With the rapidly escalating use of smart devices and fraudulent transaction of users＇ data from their devices, efficient and reliable techniques for authentication of the smart devices have become an obligatory issue. This paper reviews the security risks for mobile devices and studies several authentication techniques available for smart devices. The results from field studies enable a comparative evaluation of user-preferred authentication mechanisms and their opinions about reliability, biometric authentication and visual authentication techniques.

Elliptic curves(ECs)are deemed one of the most solid structures against modern computational attacks because of their small key size and high *** many well-known cryptosystems,the substitution box(Sbox)is used as the only nonlinear portion of a security ***,it has been shown that using dynamic S-boxes rather than static S-boxes increases the security of a *** conferred study also extends the practical application of ECs in designing the nonlinear components of block ciphers in symmetric key *** this study,instead of the Mordell elliptic curve(MEC)over the prime field,the Galois field has been engaged in constructing the S-boxes,the main nonlinear component of the block ***,the proposed scheme uses the coordinates of MEC and the operation of the Galois field to generate a higher number of S-boxes with optimal nonlinearity,which increases the security of *** proposed S-boxes resilience against prominent algebraic and statistical attacks is evaluated to determine its potential to induce confusion and produce acceptable results compared to other ***,the majority logic criteria(MLC)are used to assess the new S-boxes usage in the image encryption application,and the outcomes indicate that they have significant cryptographic strength.

The putative Jambil meta-carbonatites of Swat， northern Pakistan， occur as discrete intrusions into the Proterozoic Manglaur formation， which are difficult to be distinguished from nearby calc-silicate marble because both rock types experienced regional metamorphism during Himalayan orogenesis that resulted in similar mosaic textures and mineral assemblages. Carbonatites are often significant repositories of economic mineral resources and， therefore， are important to be distinguished from calc-silicate marble. We present new geochemical and geochronology data to distinguish between the two rock types and interpret the petrogenesis and tectonic evolution of the Jambil meta-carbonatites. Whole rock chemical data from the Jambil meta-carbonatites show characteristically high Rare Earth Element （REE）， Sr contents and lack of negative Eu anomaly， consistent with average calcio-carbonatite values worldwide and an igneous origin. More than 0.5 wt.% SrO in the meta-carbonatites and SrO >0.15 wt.% in constituent rock forming calcite are discriminating signatures of the Jambil meta-carbonatites. Chemically， the Jambil meta-carbonatites are relatively depleted in Rb， Nb， Ta， Ti， Zr and Hf， relatively enriched in Ba， Th， Sr， and have a high LREE/HREE ratio when normalized to primitive mantle. Their carbon and oxygen isotope compositions vary from -3.5‰ to -4.3‰ and from 9.7‰ to 12.3‰， respectively. These geochemical characteristics indicate generation of the carbonatites through small degree of partial melting from a carbonated eclogitic source. In-situ， U/Pb analysis of titanite indicates that the Jambil meta-carbonatites were emplacement at 438 ± 3 Ma. When combined with regional geological observations， we interpret the emplacement of the Jambil meta-carbonatites to have taken place during the Silurian back arc extension within greater Gondwana and mark a transition from a compressional tectonic regime， brought about by collision of micro-continental blocks along the norther

OBJECTIVE:To examine the efficacy of Silene arenosa extract on acetylcholinesterase (AChE) of krait (Bungarus Sindanus) snake ***:The present project designed to evaluate the inhibition of AChE by following standard ***:Statistical analysis of the results showed that Silene arenosa exerted 73%inhibition against the krait venom acetylcholinesterase at fixed substrate acetylcholine (ACh) concentration (0.5 mM).Kinetic analysis using the Lineweaver Burk plot revealed that Silene arenosa caused a competitive type of inhibition i.e.K_(m) values increased from 26.6 to 93.3 mM (26.6%to 93.3%) and V_(max)remained constant in a concentration-dependent *** arenosa competes with the substrate to bind at the active site of the *** K_(mapp)of venom AChE for Silene arenosa increased from 60%to 81.6%and the V_(maxapp)remains constant.K_(i)(inhibition constant was estimated to be 48μg for snake venom);while the K_(m)(Michaelis-Menten constant of AChE-substrate into AChE and product) was estimated to be 0.5 *** IC_(50)of AchE calculated for Silene arenosa was 67μ***:The present results suggest that Silene arenosa extract can be considered as an inhibitor of snake venom AChE.

A study was carried out to assess the interaction of Arsenic with excess Sulphur present in saline soil and their impact on plant growth. Two different types of saline soils S1 (2.0 dS/m) and S2 (5.061 dS/m) were collected from the southwestern part of Bangladesh. The experiment was conducted in two parts: in vitro incubation study and pot experiment. Arsenic treatments at the rates of 0, 0.05 and 1.0 mg/L were applied with water. The incubated soils were sequentially extracted with three different extractants, viz, distilled water, 0.01 M CaCl2, and 1 M HCl. 1 M HCl was found to extract the maximum amounts of soluble salts as well as arsenic from the saline soil. Rice was selected as the test plant for pot experiment. An improved variety of rice (BRRI 41) was grown on the experimental soils. Sulphur in saline soil was found to reduce the accumulation of Arsenic by rice plant.

本论文主要研究了如何提高无线体域网的生命周期的问题。这项工作分为两部分。第一部分在于高效地选取簇头,第二部分提高数据传输的能效。通过高效地选择簇头节点,将数据传输到中心协调节点(SINK),实现无线体域网(WBAN)上行链路的数据传输,完成了无线体域网(WBAN)的主要需求。目前的工作主要是基于节点的剩余能量、欧氏距离的平均值、传输数据的优先级和设备物理能力这四个重要参数来高效地选取簇头节点和均匀旋转的簇头。因此提出了节能贝叶斯聚类算法(EEBCA),通过采用朴素贝叶斯方法来选择合适的簇头(CH)节点。所选CH节点在每一轮中从传感器节点(SN)收集数据。收集的数据首先被聚合,然后被发送到基站(BS)。在稳态阶段,该算法遵循基于能量分析TDMA(EA-TDMA)的方法对数据进行高效传输,与标准LEACH协议相比,EEBCA算法进一步降低了能耗。在仿真中,也将该协议的性能与现有协议进行了比较,分析得出所提出的方案将网络的总生存期增加了约1.5倍,与此同时,网络的平均能耗也得到了降低。在论文的下一步工作中,基于一种能量有效的方式来完成在时间和传输延迟上都有约束的数据传输业务,因此构建了一种能量有效的混合介质访问控制(MAC)协议。通过结合位图辅助竞争的MAC协议和基于调度的MAC协议的特点提出了混合无线体域网(HWBAN)协议。在HWBAN MAC协议中,每个会话被分成三个子会话,即ELLEED(低延迟紧急事件检测)、GTSCM-FL(保证时隙连续监测-固定延迟)和EO-BMA(能量优化-位图辅助),实现了为不同类型的传感器提供了三种有效的选择方法。HWBAN协议采用ELLEED子会话来传输紧急数据。为实现传输时隙的连续监控,HWBAN协议采用GTSCM-FL子会话来传输数据。同样地,EO-BMA子会话主要用于基于事件的监控下的数据传输。因此,可以实现低能耗的数据传输。通过仿真,将HWBAN MAC协议的性能与现有的TDMA、EA-TDMA和BMA MAC协议进行了比较,分析得出所提出HWBAN MAC协议的在提高能效方面具有很好的优越性。
