Marker-Based and Marker-Less Motion Capturing Video Data: Person and Activity identification Comparison Based on Machine Learning Approaches

Biomechanics is the study of physiological properties of data and the measurement of human *** normal conditions,behavioural properties in stable form are created using various inputs of subconscious/conscious human activities such as speech style,body movements in walking patterns,writing style and voice *** cannot perform any change in these inputs that make results reliable and increase the *** aim of our study is to perform a comparative analysis between the marker-based motion capturing system(MBMCs)and the marker-less motion capturing system(MLMCs)using the lower body joint angles of human gait *** both the MLMCs and MBMCs,we collected trajectories of all the participants and performed joint angle computation to identify a person and recognize an activity(walk and running).Using five state of the art machine learning algorithms,we obtained 44.6%and 64.3%accuracy in person identification using MBMCs and MLMCs respectively with an ensemble algorithm(two angles as features).In the second set of experiments,we used six machine learning algorithms to obtain 65.9%accuracy with the k-nearest neighbor(KNN)algorithm(two angles as features)and 74.6%accuracy with an ensemble ***,by increasing features(6 angles),we obtained higher accuracy of 99.3%in MBMCs for person recognition and 98.1%accuracy in MBMCs for activity recognition using the KNN *** is computationally expensive and if we redesign the model of OpenPose with more body joint points and employ more features,MLMCs(low-cost system)can be an effective approach for video data analysis in a person identification and activity recognition process.

One of the major concerns for the utilities in the smart Grid(sG)is electricity *** the implementation of smart meters,the frequency of energy usage and data collection from smart homes has increased,which makes it possible for advanced data analysis that was not previously *** this purpose,we have taken historical data of energy thieves and normal *** avoid imbalance observation,biased estimates,we applied the interpolation ***,the data unbalancing issue is resolved in this paper by Nearmiss undersampling technique and makes the data suitable for further *** proposing an improved version of Zeiler and Fergus Net(ZFNet)as a feature extraction approach,we had able to reduce the model’s time *** minimize the overfitting issues,increase the training accuracy and reduce the training loss,we have proposed an enhanced method by merging Adaptive Boosting(AdaBoost)classifier with Coronavirus Herd Immunity Optimizer(CHIO)and Forensic based Investigation Optimizer(FBIO).In terms of low computational complexity,minimized over-fitting problems on a large quantity of data,reduced training time and training loss and increased training accuracy,our model outperforms the benchmark *** proposed algorithms Ada-CHIO andAda-FBIO,have the low MeanAverage Percentage Error(MAPE)value of error,i.e.,6.8%and 9.5%,***,due to the stability of our model our proposed algorithms Ada-CHIO and Ada-FBIO have achieved the accuracy of 93%and 90%.statistical analysis shows that the hypothesis we proved using statistics is authentic for the proposed technique against benchmark algorithms,which also depicts the superiority of our proposed techniques.

In the smart Grid(sG)residential environment,consumers change their power consumption routine according to the price and incentives announced by the utility,which causes the prices to deviate from the initial ***,electricity demand and price forecasting play a significant role and can help in terms of reliability and *** to the massive amount of data,big data analytics for forecasting becomes a hot topic in the sG *** this paper,the changing and non-linearity of consumer consumption pattern complex data is taken as *** minimize the computational cost and complexity of the data,the average of the feature engineering approaches includes:Recursive Feature Eliminator(RFE),Extreme Gradient Boosting(XGboost),Random Forest(RF),and are upgraded to extract the most relevant and significant *** this end,we have proposed the DensetNet-121 network and support Vector Machine(sVM)ensemble with Aquila Optimizer(AO)to ensure adaptability and handle the complexity of data in the ***,the AO method helps to tune the parameters of DensNet(121 layers)and sVM,which achieves less training loss,computational time,minimized overfitting problems and more training/test *** evaluation metrics and statistical analysis validate the proposed model results are better than the benchmark *** proposed method has achieved a minimal value of the Mean Average Percentage Error(MAPE)rate i.e.,8%by DenseNet-AO and 6%by sVM-AO and the maximum accurateness rate of 92%and 95%,respectively.

