COVID-19 virus is a causative agent of viral pandemic in human beings which specifically targets respiratory system of humans and causes viral pneumonia.This unusual viral pneumonia is rapidly spreading to all parts of the world,currently affecting about 105 million people with 2.3 million deaths.Current review described history,genomic characteristics,replication,and pathogenesis of COVID-19 with special emphasis on Nigella sativum(N.sativum)as a treatment option.N.sativum seeds are historically and religiously used over the centuries,both for prevention and treatment of different diseases.This review summarizes the potential role of N.sativum seeds against COVID-19 infection at levels of in silico,cell lines and animal models.

Due to their complex structure,2-D models are challenging to work with;additionally,simulation,analysis,design,and control get increasingly difficult as the order of the model grows.Moreover,in particular time intervals,Gawronski and Juang’s time-limited model reduction schemes produce an unstable reduced-order model for the 2-D and 1-D models.Researchers revealed some stability preservation solutions to address this key flaw which ensure the stability of 1-D reduced-order systems;nevertheless,these strategies result in large approximation errors.However,to the best of the authors’knowledge,there is no literature available for the stability preserving time-limited-interval Gramian-based model reduction framework for the 2-D discrete-time systems.In this article,2-D models are decomposed into two separate sub-models(i.e.,two cascaded 1-D models)using the condition of minimal rank-decomposition.Model reduction procedures are conducted on these obtained two 1-D sub-models using limited-time Gramian.The suggested methodology works for both 2-D and 1-D models.Moreover,the suggested methodology gives the stability of the reduced model as well as a priori error-bound expressions for the 2-D and 1-D models.Numerical results and comparisons between existing and suggested methodologies are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the suggested methodology.

Silica has three major varieties of crystalline. Quartz is the main andabundant ingredient in the crust of our earth. While other varieties are formedby the heating of quartz. Silica quartz is a rich chemical structure containingenormous properties. Any chemical network or structure can be transformedinto a graph, where atoms become vertices and the bonds are converted toedges, between vertices. This makes a complex network easy to visualize towork on it. There are many concepts to work on chemical structures in termsof graph theory but the resolvability parameters of a graph are quite advanceand applicable topic. Resolvability parameters of a graph is a way to getting agraph into unique form, like each vertex or edge has a unique identification bymeans of some selected vertices, which depends on the distance of vertices andits pattern in a particular graph. We have dealt some resolvability parametersof SiO2 quartz. We computed the resolving set for quartz structure and itsvariants, wherein we proved that all the variants of resolvability parameters ofquartz structures are constant and do not depend on the order of the graph.

A Double-Branch Xception Architecture for Acute Hemorrhage Detection and Subtype Classification

This study presents a deep learning model for efficient intracranial hemorrhage(ICH)detection and subtype classification on non-contrast head computed tomography(CT)images.ICH refers to bleeding in the skull,leading to the most critical life-threatening health condition requiring rapid and accurate diagnosis.It is classified as intra-axial hemorrhage(intraventricular,intraparenchymal)and extra-axial hemorrhage(subdural,epidural,subarachnoid)based on the bleeding location inside the skull.Many computer-aided diagnoses(CAD)-based schemes have been proposed for ICH detection and classification at both slice and scan levels.However,these approaches performonly binary classification and suffer from a large number of parameters,which increase storage costs.Further,the accuracy of brain hemorrhage detection in existing models is significantly low for medically critical applications.To overcome these problems,a fast and efficient system for the automatic detection of ICH is needed.We designed a double-branch model based on xception architecture that extracts spatial and instant features,concatenates them,and creates the 3D spatial context(common feature vectors)fed to a decision tree classifier for final predictions.The data employed for the experimentation was gathered during the 2019 Radiologist Society of North America(RSNA)brain hemorrhage detection challenge.Our model outperformed benchmark models and achieved better accuracy in intraventricular(99.49%),subarachnoid(99.49%),intraparenchymal(99.10%),and subdural(98.09%)categories,thereby justifying the performance of the proposed double-branch xception architecture for ICH detection and classification.

