In the second member of the Upper Triassic Xujiahe Formation(T_(3)x_(2))in the Xinchang area,western Sichuan Basin,only a low percent of reserves has been recovered,and the geological model of gas reservoir sweet spot remains *** on a large number of core,field outcrop,test and logging-seismic data,the T_(3)x_(2) gas reservoir in the Xinchang area is *** concept of fault-fold-fracture body(FFFB)is proposed,and its types are *** main factors controlling fracture development are identified,and the geological models of FFFB are *** refers to faults,folds and associated fractures *** to the characteristics and genesis,FFFBs can be divided into three types:fault-fracture body,fold-fracture body,and fault-fold *** the hanging wall of the fault,the closer to the fault,the more developed the effective fractures;the greater the fold amplitude and the closer to the fold hinge plane,the more developed the effective *** types of geological models of FFFB are established:fault-fold fracture,and matrix storage and *** former can be divided into two subtypes:network fracture,and single structural fracture,and the later can be divided into three subtypes:bedding fracture,low permeability pore,and extremely low permeability *** process for evaluating favorable FFFB zones was formed to define favorable development targets and support the well deployment for purpose of high *** study results provide a reference for the exploration and development of deep tight sandstone oil and gas reservoirs in China.

Rodents are reservoirs of various types of hantavirus,some of which are agents of hantavirus pulmonary syndrome in *** hantavirus is associated with a single rodent host species but successive spill-over events may eventually lead to host-switching and new species’becoming host of a given *** study aims to gain an understanding of the spatial ecology of two hantavirus-host species,Akodon azarae,and Oligoryzomys flavescens,by identifying factors modulating their home range sizes and stability,and by evaluating intra-and interspecific spatial aggregation for these species and a third one—Oxymycterus rufus—living in *** this,eleven capture-mark-recapture surveys were carried out,spanning 22 *** found that *** males have larger and more mobile home ranges than females,independently of the ***,males could likely have a more relevant role in the transmission of hantavirus because of their greater exposure both to a higher number of contacts between individuals and viral contamination of the ***,*** individuals showed negligible displacements of their home range through time,which could limit the range of hantavirus spread in host *** *** is host to Lechiguanas hantavirus(pathogenic to humans)this result encompasses epidemiological relevance,for it may imply the existence of local foci of ***,individuals of both species performed excursions outside their home *** events could enable hantavirus spread over distances beyond the normal range of movements and lead to new hantavirus outbreaks in formerly non-infected rodent populations,favoring the persistence of the virus in nature.

This work was carried out to evaluate the insecticidal effect of mono,bi and trimetallic nanoparticles(NPs)from leaf extract of habanero pepper(Capsicum chinense Jacq.)on the red flour beetle(Tribolium castaneum herbst.)and cotton mealybug(Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley).The results showed that Cu NPs,Cu/Mn NPs and Zn/Cu NPs had high insecticidal effect against ***(63%-80% mortality after 96 h).The Cu NPs and Zn/Cu NPs showed also insecticidal effect against ***,but to a lesser extent(20%–28% after 96 h).With regards to the physicochemical characterization,Cu NPs had a zeta potential of 21.1 mV,whereas Cu/Mn NPs and Zn/Cu NPs exhibited zeta potentials of 200 *** polydispersity index(PDI)values for Cu NPs,Cu/Mn NPs,and Zn/Cu NPs were 10.1,29.16,and 14.34,*** TF-IR spectra of the NPs varied from 600 to 4000 cm−*** EDX weight percentages showed the presence of Cu(0.29%–2.4%),Mn(1.4%),and Zn(2.6%)in Cu/Mn NPs and Zn/Cu NPs,respectively.

The present study was conducted to evaluate the impact of bimetallic nanoparticles(NPs)of copper(Cu)and zinc(Zn)from Crotalaria longirostrata on the insect mortality and cell viability of Phenacoccus *** biosynthesis of bimetallic nanoparticles(Cu/Zn-NPs)from *** was confirmed by the presence of a single peak around 378 *** hydrodynamic diameter of the Cu/Zn nanoparticles varied from 59 to 119 nm and their zeta potential was found to be−30.90 *** EDX analysis showed a strong signal for Cu and Zn(8 and 8.6 keV,respectively).The Cu/Zn-NPs showed an effective insecticide activity against *** with 63%of insect mortality after 96 h ***,further studies about nanotoxicity of Cu/Zn-NPs from *** are needed to reveal the exact mechanism of nanoparticles toxicity in insects.

We numerically investigate the trapping behaviors of aligning particles in two-dimensional （2D） random obstacles system. Under the circumstances of the effective diffusion rate and the average velocity tend to zero, particles are in trapped state. In this paper, we examine how the system parameters affect the trapping behaviors. At the large self-propelled speed, the ability of nematic particles escape from trapping state is enhancing rapidly, in the meanwhile the polar and free particles are still in trapped state. For the small rotation diffusion coefficient, the polar particles circle around （like vortices） the obstacles and here particles are in trapped state. Interestingly, only the partial nematic particles are trapped in the confined direction and additional particles remain flowing. In the free case, the disorder particle-particle collisions impede the motion in each other＇s directions, leading the free particles to be trapped. At the large rotation diffusion coefficient, the ordered motion of aligning particles disappear, particles fill the sample evenly and are self-trapped around obstacles. As the particles approach the trapping density due to the crowding effect the particles become so dense that they impede each other＇s motion. With the increasing number of obstacles, the trajectories of particles are blocked by obstacles, which obstruct the movement of particles. It is worth noting that when the number of the obstacles are large enough, once the particles are trapped, the system is permanently absorbed into a trapped state.

三羧酸循环到有氧糖酵解的代谢转换是肿瘤细胞代谢的重要特征之一,丙酮酸脱氢酶激酶4(PDK4)在多数癌细胞中的表达明显增加,作为促进这种代谢转换的关键分子,PDK4通过调节丙酮酸脱氢酶活性,在多种肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭与转移、凋亡和耐药中起到关键作用。越来越多的研究发现PDK4与肺癌发展和耐药联系密切。本文通过对PDK4在恶性肿瘤中的研究进行综述和展望,以期对肿瘤尤其是非小细胞肺癌的预防、治疗和逆转耐药提供一定的思路。

＜正＞ XLas （Extra Large Alpha S） is an alternatively spliced variant of Gas. the G protein alpha subunit that couples various extracellular stimuli to the activation of adenylyl cyclase. XLas is identical with Gas except for its long amino terminus and appears to share its functional properties such as receptor selectivity, bg binding and adenylyl cyclase activation. In this study, coupling properties of Gas and XLas to b2 adrenergic receptor （β2AR） and adenylyl cyclase are investigated in transfected HEK-293 cells. Adenylyl cyclase activity measurements show that, compared to Gas. Xlas exhibits a high basal and agonist-induced activity, both of which are enhanced by the increased expression of β2AR. Thus, spontaneous receptor activity of the β2AR seems to contribute to the basal activities of both Gas and XLas. However, while the basal activity of Gas can be inhibited by inverse agonists that suppress the spontaneous activity of the β2AR, the basal activity of XLas is insensitive to these ligands. This suggests that the conformation induced by these ligands is sensed as an inactive state by Gas but not by XLas. This study is supported partly by the research grants A.