summary：A multi-centred study was designed to collect dengue epidemiologic data from government and registered private hospitals/clinics and maintained archive of frozen specimens in bio-bank to be used for future dengue epidemic control program, and assess the epidemiology of dengue fever（DF） by evaluating biochemical and oxidative status of patients. ELIsA Ig M antibodies test was done to confirm DF. From August 2010 to December 2011, 101 confirmed blood samples of DF patients referred to pathology lab of Jinnah Hospital Lahore were subjected to the epidemiologic assessment by evaluating the biochemical and physiological indices and alterations of circulating antioxidants. Clinical features of DF patients and effect of fever on blood components and serum proteins of liver were recorded. The hospital stay in DF, dengue hemorrhagic fever（DHF） and dengue shock syndrome（Dss） showed significant difference. significant increases in serum alanine amino transferase（ALT）（P=0.000）, aspartate amino transferase（AsT）（P=0.000）, alkaline phosphatase（ALP）（P=0.000）, malondialdehyde（MDA） along with significant decreases in total protein（TP）（P=0.000）, reduced glutathione（GsH）（P=0.000）, superoxide dismutase（sOD）, catalase（CAT）（P=0.000）, and sialic acid contents（P=0.016） were observed. A positive correlation existed between bound sialic acid levels, liver enzymes and circulating antioxidants（r=0.656, P=0.016）. In the present study, alterations of circulating antioxidants in DF suggest that DF might be a metabolic response to an acute, self-limiting tropical viral infection, and a consequence of the viral inflammatory process.

Considering the great potential of natural products as anticancer agents, the present study was designed to explore the molecular mechanisms responsible for anticancer activities of Mesua ferrea stem bark extract against human colorectal carcinoma. Based on MTT assay results, bioactive sub-fraction(sF-3) was selected for further studies using HCT 116 cells. Repeated column chromatography resulted in isolation of less active α-amyrin from sF-3, which was identified and characterized by GC-Ms and HPLC methods. α-amyrin and betulinic acid contents of sF-3 were measured by HPLC methods. Fluorescent assays revealed characteristic apoptotic features, including cell shrinkage, nuclear condensation, and marked decrease in mitochondrial membrane potential in sF-3 treated cells. In addition, increased levels of caspases-9 and-3/7 levels were also observed in sF-3 treated cells. sF-3 showed promising antimetastatic properties in multiple in vitro assays. Multi-pathway analysis revealed significant down-regulation of WNT, HIF-1α, and EGFR with simultaneous up-regulation of p53, Myc/Max, and TGF-β signalling pathways in sF-3 treated cells. In addition, promising growth inhibitory effects were observed in sF-3 treated HCT 116 tumour spheroids, which give a hint about in vivo antitumor efficacy of sF-3 phytoconstituents. In conclusion, these results demonstrated that anticancer effects of sF-3 towards colon cancer are through modulation of multiple molecular pathways.

Investigating the Effects of Eichhornia Crassipes Biodiesel and Liquefied Petroleum Gas on the Performance and Emissions of a Dual-Fuel Engine

This study considers the effect of Eichhornia Crassipes Biodiesel(ECB)blends on the performances,combustion,and emission characteristics of a direct injection compression ignition engine operated in a dual-fuel mode(DFM)and equipped with an Exhaust gas recirculation technique(EGR).In particular,a single-cylinder,four-stroke,water-cooled diesel engine was utilized and four modes of fuel operation were considered:mode I,the engine operated with an ordinary diesel fuel;mode II,the engine operated with the addition of 2.4 L/min of lique-ﬁed petroleum gas(LPG)and 20%EGR;mode III,20%ECB with 2.4 L/min LPG and 20%EGR;mode IV,40%ECB with 2.4 L/min LPG and 20%*** operation conditions were constant engine speed(1500 rpm),var-iation of load(25%,50%,75%,and 100%),full load,with a compression ratio of 18,and a time injection of 23°BTDC(Before top died center).With regard to engine emissions,carbon dioxide(CO_(2)),carbon monoxide(CO),hydrocarbons(UHC),and nitrogen oxide(NOX)were measured using a gas *** smoke opacity was measured using an OPABOX smoke *** comparing the results related to the different modes with mode I at full load,the BTE(Brake thermal efﬁciency)increased by 20.17%,11.45%,and 12.66%with modes II,III,and IV,*** comparison to the results for mode II,the BTE decreased due to the combustion of ECB blends by 7.26%and 6.24%for mode III and mode IV,respectively,at full *** comparison to mode II,the Brake speciﬁc energy consumption(BsEC)increased with the ECB *** ECB blends,there is a noticeable decrease in the CO,CO_(2),and UHC emissions at a partial ***,the 20%ECB has no effect on CO emissions at full *** modes II and IV,the CO_(2)increased by 33.33%and 19%,respectively,while the UHC emissions were reduced by 14.49%for mode III and 26.08%for mode *** smoke of mode III was lower by 7.21%,but for mode IV,it was higher by 12.37%.In addition,with mode III and mode IV,the NOx emissions increased by 30.50%

