wastewater pose a significant global challenge. Among pollutants, the synthetic dye Rhodamine B(RB) stands out due to its non-biodegradable nature and associated neurotoxic, carcinogenic,and respiratory irritant properties. Extensive research has been conducted on the efficacy of adsorption and photodegradation techniques for the removal of RB from wastewater. While adsorption and advanced oxidation processes(AOPs) have gained considerable attention for their effectiveness in recent years, the underlying behaviors and mechanisms of these technologies remain incompletely understood. Therefore, a comprehensive of recent research progress in this domain is imperative to clarify the basics and present the up-to-date *** review provides an in-depth exploration of the fundamentals, advancements, and future trajectories of RB wastewater treatment technologies, mainly encompassing adsorption and photodegradation. This work starts with a general introduction of outlining the sources, toxicity, and diverse applicable removal strategies. subsequently, it thoroughly examines crucial techniques within non-photochemical, photochemical, and adsorption technologies, such as UV light assisted AOP, catalyst assisted AOP, ozonation, Fenton system, electrochemical AOP, and adsorption technology. The primary objective is to furnish a broad overview of these techniques,elucidating their effectiveness, limitations, and applicability. Following this, the review encapsulates state-of-theart computational simulations pertaining to RB adsorption and interactions with clays and other ***, it delves into column adsorption of RB dye, and elucidates various influencing factors, including bed height, feed concentration, pollutant(RB) feeding or flow rate, and column regeneration.
