Spatiotemporal regulation of gene expression by polycomb repressive complex 2(PRc2)is critical for animal and plant *** Arabidopsis fertilization independent seed(FIS)-PRC2 complex functions specifically during plant reproduction from gametogenesis to seed *** a double fertilization event,triploid endosperm proliferates early,followed by the growth of a diploid embryo,which replaces the endosperm in Arabidopsis and many *** genes critical for endosperm proliferation such as IKkU2 and MINI3 are activated after *** we report that two MADS-box AGAMOUS-LIKE(AGL)proteins associate with the key endosperm proliferation loci and recruit the FIS-PRC2 repressive complex at 4-5 days after pollination(DAP).Interestingly,AGL9 and AGL15 only accumulate toward the end of endosperm proliferation at 4-5 DAP and promote the deposition of H3K27me3 marks at key endosperm proliferation *** of AGL9 and AGL15 or overexpression of AGL9 or AGL15 significantly influence endosperm proliferation and ***-wide analysis with cleavage Under Targets and tagmentation(CUT&Tag)sequencing and RNA sequencing revealed the landscape of endosperm H3K27me3 marks and gene expression profiles in Col-0 and agl9 ***&Tag qPCR also demonstrated the occupancy of the two MADS-box proteins and FIS-PRC2 on a few representative target *** studies suggest that MADS-box proteins could potentially recruit PRc2 to regulate many other developmental processes in plants or even in fungi and animals.

The present study is focused on evaluation of deep marine pelagic sediments of Late Cretaceous Kawagarh Formation of Kala-Chitta Range in the context of microfacies analysis,paleoenvironmental interpretation,planktonic foraminiferal biostratigraphy,sequence stratigraphy and diversification of species.A total of thirty three rock samples were collected from the measured *** microfacies are interpreted,namely planktonic foraminifera wackestone,planktonic foraminifera mudstone and sandy mudstone indicating low energy depositional environment i.e.,outer *** biostratigraphic studies show plentiful planktonic foraminifera species of Globotruncana,Heterohelix and ***,no association of benthic or siliceous organisms was *** the basis of available species assemblage,a single local planktonic foraminifera biozone i.e.,Globotruncana-Heterohelix-Globotruncanita Assemblage Biozone is *** biozone information is combined with published literature and Lower Santonian to Middle Maastrichtian age has been assigned to the Kawagarh *** trend of species occurrences evinces that species number decreases over time with pulsated rise in the Kawagarh *** Kawagarh Formation carbonates show an overall Transgressive Systems Tract(TST).The Kawagarh Formation of Pakistan evinces analogous characteristics to that of the Late Cretaceous Gurpi Formation of Iran based on the geologic age,outcrop lithology,microfacies,planktonic foraminiferal assemblages,depositional setting and sequence stratigraphy.

Author Profiling (AP) is a subsection of digital forensics that focuses on the detection of the author’s personalinformation, such as age, gender, occupation, and education, based on various linguistic features, e.g., stylistic,semantic, and syntactic. The importance of AP lies in various fields, including forensics, security, medicine, andmarketing. In previous studies, many works have been done using different languages, e.g., English, Arabic, French,***, the research on RomanUrdu is not up to the ***, this study focuses on detecting the author’sage and gender based on Roman Urdu text messages. The dataset used in this study is Fire’18-MaponSMS. Thisstudy proposed an ensemble model based on AdaBoostM1 and Random Forest (AMBRF) for AP using multiplelinguistic features that are stylistic, character-based, word-based, and sentence-based. The proposed model iscontrasted with several of the well-known models fromthe literature, including J48-Decision Tree (J48),Na飗e Bays(NB), K Nearest Neighbor (KNN), and Composite Hypercube on Random Projection (CHIRP), NB-Updatable,RF, and AdaboostM1. The overall outcome shows the better performance of the proposed AdaboostM1 withRandom Forest (ABMRF) with an accuracy of 54.2857% for age prediction and 71.1429% for gender predictioncalculated on stylistic features. Regarding word-based features, age and gender were considered in 50.5714% and60%, respectively. On the other hand, KNN and CHIRP show the weakest performance using all the linguisticfeatures for age and gender prediction.

