The rapid development of social technology has replaced physical interaction in the trading *** implication of this technology is to provide access to the right information at the right *** drawback of these technologies is that the eavesdropper can remove the user from the network and can create proxy *** this paper,we discuss how a social network overcome and prevent these data trading *** maintain the security of data trading,we applied ABE technique based on DBDH to secure data trading *** proposedτ-access policy scheme provides the best solution for the betterment of data trading network in terms of ***τ-access policy scheme,the users can encrypt and decrypt Private Transactions Information(PTI)using our proposedτ-access *** security properties ofτ-access policy are data confidentiality,data integrity,authenticity,non-repudiation,and *** efficiency of our scheme is 77.73%,which is more suitable for data trading markets and trading strategies.

Pancreatic adenocarcinoma(usually referred to aspancreatic cancer) is a highly lethal and aggressive malignancy with a disease-related mortality almost equaling its incidence, and one of the most challenging cancers to treat. The notorious resistance of pancreatic cancer not only to conventional cytotoxic therapies but also to almost all targeted agents developed to date, continues to puzzle the oncological community and represents one of the biggest hurdles to reducing the death toll from this ominous disease. This editorial highlights the most important recent advances in preclinical and clinical research, with regards to targeted therapeutics for pancreatic cancer, outlines current challenges and provides an overview of potential future perspectives in this rapidly evolving field.

Determination of the feasible setup parameters of a workpiece to maximize the utilization of a five-axis milling machine

The machining industry must maximize the machine tool utilization for its efficient and effective usage. Determining a feasible workpiece location is one of the significant tasks performed in an iterative way via machining simulations. The maximum utilization of five-axis machine tools depends upon the cutting system’s geometry, the configuration of the machine tool, and the workpiece’s location. In this research, a mathematical model has been developed to determine the workpiece’s feasible location in the five-axis machine tool for avoiding the number of iterations, which are usually performed to eliminate the global collision and axis limit errors. In this research, a generic arrangement of the five-axis machine tool has been selected. The mathematical model of post-processor has been developed by using kinematic modeling methods. The machine tool envelopes have been determined using the post-processor and axial limit. The tooltip reachable workspace is determined by incorporating the post-processor, optimal cutting system length, and machining envelope, thereby further developing an algorithm to determine the feasible workpiece setup parameters accurately. The algorithm’s application has been demonstrated using an example. Finally, the algorithm is validated for feasible workpiece setup parameters in a virtual environment. This research is highly applicable in the industry to eliminate the number of iterations performed for the suitable workpiece setup parameters.

Secondary hepatic resection as a therapeutic goal in advanced colorectal cancer

Surgery is the only curative option for patients with liver metastases of colorectal cancer, but few patients present with resectable hepatic lesions. Chemotherapy is increasingly used to downstage initially unresectable disease and allow for potentially curative surgery. Standard chemotherapy regimens convert 10%-20% of cases to resectable disease in unselected populations and 30%-40% of those with disease confined to the liver. One strategy to further increase the number of candidates eligible for surgery is the addition of active targeted agents such as cetuximab and bevacizumab to standard chemotherapy. Data from a phase Ⅲ trial indicate that cetuximab increases the number of patients eligible for secondary hepatic resection, as well as the rate of complete resection when combined with first-line treatment with the FOLFIRI regimen. The safety profiles of preoperative cetuximab or bevacizumab have not been thoroughly assessed, but preliminary evidence indicates that these agents do not increase surgical mortality or exacerbate chemotherapyrelated hepatotoxicity, such as steatosis （5-fluorouracil）, steatohepatitis （irinotecan）, and sinusoidal obstruction （oxaliplatin）. Secondary resection is a valid treatment goal for certain patients with initially unresectable liver metastases and an important end point for future clinical trials.