Numerical Simulation of Reiner–Rivlin Nanofluid Flow under the Influence of Thermal Radiation and Activation Energy over a Rotating Disk

In current study,the numerical computations of Reiner–Rivlin nanofluid flow through a rotational disk under the influence of thermal radiation and Arrhenius activation energy is considered.For innovative physical situations,the motile microorganisms are incorporated too.The multiple slip effects are considered in the boundary conditions.The bioconvection of motile microorganism is utilized alongside nanofluids to provide stability to enhanced thermal transportation.The Bioconvection pattern in various nanoparticles accredits novel applications of biotechnology like the synthesis of biological polymers,biosensors,fuel cells,petroleum engineering,and the natural environment.By deploying some suitable similarity transformation functions,the governing partial differential equations(PDEs)of the flow problem are rehabilitated into dimensionless forms.The accomplished ordinary differential equations(ODEs)are solved numerically through the bvp4c scheme via a built-in function in computational MATLAB software.The upshots of some prominent physical and bioconvection parameters including wall slip parameters,thermophoresis parameter,Brownian motion parameter,Reiner–Revlin nanofluid parameter,Prandtl number,Peclet number,Lewis number,bioconvection Lewis number,and the mixed convection parameter against velocity,temperature,nanoparticles concentration,and density of motile microorganism profiles are dichotomized and pondered through graphs and tables.The presented computations show that the velocity profiles are de-escalated by the wall slip parameters while the thermal and solutal fields are upgraded with augmentation in thermophoresis number and wall slip parameters.The presence of thermal radiation enhances the temperature profile of nanofluid.The concentration profile of nanoparticles is boosted by intensification in activation energy.Furthermore,the increasing values of bioconvection Lewis number and Peclet number decay the motile microorganisms’field.

During COVID-19,the escalated demand for various pharmaceutical products with the existing production capacity of pharmaceutical companies has stirred the need to prioritize its customers in order to fulfill their demand.This study considers a two-echelon pharmaceutical supply chain considering various pharma-distributors as its suppliers and hospitals,pharmacies,and retail stores as its customers.Previous studies have generally considered a balanced situation in terms of supply and demand whereas this study considers a special situation of COVID-19 pandemic where demand exceeds supply Various criteria have been identified from the literature that influences the selection of customers.A questionnaire has been developed to collect primary data from pharmaceutical suppliers pertaining to customerselection criteria.These criteria have been prioritized with respect to eigenvalues obtained from Principal Component Analysis and also validated with the experts’domain-related knowledge using Analytical Hierarchy Process.Profit potential appeared to be the most important criteria of customer selection followed by trust and service convenience brand loyalty,commitment,brand awareness,brand image,sustainable behavior,and risk.Subsequently,Multi Criteria Decision Analysis has been performed to prioritize the customerselection criteria and customers with respect to selection criteria.Three experts with seven and three and ten years of experience have participated in the study.Findings of the study suggest large hospitals,large pharmacies,and small retail stores are the highly preferred customers.Moreover,findings of prioritization of customer-selection criteria fromboth Principal Component Analysis and Analytical Hierarchy Process are consistent.Furthermore,this study considers the experience of three experts to calculate an aggregate score of priorities to reach an effective decision.Unlike traditional supply chain problems of supplier selection,this study considers a selection of customers and is useful for procurement and

In a connected graph G, the distance d（u, v） denotes the distance between two vertices u and v of G. Let W = {w1, w2,……, wk} be an ordered set of vertices of G and let v be a vertex of G. The representation r（v1W） of v with respect to W is the k-tuple （d（v, w1）, d（v, w2）,…, d（v, wk））. The set W is called a resolving set or a locating set if every vertex of G is uniquely identified by its distances from the vertices of W, or equivalently, if distinct vertices of G have distinct representations with respect to W. A resolving set of minimum cardinality is called a metric basis for G and this cardinality is the metric dimension of G, denoted by β（G）. Metric dimension is a generalization of affine dimension to arbitrary metric spaces （provided a resolving set exists）. In this paper, we study the metric dimension of barycentric subdivision of Cayley graphs Cay （Zn Z2）. We prove that these subdivisions of Cayley graphs have constant metric dimension and only three vertices chosen appropriately suffice to resolve all the vertices of barycentric subdivision of Cayley graphs Cay （Zn Z2）.

Bioconvection Cross Diffusion Effects on MHD Flow of Nanofluids over Three Different Geometries with Melting

Currently,nanofluid is a hot area of interest for researchers.The nanofluid with bioconvection phenomenon attracted the researchers owing to its numerous applications in the field of nanotechnology,microbiology,nuclear science,heat storage devices,biosensors,biotechnology,hydrogen bomb,engine of motors,cancer treatment,the atomic reactor,cooling of devices,and in many more.This article presents the bioconvection cross-diffusion effects on the magnetohydrodynamic flow of nanofluids on three different geometries(cone,wedge,and plate)with mixed convection.The temperature-dependent thermal conductivity,thermal diffusivity,and Arrhenius activation energy applications are considered on the fluid flow with melting phenomenon.The flow is analyzed under thermal and solutal Robin’s conditions.The problem is formulated in the mathematical formulation of partial differential equations(PDEs).The similarity transformations are applied to diminish the governing nonlinear coupled boundary value problems into higher-order non-linear ordinary differential equations(ODEs).The resulting expressions/equation numerically tackled utilizing the famous bvp4c package by MATLAB for various interesting parameters.The results were physically and numerically calculated through graphics and tables for the velocity field,energy distribution,nanoparticles concentration,and microorganisms profile for numerous parameters.From the obtained results,we discern that the transfer of heat and mass coefficient is high over a plate and cone in the flow,respectively.The velocity profile is reduced via a larger magnetic parameter.Temperaturedependent thermal conductivity enhances the thermal field.Larger thermophoresis enhanced the concentration of nanoparticles.The microorganisms’Biot number boosts the microorganism’s profile.