In the network field,Wireless sensor Networks(WsN)contain prolonged attention due to afresh *** like health care,traffic,defense,and many more systems espoused the *** networks contain tiny sensor nodes containing embedded processors,TinyOs,memory,and power *** nodes are responsible for forwarding the data *** manage all these components,there is a need to select appropriate parameters which control the quality of service of *** sensor nodes are involved in transmitting vital information,and there is a need for secure and efficient routing to reach the quality of *** due to the high cost of the network,WsN components have limited resources to manage the *** is a need to design a lightweight solution that ensures the quality of service in *** this given manner,this study provides the quality of services in a wireless sensor network with a security *** incorporated hybrid lightweight security model is designed in which random waypoint mobility(RWM)model and grey wolf optimization(GWO)is used to enhance service quality and maintain security with efficient *** version 16 andNetwork stimulator 2.35(Ns2.35)are used in this research to evaluate the *** overall cost factor is reduced at 60%without the optimization technique and 90.90%reduced by using the optimization technique,which is assessed by calculating the signal-to-noise ratio,overall energy nodes,and communication overhead.

Adaptive neuro fuzzy inference system for predicting sub-daily Zenith Wet Delay

In recent years,the focus of tropospheric studies has evolved to GNss meteorology and weather *** Zenith Wet Delay(ZWD),which might be assembled to the Integrated Water Vapour(IWV),is an essential component of the tropospheric *** predicted the ZWD with the required level of accuracy is crucial for weather *** scope of this study is to use the adaptive neural fuzzy inference system(ANFIs)to predict the ZWD for the following six-hour epoch based exclusively on the present the ZWD *** was developed and verified using 505 geographically and internationally distributed stations which were used for training and testing from 2008 to *** was assessed based on two ***,the correlation coefficient(R)values were found to be more than 0.8 in 98%of the stations,including those with highest and lowest latitudes,and the remaining 2% of stations located in coastal ***,the Root Mean square Error(RMsE)values of the differences between the pre-dicted and the actual ZWD were considered to be the more important finding of the *** is,99.21% of the 505 stations had the RMsE values equal to or less than 3 cm,with only 4 stations having the RMsE values higher(0.2 mm)than 3 *** the results of this study achieved the required degree of ac-curacy from the predicted ZWD to be utilized in weather forecasting,they may also be beneficial for GNss meteorology.

An Efficient Automated Technique for Classification of Breast Cancer Using Deep Ensemble Model

Breast cancer is one of the leading cancers among *** has the second-highest mortality rate in women after lung *** detection,especially in the early stages,can help increase survival ***,manual diagnosis of breast cancer is a tedious and time-consuming process,and the accuracy of detection is reliant on the quality of the images and the radiologist’s ***,computer-aided medical diagnosis has recently shown promising results,leading to the need to develop an efficient system that can aid radiologists in diagnosing breast cancer in its early *** research presented in this paper is focused on the multi-class classification of breast *** deep transfer learning approach has been utilized to train the deep learning models,and a pre-processing technique has been used to improve the quality of the ultrasound *** proposed technique utilizes two deep learning models,Mobile-NetV2 and DenseNet201,for the composition of the deep ensemble *** learning models are fine-tuned along with hyperparameter tuning to achieve better ***,entropy-based feature selection is *** cancer identification using the proposed classification approach was found to attain an accuracy of 97.04%,while the sensitivity and F1 score were 96.87%and 96.76%,*** performance of the proposed model is very effective and outperforms other state-of-the-art techniques presented in the literature.
