Complex impedance spect.oscopy was ut.lized t. charact.rize dielect.ic relaxat.on phenomena in Er_(2)O_(3)/ZnO and Er_(2)O_(3)/ZnO/rGO nanocomposit.s. All t.e samples exhibit.single relaxat.on phenomena which are ascribed t. grain boundaries. t.e addit.on of rGO t. Er_(2)O_(3)/ZnO nanocomposit. result. in t.e enhancement.of dielect.ic response due t. increased local field int.nsit. caused by t.e format.on of conduct.nginsulat.ng int.rfaces. Furt.ermore, t.e AC conduct.vit. of t.e Er_(2)O_(3)/ZnO/rGO is increased at.higher frequencies due t. t.e presence of free charge carriers in rGO. At.higher frequencies, Er_(2)O_(3)/ZnO/rGO nanocomposit. wit. increased concent.at.on of ZnO exhibit. a more st.ble dielect.ic const.nt.wit. ext.emely low dielect.ic loss. Hence, t.e inclusion of rGO in Er_(2)O_(3)/ZnO nanocomposit.s makes it.a novel prospect.ve candidat. in t.e field of energy st.rage devices.