甘蔗采后品质劣变规律及影响因素分析

采后品质劣变是制约甘蔗制糖工艺的关键因素。为探究甘蔗贮藏过程中品质劣败规律，本研究在甘蔗贮藏过程中，分别对切段式机械收割和整株式人工收割条件下的甘蔗重量、水分含量、蔗糖含量、葡萄糖含量、果糖含量等指标进行测定。结果发现：(1)两种不同收割方式下甘蔗蔗糖损失速率均在堆储24 h达到最大，其中切段式机械收割和整株式人工收割方式的甘蔗重量损失分别在堆储36 h和 72 h达显著水平(P < 0.01)。(2)切段式机械收割方式造成的蔗糖损失、重量损失分别比整株式人工收割高20%和8%左右，葡萄糖、果糖含量是整株式人工收割方式的2～3倍。(3)相关性分析结果显示，甘蔗采后重量损失与蔗糖损失呈显著正相关，与水分损失无显著相关性。(4)甘蔗堆贮过程蔗糖损失速率与甘蔗品种初始蔗糖含量显著正相关(P<0.05)，与初始纤维含量呈显著负相关(P < 0.05)。表明甘蔗采后品质衰变与甘蔗品种的内在品质特性密切相关。综上，本研究在明确两种不用收获方式下甘蔗自然堆贮过程中品质衰变规律的基础上，初步探明影响采后品质衰变的内在因素。本研究为合理规划甘蔗收获制度和耐储性甘蔗品种筛选提供了一定的参考。

BACKGROUND:Bangladesh is a densely populated country where about 10 million people are chronically infected with hepatitis B virus(HBV).The aim of the present study was to evaluate the biochemical,virological and histological characteristics of HBeAg-negative chronic hepatitis B(CHB). METHODS:Patients were included in this study if they were chronically infected with HBV with detectable *** patients who were co-infected with human immunodeficiency virus,hepatitis delta virus or hepatitis C virus,and previously subjected to antiviral treatment,and those with hepatocellular carcinoma were *** study was conducted during the period of January 2001 to December *** this period 2617 patients with CHB were ***-positive cases were included to compare the *** them,237 cases underwent liver biopsy. RESULTS:2296 patients(87.7%)were male,with a mean age of 28.9±13.7 years.2375 patients(90.8%)had CHB,and 242(9.2%)were *** DNA levels were 7.6±1.5 copies/ml,ALT was 111.3±212.5 U/L,and AST was 91.5± 148.9 U/*** number of HBeAg-negative CHB cases was 1039(39.7%).HBeAg-negative patients with a lower DNA load were older,and they had more fibrotic changes in the liver than HBeAg-positive *** two groups did not differ in necroinflammatory activity,but the former had lower ALT and AST *** was more common in e-antigen-negative ***:e-antigen-negative CHB patients are older and have more hepatic fibrosis patients than HBeAg-positive patients,although they have similar necroinflammatory activity.

Sentiment analysis, the meta field of Natural Language Processing (NLP), attempts to analyze and identify thesentiments in the opinionated text data. People share their judgments, reactions, and feedback on the internetusing various languages. Urdu is one of them, and it is frequently used worldwide. Urdu-speaking people prefer tocommunicate on social media in Roman Urdu (RU), an English scripting style with the Urdu language *** have developed versatile lexical resources for features-rich comprehensive languages, but limitedlinguistic resources are available to facilitate the sentiment classification of Roman Urdu. This effort encompassesextracting subjective expressions in Roman Urdu and determining the implied opinionated text polarity. Theprimary sources of the dataset are Daraz (an e-commerce platform), Google Maps, and the manual effort. Thecontributions of this study include a Bilingual Roman Urdu Language Detector (BRULD) and a Roman UrduSpelling Checker (RUSC). These integrated modules accept the user input, detect the text language, correct thespellings, categorize the sentiments, and return the input sentence’s orientation with a sentiment intensity *** developed system gains strength with each input experience gradually. The results show that the languagedetector gives an accuracy of 97.1% on a close domain dataset, with an overall sentiment classification accuracy of94.3%.

Marker-Based and Marker-Less Motion Capturing Video Data: Person and Activity Identification Comparison Based on Machine Learning Approaches

Biomechanics is the study of physiological properties of data and the measurement of human *** normal conditions,behavioural properties in stable form are created using various inputs of subconscious/conscious human activities such as speech style,body movements in walking patterns,writing style and voice *** cannot perform any change in these inputs that make results reliable and increase the *** aim of our study is to perform a comparative analysis between the marker-based motion capturing system(MBMCS)and the marker-less motion capturing system(MLMCS)using the lower body joint angles of human gait *** both the MLMCS and MBMCS,we collected trajectories of all the participants and performed joint angle computation to identify a person and recognize an activity(walk and running).Using five state of the art machine learning algorithms,we obtained 44.6%and 64.3%accuracy in person identification using MBMCS and MLMCS respectively with an ensemble algorithm(two angles as features).In the second set of experiments,we used six machine learning algorithms to obtain 65.9%accuracy with the k-nearest neighbor(KNN)algorithm(two angles as features)and 74.6%accuracy with an ensemble ***,by increasing features(6 angles),we obtained higher accuracy of 99.3%in MBMCS for person recognition and 98.1%accuracy in MBMCS for activity recognition using the KNN *** is computationally expensive and if we redesign the model of OpenPose with more body joint points and employ more features,MLMCS(low-cost system)can be an effective approach for video data analysis in a person identification and activity recognition process.
