企业网络是由董事执导公司治理的一个重要方面,由董事与相应公司的董事共享信息、技术和实现必要财务目标所需的知识。从企业社会责任的指标、环境、社会和治理角度来分析企业网络与企业社会责任的关系。有关结果报告如下:由董事会执导的企业网络取决于它的本质,如果由董事会执导的企业网络很强,他们的企业社会责任投资将较低,因为对支出此类的活动,这样的企业会展示出更多的保守主义,没有经济动机,被视为企业的成本。通过在财务信息披露的基础上使公司的产出合法化,企业从市场中获取投资,从而使利益相关者的行为建立于企业的经济视角,他们认为企业的社会运作是浪费时间,并且仅仅是一种自我满足的源泉。《萨班斯-奥克斯利法案》对公司治理机构有很大的影响,因此,对于公司网络与企业社会责任之间的关系,在《萨班斯-奥克斯利法案》得到官方认定前后,我们分析出了一种趋势。使用1446年公司的样本,其中包含13885项意见,来自从1500指数驱动的不同行业,在合并数据后的年度基数为1996至2014,我们从1996年到2009得到数据,观察结果减少到7134,以支持我们的假设。我们的研究表明,作为社会活动的一部分,由董事执导的公司网络为了达到有关公司的性质和利益相关者的期望要求,减少对了企业社会责任的宽容。

Field experiments were carried out on roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa L) during the 2019 and 2020 cropping seasons at the CSIR-SARI Research Station at Manga in the Upper East Region of Ghana. The aim of the experiment was to study the response of roselle to cowdung, nitrogen fertilizer and their interaction on the growth and yield of roselle. The treatments consisted of factorial combination of five rates of cowdung (0, 1.5, 2.5, 3.5 and 4.5 t/ha) and five levels of nitrogen (0, 20, 40, 60 and 80 kgN/ha) laid out in a randomized complete block design and replicated three times. Data were collected on days to 50% flowering, plant height, number of leaves per plant and dry calyx yield. The results indicated that differences in dry calyx yield due to the manure and nitrogen fertilizer effects were highly significant (P 0.01). Application rate of 2.5 t/ha manure recorded the highest yield of 340 kg/ha and 308.1 kg/ha in 2019 and 2020 respectively. Increasing manure rate from 2.5 - 3.5 t/ha did not result in significant increases in dry calyx yield. The four rates differed significantly from the control which had the least calyx yield of 190.3 kg/ha and 180 kg/ha in 2019 and 2020 respectively. Nitrogen rate of 60 kg/ha recorded the highest dry calyx yield of 510.5 kg/ha and 370.4 kg/ha in 2019 and 2020 respectively which were significantly different from calyx yields recorded by other treatments. The trend on partial budget analysis was consistent in both seasons with the highest yielding treatments (2.5 t/ha cowdung manure and 60 kg/ha) recording the highest net benefit while the control (0 kg/ha) ranked last. The application rate of 2.5 t/ha of cowdung and 60 kg/ha of Nitrogen is thus recommended for optimum roselle production and productivity in the study area.

目的:本研究旨在测定Scandix pecten-veneris L.的植物素和评价其生物学潜力。方法:测定***-veneris提取物中植物素的含量,包括生物碱、黄酮、多酚和单宁。使用2,2-二苯基-1-苦肼基(DPPH)测定抗氧化活性;同时通过铁还原/抗氧化能力(FRAP)测定还原能力;使用琼脂扩散测定法评价对七种细菌和四种真菌菌株的抗微生物活性。同时,对脲酶、磷酸二酯酶-Ⅰ和过氧化氢酶-Ⅱ进行酶抑制研究。结论:沙门氏菌显示出适度的抗自由基活性;羟基自由基的潜能降至初始值的20%左右。***多种提取物的抗氧化活性与总酚含量呈线性相关。***-veneris叶对金黄色葡萄球菌表现出最高的抑制活性;对白色念珠菌表现出到最高的抗真菌活性。植物提取物对脲酶的活性最有效;对磷酸二酯酶-Ⅰ和碳酸酐酶-Ⅱ显示出中等活性。结果表明,***-veneris具有良好的药用潜力,可用于治疗一些特定的疾病。

