The fiber nonlinearity and phase noise(PN)are the focused impairments in the optical communication system,induced by high-capacity transmission and high laser input *** channels include high-capacity transmissions that cannot be achieved at the end side without aliasing because of fiber nonlinearity and PN ***,addressing of these distortions is the basic objective for the 5G mobile *** this paper,the fiber nonlinearity and PN are investigated using the assembled methodology of millimeter-wave and radio over fiber(mmWave-RoF).The analytical model is designed in terms of outage probability for the proposed mmWave-RoF *** performance of mmWave-RoF against fiber nonlinearity and PN is studied for input power,output power and length using peak to average power ratio(PAPR)and bit error rate(BER)measuring *** simulation outcomes present that the impacts of fiber nonlinearity and PNcan be balanced for a huge capacity mmWave-RoF model applying input power carefully.

Carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)is a hepatotoxin that triggers liver *** study aimed to evaluate the protective effect of phytochemicals detected in Moringa oleifera *** extract(MOLE)on CCl4-induced hepatotoxicity in ***,total phenolics,and total fl avonoids were detected in *** markedly decreased the elevation of serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AsT)in consistence with the ameliorating effect on CCl4-induced histopathological ***,MOLE significantly alleviated the decrease in the antioxidant defense mechanism induced by *** suppressing effect of MOLE on the boosted inflammatory pathway triggered by CCl4 was detected by measuring the protein levels of nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B-cells(NF-κB-p65),toll-like receptor 4(TLR4),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin(IL)-6,IL-1β,and IL-8 as well as the relative expressions of nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB),TNF-α,IL-1β,and TLR4 *** and genotoxicity induced by CCl4 were signifi cantly alleviated by *** co-administration modulated TLR4/NF-κB pathway as presented by the suppressed gene expression of TLR4 and NF-κB as well as by the reduced protein expression of TLR4 and NF-κ*** conclusion,MOLE has a multifarious protective role against hepatotoxicity through control of oxidative stress and modulation of TLR4/NF-κB.

Is the sundarbans of Bangladesh in a state of Pollution?

The sundarbans is the world’s most extensive natural mangrove forest and home to various natural resources. The population in the vicinity has increased, causing more dependency on the resources of the sundarbans. The increasing industrialization, urbanization, aquaculture, intensive agricultural practices, seaports, tourism facilities, and so on in the peripheral areas of the sundarbans have made significant changes in the surrounding and upstream land uses of the sundarbans. This situation may have detrimental influences on the ecosystem components of the sundarbans. Therefore, it is highly demanded to prepare a piece of baseline information or database of different sources of pollution and their present status in the various components of the sundarbans. This effort helps to identify issues and concerns, determine the key elements of the ecosystem to monitor the level or overall quality of the sundarbans ecosystem. The present study systematically collects the potential sources of pollution, types, and current levels in the ecosystem components of the sundarbans using academic databases, libraries, and online resources. Discharge of industrial waste into water, soil and air, heavy metal pollution, use of agrochemicals, oil (refined and crude) pollution, plastic materials from urban areas, and tourism are the major issues and concerns related to the sustainability of the sundarbans ecosystem. The air quality of the sundarbans is in good condition with 0 - 50 AQI of Bangladesh. While BOD, COD, TDs, Tss varied from 2.0 to 3.8 mg/L, 21.6 to 416 mg/L, 146.9 to 24,100 mg/L and 54 to 155 mg/L, respectively. soil EC, organic carbon, total nitrogen, and total phosphorus ranged from 3.01 - 5.82 ms/cm, 1.41% - 2.69%, 0.51 - 1.05 mg/g, and 0.32 - 0.51 mg/g respectively. The air, water and soil quality parameters varied with the sites and seasons and not much at the state of contamination. Multi-output optimization of tribological characteristics control factors of thermally sprayed industrial ceramic coatings using hybrid Taguchi-grey relation analysis

Lasma-sprayed thermal barrier coatings (TBCs) are gaining wide popularity and becoming more attractive for many industrial applications due to their high strength, thermal barrier/fatigue characteristics at elevated temperatures, resistance to chemical degradation, wear resistance, and environmental corrosion protection provided when coated on the surface of engineering components. To characterize the tribological properties of TBCs, a better understanding of their failure mechanisms and a thorough investigation of their performance are required. In this research, we used Taguchi-based grey relational analysis (GRA) to optimize the process parameters of various tribological characteristics of ceramic coatings applied via an atmospheric plasma spray process. Using Taguchi L16 factorial mixed-level experimental design, we also evaluated tribological characteristics such as wear loss and the coefficient of friction. Using GRA, we successfully performed a multiple output optimization and ranking of the control factors. Based on ANOVA results, we evaluated the significance of each process parameter and validated our findings in tests using the obtained optimum set of process parameters. Our study results will help to minimize wear loss and the coefficient of friction and to maximize TBC life.
