Production of hydrogen(H2) and oxygen(O2) through electrocatalytic water splitting is one of the sustainable,green and pivotal ways to accomplish the ever-increasing demands for renewable energy sources,but remains a big challenge because of the uphill reaction during overall water ***,we develop high-performance non-noble metal electrocatalysts for pH-universal water splitting,based on nickel/vanadium boride(NiVB) nanoparticles/reduced graphene oxide(rGO) hybrid(NiVB/rGO)through a facile chemical reduction approach under ambient *** virtue of more exposure to surface active sites,superior electron transfer capability and strong electronic coupling,the asprepared NiVB/rGO heterostructure needs pretty low overpotentials of 267 and 151 mV to deliver a current density of 10 mA cm^(-2) for oxygen evolution reaction(OER) and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)respectively,with the corresponding Tafel slope of 44 and 88 mV dec^(-1) in 1.0 M ***,the NiVB/rGO electrocatalysts display a promising performance in a wide-pH conditions that require low overpotential of 310,353 and 489 mV to drive a current density of 10 mA cm^(-2) for OER under 0.5 M KOH,0.05 M H2SO4 and 1.0 M phosphate buffer solution(PBS) respectively,confirming the excellent electrocata lytic performance among state-of-the-art Ni-based electrocatalysts for overall water ***,the interfacial tuning based on incorporation of active heterostructure may pave a new route to develop bifunctional,cost-effective and efficient electrocatalyst systems for water splitting and H2 production.

Knowledge of what pest species are eating is important to determine their impact on stored food products and to plan management strategies *** this study,we investigated the food habits of 2 rodents,Rattus rattus(ship rat)and Mus musculus castaneus(house mouse)as well as an insectivore,Suncus murinus(shrew),present in human *** a microhistological approach and a DNA barcoding approach were used in the present *** DNA extraction,amplification was performed using group-specific primers targeting birds,plants and *** polymerase chain reaction products were sequenced and analyzed to identify the different prey species present in the gut *** findings from the application of both techniques were in agreement,but the detection of prey type with each technique was *** DNA barcoding approach gave greater species-level identification when compared to the microhistological method,especially for the invertebrate and avian ***,with both techniques,23 prey taxa were identified in the gut contents of the 3 species,including 15 plants,7 insects and a single bird *** conclude that with a selection of suitable“barcode genes”and optimization of polymerase chain reaction protocols,DNA barcoding can provide more accurate and faster *** detection from either technique alone can bias the dietary informa***,combining prey information of both microhistological analysis and DNA barcoding is recommended to study pest diet,especially if the pest is an omnivore or insectivore species.

The polymer electrolyte based lithium-oxygen battery has showed higher safety than that of organic liquid ***,the energy efficiency and cycling stability are still the challenges for the practical application of lithium-oxygen ***,the 1,4 para benzoquinone has been demonstrated as dual-function redox mediator for promoting both oxygen reduction and oxygen evolution reactions of lithium-oxygen battery with polymer electrolyte,which have been confirmed by the Cyclic Voltammetry and discharge/charge test of battery under O_(2) gas,as well as the theoretical ***,the composite cathode that in-situ constructed by polymerizing electrolyte precursors with redox me-diator can be beneficial for the electrochemical *** composite cathode and lithium ions source,the polymer electrolyte based lithium-oxygen batteries can operate for long lifetime with low charge potentials and good rate ***,this work has highlighted the promising implementation of lithium-oxygen battery based on polymer electrolyte,in which the dual-function redox mediator are employed for both discharge and recharge processes.

The rechargeable Li-CO2 battery has attracted much attention for energy storage because of the high energy density and efficient utilization of greenhouse gas. However, it＇s still suffered by low safety issue of liquid electrolyte. Herein, a composite cathode consisting of CNTs and polymer electrolytes was fabricated by the insitu polymerization process for the polymer electrolyte-based solid-state Li-CO2 batteries. With the good dispersion of CNTs and polymer electrolyte, the composite cathode is covered by film-like discharge products ***, the Li-CO2 battery shows high reversible capacity （- 11,000 mAh·g^-1）, excellent cycle stability （1000 mAb·g^-1 for 100 cycles） under low charge potential （〈 4.5 V）, and outstanding rate performances at room temperature, which are much better than those of liquid electrolyte-based battery. Therefore, the polymer electrolyte-based Li-CO2 battery prepared by this strategy can be a promising candidate to meet the demands of high safety and high-performance energy storage devices.

To meet the high-performance requirements of fifth-generation(5G)and sixth-generation(6G)wireless networks,in particular,ultra-reliable and low-latency communication(URLLC)is considered to be one of the most important communication scenarios in a wireless *** this paper,we consider the effects of the Rician fading channel on the performance of cooperative device-to-device(D2D)communication with *** better performance,we maximize and examine the system’s minimal rate of D2D *** to the interference in D2D communication,the problem of maximizing the minimum rate becomes non-convex and difficult to *** solve this problem,a learning-to-optimize-based algorithm is proposed to find the optimal power *** conventional branch and bound(BB)algorithm are used to learn the optimal pruning policy with supervised *** learning is used to train the multiple *** address the imbalanced problem,we used the supervised undersampling *** are made with the conventional BB algorithm and the heuristic *** outcome of the simulation demonstrates a notable performance improvement in power *** proposed algorithm has significantly low computational complexity and runs faster as compared to the conventional BB algorithm and a heuristic algorithm.