With the outbreak of COVID-19 disease in late 2019,a massive wave of fear appeal messages related to this disease was published in the world *** users also widely spread fear appeal messages related to *** research uses the theory of EPPM to explore the impact of COVID-19 related fear appeal messages in Facebook social networks on the hygienic perception of Facebook users in *** achieve this goal,a nationwide paper-and-pen survey was conducted in five populated provinces of Afghanistan among Facebook users who were exposed to Fear appeal messages related to *** EPPM questionnaire was developed using the World Health Organization recommendations,and after confirming its reliability,it was provided to 425 Facebook *** using the non-random quota sampling method,the samples were *** analyze the obtained data,Pearson correlation coefficients and multilinear regression tests with a 95% confidence level(P <0.05)were used using SPSS 25 *** Pearson correlation coefficient results show a significant positive relationship between the Facebook users' perception of threat severity,perception of susceptibility to COVID-19,perception of self-efficacy,perception of response efficacy,and Fear appeal *** multilinear regression results show that the variables of perceived threat severity and perceived susceptibility of Facebook users in Afghanistan can be predicted through the exposure to Fear appeal *** contrast,the self-efficacy and the response efficacy variables cannot be predicted by Facebook users' exposure to Fear appeal ***,as Facebook users in Afghanistan perceived a more significant threat of COVID-19 than self-efficacy,they were led to the process of fear control.

Photovoltaic（PV） power systems are widely utilized, so that it can carry out the growing power demands. At present, Grid-connected PV systems are becoming more attractive. For increasing the overall efficiency of PV power systems, the tendency of using transformer-less grid-connected inverters are drawing more attention due to high efficiency, low cost and small size. This thesis presents an efficient control method, which mainly focuses on the suppression of Direct Current（DC） component injection to the utility grid for grid-connected single-phase PV inverter. The proposed control method is also able to reduce the total harmonic distortion（THD） in the grid current. A PI controller along with an integrator is used into the feedback closed-loop of grid-connected inverter system for achieving the zero steadystate error condition for the designed controller, which efficiently suppressed the DC injecting into the inverter output current and reduced the harmonics in the grid current. Proposed DC suppressing method is then compared with other methods based on the output waveforms of grid current and Fast Fourier Transform（FFT） analysis. In our proposed method, the DC component value and THD% is reduced to a very low level as compared to previously proposed techniques, which meets the international standards defined for grid-connected PV systems with a big margin. The simulation results testify the validity and significance of the proposed method.

Edge enhancement is derived from lack of accurate result from edge detection techniques. The image which is captured from long distances carries a lot of noise and blur which causes edge discontinuity. Although some novel algorithms which are based on cellular neural network, fuzzy enhancement and binary morphology have shown accuracy in order to obtain refined edge but still the problem of edge discontinuity arises. Eliminating discontinuity of edge a hybrid technique is proposed based on pixel neighbors pattern analysis PNPA. In the technique Canny operator for initial edge detection, PNPA operation for edge enhancement are performed for remote sensing satellite image successively. The visual and subjective evaluation shows that the proposed PNPA operation can effectively eliminate the influence of edge discontinuity which occurred due to noise and blurr in original captured image, as comparing to existing edge segmenting processes.

One of the cherished assets of every economy is electricity since it has proven to be the major source of energy for industrialization. Developing economies like Ghana have suffered the downside of poor management of the already inadequate electrical energy at its disposal. This is as a result of limited research into factors that influences electricity energy consumption, most importantly, the effects of climatic variables on electricity energy consumption. This research work explores the causal connection between climatic variables and electricity energy consumption, and develops a Vector Auto Regression (VAR) model to determine the influence of the climatic variables in forecasting electricity energy consumption in Yendi Municipality in the northern region of Ghana. The climatic factors considered in this work are;Rainfall (Rain), maximum temperature (Tmax), Sunshine (Sun), Wind (wind) and Relative Humidity (RH). The Granger causality tests employed in this work revealed that aside from Relative Humidity, the end energy consumption is affected by the other four climatic factors under consideration. The impulse response was used to ascertain the active interaction among electricity energy consumption and the climatic variables. The impulse response of electricity energy consumption to the climatic variables indicates a maximum positive effect of Temperature and Sunshine on electricity energy consumption in March and September respectively. The VAR model was also used in forecasting future consumption of electricity energy. The results indicate excellent forecasts of electricity energy consumption for the first four months of 2019.

以Saraline基超轻完井液为研究对象,分析其黏度在高温高压环境下的变化情况,并优选其高温高压黏度预测模型。测量黏度时温度为298.15~373.15 K,压力为0.10~4.48 MPa,分析测量数据后发现：随着温度的升高,低温下黏度快速下降,高温下黏度降幅较小,且黏度对压力变化不敏感。将实验测量数据与4个常用黏度-温度-压力模型进行拟合,发现利用改进型Mehrotra-Svreck模型和Ghaderi模型预测的黏度值与测量值吻合度较高,能够描述高温高压下Saraline基超轻完井液的黏度特性。与Sarapar基超轻完井液对比后发现,温度对Saraline基超轻完井液黏度的影响更小,压力对Saraline基超轻完井液黏度的影响可以忽略不计,改进型Mehrotra-Svreck模型和Ghaderi模型在各种温度和压力条件下对Saraline基超轻完井液的黏度预测精度优于对Sarapar基超轻完井液的黏度预测。
