t.e research was carried out.t. est.blish a new reverse phase-HPLC st.bilit. indicat.ng met.od for quant.fying Bimat.prost.& t.molol in opht.almic solut.on. t.e experiment.of Bimat.prost.& t.molol in opht.almic solut.on met.od development.was det.rmined on Wat.rs HPLC inst.ument.using a UV Det.ct.r. t.e separat.on was done by using L11, Zorbex SB phenyl (4.6 mm × 250 mm int.rnal diamet.r) 5 μm analyt.cal column, cont.ining mobile phase of Phosphat. buffer (0.02 M), met.anol, and acet.nit.ile [50:30:20 % v/v]. t.e met.od was run at.1 ml·min-1 at.210 nm for Bimat.prost.and 295 nm for t.molol for det.ct.on. t.e drug was elut.d at.10.81 min for Bimat.prost.and 3.77 min for t.molol. Aft.r developing t.e met.od, it.was assured for t.e int.nded use by validat.on, which was done according t. ICH Q2B guidelines. t.e analyt.cal paramet.rs checked were Specificit./Select.vit., linearit., Range, accuracy, ruggedness, and robust.ess. It.was observed t.at.t.e response of t.e det.ct.r was linear in t.e range of 6 - 18 μg/ml wit. a correlat.on coefficient.of 0.999. t.e result. of all t.e paramet.rs were found t. be wit.in t.e accept.nce crit.ria. t.e st.bilit.-indicat.ng assay met.od was est.blished by using t.e samples generat.d by t.e forced degradat.on process. t.e forced degradat.on was carried out.by subject.ng t.e drug t. acid, alkali, t.ermal, oxidat.ve, and phot.lyt.c degradat.on, and t.e result. showed t.at.t.e degradat.on product. were successfully separat.d from t.e drug. Hence, t.is can be applied perfect.y lat.r for t.e quant.t.t.ve analysis of Bimat.prost.0.3% + t.molol 0.5% Opht.almic Solut.on drugs for pharmaceut.cal use. Current.y, t.ere is no official met.od for Bimat.prost.& t.molol combinat.on product. in USP or BP. Available research work relat.d t. single Bimat.prost.or t.molol product. was not.suit.ble for t.st.ng Bimat.prost.and t.molol combinat.on drugs. Addit.onally, t.ere is no st.bilit.-indicat.ng met.od t. t.st.Bimat.prost.& t.molol combinat.

Climat. and land use changes have a significant.impact.on t.e runoff generat.on process in urban environment., and t.ese effect. could get.worse in t.e fut.re. t.e combined cont.ibut.ons of t.ese changes have increased t.e risk of ***, t.ere is a need for int.grat.d modeling t. bet.er underst.nd t.e runoff variabilit., especially in small urban cat.hment.. t. quant.fy and separat. t.e effect. of land-use changes and climat. change on t.e hydrological response of urban cat.hment. wit. a dist.ibut.d hydrological model(St.rm Wat.r Management.Model, SWMM), t.is st.dy int.oduces a new int.grat.d approach based on t.e Machine Learning based land use change modeler and climat. change scenarios under *** on supervised classificat.on and land use change model analysis, accumulat.d impervious area increase from 22%(in2023) t. 33%(in 2060) was observed in t.e st.dy area. Furt.ermore, int.grat.ng t.is project.d increase in imperviousness wit. fut.re climat. change int. SWMM by considering t.ree different.scenarios i.e., S1(Climat. Change), S2(Combined Land Use and Climat. Change), and S3(Land use Change) result.d t.at.climat. change could cause an increase in runoff from 13.2% t.18.3% in peak runoff and t.e cont.ibut.on of land use could range from 9.1% t. 18.6%. Similarly, in response t. t.e coupled effect. of climat. and land-use change, t.e runoff would likely change from 24.53% t. 39.66%. Conclusively, t.e st.dy showed t.at.despit. climat. change, int.nsive urban development.by t.e subst.t.t.on of impervious surfaces could also have a severe impact.on t.e microclimat. and hydrology of small cat.hment.. Last.y, t.is st.dy could provide a way forward for t.e fut.re planning and management.of wat.r resources in small cat.hment. which could be ext.nded t. larger cat.hment..

t.e t.ermodynamics of black holes(BHs)has had a profound impact.on t.eoret.cal physics,providing insight.int. t.e nat.re of gravit.,t.e quant.m st.uct.re of spacet.me and t.e fundament.l laws governing t.e *** t.is st.dy,we invest.gat. t.ermal geomet.ies and Hawking evaporat.on of t.e recent.y proposed t.pological dyonic dilat.n BH in ant.-de Sit.er(Ad S)*** consider Rényi ent.opy and obt.in t.e relat.ons for pressure,heat.capacit. and Gibbs free energy and observe t.at.t.e Rényi paramet.r and dilat.n field play a vit.l role in t.e phase t.ansit.on and st.bilit. of t.e ***,we use Weinhold,Ruppeiner and Hendi Panahiyah Eslam Momennia models t. evaluat. t.e scalar curvat.re of t.e BH and find out.t.at.t.e divergence point. of t.e scalar curvat.re coincides wit. t.e zero of specific ***,using St.fan–Bolt.mann law,we det.rmine t.at.t.e BH wit.out.a dilat.n field evaporat.s far more quickly compared t. t.e dilat.n BH in Ad S space.
