Business process improvement is a systematic approach used by several organizations to continuously improve their quality of *** to that is analyzing the current performance of each task of the process and assigning the most appropriate resources to each *** continuation of our previous work,we categorize resources into human and non-human *** instance,in the healthcare domain,human resources include doctors,nurses,and other associated staff responsible for the execution of healthcare activities;whereas the non-human resources include surgical and other equipment needed for *** this study,we contend that the two types of resources(human and non-human)have a different impact on the process performance,so their suitability should be measured ***,no work has been done to evaluate the suitability of non-human resources for the tasks of a ***,it becomes difficult to identify and subsequently overcome the inefficiencies caused by the non-human resources to the *** address this problem,we present a three-step method to compute a suitability score of non-human resources for the *** an evaluation of the proposed method,a healthcare case study is used to illustrate the applicability of the proposed ***,we performed a controlled experiment to evaluate the usability of the proposed *** encouraging response shows the usefulness of the proposed method.

Two simplification algorithms are proposed for automatic decimation of polygonal models, and for generating their LOds. Each algorithm orders vertices according to their priority values and then removes them iteratively. For setting the priority value of each vertex, exploiting normal field of its one-ring neighborhood, we introduce a new measure of geometric fidelity that reflects well the local geometric features of the vertex. After a vertex is selected, using other measures of geometric distortion that are based on normal field deviation and distance measure, it is decided which of the edges incident on the vertex is to be collapsed for removing it. The collapsed edge is substituted with a new vertex whose position is found by minimizing the local quadric error measure. A comparison with the state-of-the-art algorithms reveals that the proposed algorithms are simple to implement, are computationally more efficient, generate LOds with better quality, and preserve salient features even after drastic simplification. The methods are useful for applications such as 3d computer games, virtual reality, where focus is on fast running time, reduced memory overhead, and high quality LOds.

XIE, Xiao-Min(HUANG, Ji-Ling*Laboratory of Organometallic Chemistry, East China University of Science and Technology, Shanghai 200237, China Benzyl-substituted cyclopentadienyl lanthanide complexes were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, MS and IR spectroscopy. The analytical data point out the formation of monomeric, unsolvated complexes. In conjunction with Al(Et)3 as co-catalyst, the title complexes are efficient catalysts for the syndiotactic polymeriza-tion of methyl methacrylate. For the complex (C6H5CH2C5H4)2YCl, under the optimum polymerization conditions (60 ℃, n(MMA)∶n(catalyst)∶n(co-catalyst)=1000∶1∶10), a predominantly syndiotactic (rr=66%) polymer of high molecular weight (Mh=105000) was obtained.

The adherent thermal layering was undertaken by chemical vapor deposition （CVd） method using saturated solution of boric acid in ultra pure CH3OH. The influence of temperature was studied by varying temperature from 100 to 600℃ during the process of boron deposition. The most optimum temperature was found to be 200℃. The effect of time span was observed from 6 to 120 h. The generation of micro or nano-scale thickness could be achieved by reducing time span of the experiment. The behavior of CVd was characterized by using scanning electron microscope, absorbance spectrohotometer and atomic emission spectrograph.

This paper addresses the control law design for synchronization of two different chaotic oscillators with mutually Lipschitz nonlinearities. For analysis of the properties of two different nonlinearities, an advanced mutually Lipschitz condition is proposed. This mutually Lipschitz condition is more general than the traditional Lipschitz condition. Unlike the latter, it can be used for the design of a feedback controller for synchronization of chaotic oscillators of different dynamics. It is shown that any two different Lipschitz nonlinearities always satisfy the mutually Lipschitz condition. Applying the mutually Lipschitz condition, a quadratic Lyapunov function and uniformly ultimately bounded stability, easily designable and implementable robust control strategies utilizing algebraic Riccati equation and linear matrix inequalities, are derived for synchronization of two distinct chaotic oscillators. Furthermore, a novel adaptive control scheme for mutually Lipschitz chaotic systems is established by addressing the issue of adaptive cancellation of unknown mismatch between the dynamics of different chaotic systems. The proposed control technique is numerically tested for synchronization of two different chaotic Chua＇s circuits and for obtaining identical behavior between the modified Chua＇s circuit and the R6ssler system.