Heart Disease Diagnosis Using the Brute Force Algorithm and Machine Learning Techniques

Heart disease is one of the leading causes of death in the world *** of heart disease is a prominent topic in the clinical data *** increase patient survival rates,early diagnosis of heart disease is an important field of research in the medical *** are many studies on the prediction of heart disease,but limited work is done on the selection of *** selection of features is one of the best techniques for the diagnosis of heart *** this research paper,we find optimal features using the brute-force algorithm,and machine learning techniques are used to improve the accuracy of heart disease *** performance evaluation,accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity are used with split and cross-validation *** results of the proposed technique are evaluated in three different heart disease datasets with a different number of records,and the proposed technique is found to have superior *** selection of optimized features generated by the brute force algorithm is used as input to machine learning algorithms such as Support Vector Machine(SVM),Random Forest(RF),K Nearest Neighbor(KNN),and Naive Bayes(NB).The proposed technique achieved 97%accuracy with Naive Bayes through split validation and 95%accuracy with Random Forest through *** Bayes and Random Forest are found to outperform other classification approaches when accurately *** results of the proposed technique are compared with the results of the existing study,and the results of the proposed technique are found to be better than other ***,our proposed approach plays an important role in the selection of important features and the automatic detection of heart disease.

Advancements in next-generation sequencer(NGS)platforms have improved NGS sequence data production and reduced the cost involved,which has resulted in the production of a large amount of genome *** downstream analysis of multiple associated sequences has become a bottleneck for the growing genomic data due to storage and space utilization issues in the domain of *** traditional string-matching algorithms are efficient for small sized data sequences and cannot process large amounts of data for downstream *** study proposes a novel bit-parallelism algorithm called BitmapAligner to overcome the issues faced due to a large number of sequences and to improve the speed and quality of multiple sequence alignment(MSA).The input files(sequences)tested over BitmapAligner can be easily managed and organized using the Hadoop distributed file *** proposed aligner converts the test file(the whole genome sequence)into binaries of an equal length of the sequence,line by line,before the sequence alignment *** Hadoop distributed file system splits the larger files into blocks,based on a defined block size,which is 128 MB by *** can accurately process the sequence alignment using the bitmask approach on large-scale sequences after sorting the *** experimental results indicate that BitmapAligner operates in real time,with a large number of ***,BitmapAligner achieves the exact start and end positions of the pattern sequence to test the MSA application in the whole genome query *** MSA’s accuracy is verified by the bitmask indexing property of the bit-parallelism extended shifts(BXS)*** dynamic and exact approach of the BXS algorithm is implemented through the MapReduce function of Apache ***,the traditional seeds-and-extend approach faces the risk of errors while identifying the pattern sequences’***,the proposed model resolves the largescale data challen

Incidence and management of ZIv-aflibercept related toxicities in colorectal cancer

Ziv-afilbercept(Zaltrap, Ziv) is a humanized fusion protein constructed by joining the vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) binding portions of human VEGF receptors 1 and 2 to the Fc portion of human immunoglobulin IgG 1. Recently, a randomized, open-label, phase Ⅲ study compared 5-fluorouracil, leucovorin, irinotecan(FOLFIRI)/Ziv with FOLFIRI/placebo in patients who had been previously treated with oxaliplatin based chemotherapy for metastatic colon cancer(mC RC). Patients who had received prior bevacizumab therapy were also eligible. This study showed that the addition of Ziv improved overall survival with median survival time of 13.5 mo vs 12.06 mo in ziv vs placebo arm. Ziv also improved progression free survival from 4.67 mo to 6.9 mo with a response rate of 19.8% in the Ziv/FOLFIRI group vs 11.1% in FOLFIRI alone group. This led to the approval of Ziv in combination with FOLFIRI in metastatic colon cancer patients treated with prior oxaliplatin regimens. The mostcommon side effects were diarrhea, stomatitis, fatigue, hypertension, weight loss, loss of appetite, abdominal pain, and headache. As the use of Ziv has become more widespread in oncology practices, familiarity with the toxicity profile of the drug and the use of practice guidelines for their treatment has become increasing important. This review will address the toxicities noted in trials using Ziv for the treatment of mC RC, and will provide recommendations for toxicity management.