In this research,a solar hybrid combined cooling heating and power(CCHP)system is proposed considering the different scenarios of Prime Movers(PMs)and the part-load performance of PMs is validated by the designed values from the manufacturer of Volvo.Moreover,a multi-optimization model based on a genetic algorithm is developed in order to select both the most promising performance PM and the most cost-effectiveness,environmentally friendly number of collectors for the proposed CCHP system,simultaneously.Then the hourly performance of this solar hybrid CCHP is determined through a case study of a hotel in Shanghai.Results show that the highest efficiency of the PM with larger capacity has the most promising performance and the collector number of 90 turns out to be a superior value for the hotel building based on the primary energy saving ratio of 61.61%.Moreover,on a typical summer day,the recovered waste heat and the solar energy can provide all the thermal energy demands,while,an auxiliary boiler should be started to fulfill the energy gap in both typical transition and winter days.From the simulation result,the CO_(2) emissions can be reduced by 856.2 t/a due to the solar energy introduced into the system.Besides,the dynamic investment payback period will change from 3.01 years to 3.56 years when the fuel price(P_(fuel))ranges from 0.8P_(fuel) to1.2P_(fuel).

背景:在过去的二十年中,中国的教育体系实现了现代化,并成为国际学生的中心。中国已成为全球第三大国际学生接待国,有442,773名拥有不同文化背景的学生被几所中国大学录取。到2018年,这一数字已增至492,185。但是,出国留学面临各种挑战。绝大多数国际学生缺乏传统的社会支持系统和与当地人交流的方法。语言障碍是国际学生面临的主要压力之一,除此之外,还包括歧视,乡愁,孤独和文化差异等因素。这些因素都会导致适应性压力或文化冲击。目的:本研究聚焦于国际学生文化适应的心理健康,并研究了宗教应对与压力、抑郁和焦虑之间的关系。过去,很少有关国际学生如何运用宗教应对机制来克服文化适应过程引起的压力、抑郁和焦虑的研究。方法:我们分析了 397名来自中国济南三所不同大学的国际学生的数据。使用国际学生的累积压力量表确定压力水平。此量表为Likert格式的36项量表,旨在评估国际学生的适应压力,包括乡愁、有罪、恐惧、感知到的歧视、感知到的仇恨和文化冲击等。宗氏抑郁自评量表(SDS)用于评估抑郁水平。该量表为自评式量表,共包含20个项目,涵盖了与抑郁症相关的情绪、心理和身体症状,通常用以评估抑郁水平,完成该量表通常需要10分钟左右。焦虑水平是通过宗氏焦虑自评量表(SAS)进行评估的,该量表为自评式量表,共包括20个条目,可分为4个评分组,包括中枢神经系统、认知、运动和自主神经症状。RCOPE记录了宗教应对活动。共包含14项项目,用于衡量针对生活压力源的宗教应对方式。它是文学中最常用的量表之一。该量表对于确定宗教在危机阶段和创伤中的作用非常重要。Pargament(1997)的宗教应对理论和研究计划就设计了这个量表。积极的宗教应对归因于基于信任和宽恕的与上帝的可靠关系,而消极的宗教应对归因于基于被抛弃和受惩罚的情感与上帝的脆弱关系。使用SPSS 21.0对数据进行了分析。进行了描述性统计、Pearson相关性、回归分析、t检验和ANOVA。结果:结果表明,适应性压力与抑郁、焦虑和消极的宗教应对呈正相关,而与积极的宗教应对呈负相关。此外,积极的宗教应对对适应性压力、抑郁和焦虑具有负面影响。我们还发现,男生比女生抑郁程度更高,而女生中的焦虑水平则更高,这可能是适应的结果。不同宗教群体之间的差异分析表明,不同宗教之间的适应压力、抑郁、焦虑和宗教应对水平不同。结论:适应性压力是国际学生抑郁和焦虑的主要预测因素之一,这些心理状况可能会受到宗教的影响。在评估居住在中国的外国人的心理时,应考虑宗教信仰和宗教活动。