A double-Branch Xception Architecture for Acute Hemorrhage detection and Subtype Classification

This study presents a deep learning model for efficient intracranial hemorrhage(ICH)detection and subtype classification on non-contrast head computed tomography(CT)*** refers to bleeding in the skull,leading to the most critical life-threatening health condition requiring rapid and accurate *** is classified as intra-axial hemorrhage(intraventricular,intraparenchymal)and extra-axial hemorrhage(subdural,epidural,subarachnoid)based on the bleeding location inside the *** computer-aided diagnoses(CAd)-based schemes have been proposed for ICH detection and classification at both slice and scan ***,these approaches performonly binary classification and suffer from a large number of parameters,which increase storage ***,the accuracy of brain hemorrhage detection in existing models is significantly low for medically critical *** overcome these problems,a fast and efficient system for the automatic detection of ICH is *** designed a double-branch model based on xception architecture that extracts spatial and instant features,concatenates them,and creates the 3d spatial context(common feature vectors)fed to a decision tree classifier for final *** data employed for the experimentation was gathered during the 2019 Radiologist Society of North America(RSNA)brain hemorrhage detection *** model outperformed benchmark models and achieved better accuracy in intraventricular(99.49%),subarachnoid(99.49%),intraparenchymal(99.10%),and subdural(98.09%)categories,thereby justifying the performance of the proposed double-branch xception architecture for ICH detection and classification.

Structural, electronic, and magnetic behaviors of 5d transition metal（TM） atom substituted divacancy（dV） graphene are investigated using first-principles calculations. different 5d TM atoms（Hf, Ta, W, Re, Os, Ir, and Pt） are embedded in graphene, these impurity atoms replace 2 carbon atoms in the graphene sheet. It is revealed that the charge transfer occurs from 5d TM atoms to the graphene layer. Hf, Ta, and W substituted graphene structures exhibit a finite band gap at high symmetric K-point in their spin up and spin down channels with 0.783 μB, 1.65 μB, and 1.78 μB magnetic moments,respectively. Ir and Pt substituted graphene structures display indirect band gap semiconductor behavior. Interestingly, Os substituted graphene shows direct band gap semiconductor behavior having a band gap of approximately 0.4 e V in their spin up channel with 1.5 μB magnetic moment. Through density of states（dOS） analysis, we can predict that d orbitals of 5d TM atoms could be responsible for introducing ferromagnetism in the graphene layer. We believe that our obtained results provide a new route for potential applications of dilute magnetic semiconductors and half-metals in spintronic devices by employing 5d transition metal atom-doped graphene complexes.

In this paper, we consider the power optimization problem in Orthogonal Frequency division Multiplexing （OFdM）-based relay-enhanced device-to-device （d2d） communication. In a single cell transmission scenario, dual- hop communication is assumed in which each d2d user re-uses the spectrum of just one Cellular User （CU）. In this work, we formulate a joint optimization scheme under a decode-and-Forward （dF） relaying protocol to maximize the sum throughput of d2d and cellular networks via power allocation over different sub-carriers. The problem is thus transformed into a standard convex optimization, subject to individual power constraints at different transmitting nodes. We exploit the duality theory to decompose the problem into several sub-problems and use Karush-Kuhn- Tucker （KKT） conditions to solve each sub-problem. We provide simulation results to validate the performance of our proposed scheme.

Exfoliated 2d MAX Ti_(3) AlC_(2) conductive cocatalyst anchored with g-C_(3)N_(4)/TiO_(2) to construct 2d/0d/2d het-erojunction has been explored for enhanced CO_(2) photoreduction in a fixed-bed and monolith *** TiO_(2) particle sizes(NPs and MPs)were systematically investigated to determine effective metal-support interaction with faster charge carrier separation among the composite *** TiO_(2) NPs were anchored with 2d Ti_(3) AlC_(2) MAX structure,10.44 folds higher CH_(4) production was observed com-pared to anchoring TiO_(2) *** CH_(4) yield rate of 2103.5μmol g^(−1) h^(−1) achieved at selectivity 96.59%using ternary g-C_(3)N_(4)/TiO_(2)/Ti_(3) AlC_(2)2d/0d/2d composite which is 2.73 and 7.45 folds higher than using binary g-C_(3)N_(4)/Ti_(3) AlC_(2) MAX and TiO_(2) NPs/Ti_(3)AlC_(2) samples,respectively.A step-scheme(S-scheme)photocatalytic mechanism operates in this composite,suppressed the recombination of useful electron and holes and provides higher reduction potential for efficient CO_(2) conversion to CO and CH_(4).More im-portantly,when light intensity was increased by 5 folds,CH_(4) production rate was increased by 3.59 folds under visible *** performance of composite catalyst was further investigated in a fixed-bed and monolith photoreactor and found monolithic support increased CO production by 2.64 folds,whereas,53.99 times lower CH_(4) production was *** lower photocatalytic activity in a monolith photore-actor was due to lower visible light penetration into the ***,2d MAX Ti_(3) AlC_(2) composite catalyst can be constructed for selective photocatalytic CO_(2) methanation under visible light in a fixed-bed photoreactor.
