The present study is focused on evaluation of deep marine pelagic sediments of Late Cretaceous Kawagarh Formation of Kala-Chitta Range in the context of microfacies analysis,paleoenvironmental interpretation,planktonic foraminiferal biostratigraphy,sequence stratigraphy and diversification of species.A total of thirty three rock samples were collected from the measured *** microfacies are interpreted,namely planktonic foraminifera wackestone,planktonic foraminifera mudstone and sandy mudstone indicating low energy depositional environment i.e.,outer *** biostratigraphic studies show plentiful planktonic foraminifera species of Globotruncana,Heterohelix and ***,no association of benthic or siliceous organisms was *** the basis of available species assemblage,a single local planktonic foraminifera biozone i.e.,Globotruncana-Heterohelix-Globotruncanita Assemblage Biozone is *** biozone information is combined with published literature and Lower Santonian to Middle Maastrichtian age has been assigned to the Kawagarh *** trend of species occurrences evinces that species number decreases over time with pulsated rise in the Kawagarh *** Kawagarh Formation carbonates show an overall Transgressive Systems Tract(TST).The Kawagarh Formation of Pakistan evinces analogous characteristics to that of the Late Cretaceous Gurpi Formation of iran based on the geologic age,outcrop lithology,microfacies,planktonic foraminiferal assemblages,depositional setting and sequence stratigraphy.

Lithium-sulfur batteries are emerging as sustainable replacements for current lithium-ion *** commercial viability of this novel type of battery is still under debate due to the extensive use of highly reactive lithium-metal anodes and the complex electrochemistry of the sulfur *** this research,a novel sulfur-based battery has been proposed that eliminates the need for metallic lithium anodes and other critical raw materials like cobalt and graphite,replacing them with biomass-derived *** approach presents numerous benefits,encompassing ample availability,cost-effectiveness,safety,and environmental *** particular,two types of biochar-based anode electrodes(non-activated and activated biochar)derived from spent common ivy have been investigated as alternatives to metallic *** compared their structural and electrochemical properties,both of which exhibited good compatibility with the typical electrolytes used in sulfur ***,while steam activation results in an increased specific surface area,the non-activated ivy biochar demonstrates better performance than the activated biochar,achieving a stable capacity of 400 mA h g^(−1)at 0.1 A g^(−1)and a long lifespan(>400 cycles at 0.5 A g^(−1)).Our results demonstrate that the presence of heteroatoms,such as oxygen and nitrogen positively affects the capacity and cycling performance of the *** led to increased d-spacing in the graphitic layer,a strong interaction with the solid electrolyte interphase layer,and improved ion ***,the non-activated biochar was successfully coupled with a sulfur cathode to fabricate lithium-metal-free sulfur batteries,delivering a specific energy density of~600 Wh kg^(−1).

This study describes improving network security by implementing and assessing an intrusion detection system(iDS)based on deep neural networks(DNNs).The paper investigates contemporary technical ways for enhancing intrusion detection performance,given the vital relevance of safeguarding computer networks against harmful *** DNN-based iDS is trained and validated by the model using the NSL-KDD dataset,a popular benchmark for iDS *** model performs well in both the training and validation stages,with 91.30%training accuracy and 94.38%validation ***,the model shows good learning and generalization capabilities with minor losses of 0.22 in training and 0.1553 in ***,for both macro and micro averages across class 0(normal)and class 1(anomalous)data,the study evaluates the model using a variety of assessment measures,such as accuracy scores,precision,recall,and F1 *** macro-average recall is 0.9422,the macro-average precision is 0.9482,and the accuracy scores are ***,macro-averaged F1 scores of 0.9245 for class 1 and 0.9434 for class 0 demonstrate the model’s ability to precisely identify anomalies *** research also highlights how real-time threat monitoring and enhanced resistance against new online attacks may be achieved byDNN-based intrusion detection systems,which can significantly improve network *** study underscores the critical function ofDNN-based iDS in contemporary cybersecurity procedures by setting the foundation for further developments in this *** research aims to enhance intrusion detection systems by examining cooperative learning techniques and integrating up-to-date threat knowledge.

increasing effective panicle number per plant(EPN)is one approach to increase yield potential in ***,molecular mechanisms underlying EPN remain *** this study,we integrated mapbased cloning and genome-wide association analysis to identify the EPN4 gene,which is allelic to NARROW LEAF1(NAL1).Overexpression lines containing the Teqing allele(TQ)of EPN4 had significantly increased ***-EPN4^(TQ) in japonica(geng)cultivar Lemont(LT)exhibited significantly improved EPN but decreased grain number and flag leaf size relative to *** analysis indicated that accessions with EPN4-1 had medium EPN,medium grain number,and medium grain weight,but had the highest grain yield among seven haplotypes,indicating that EPN4-1 is an elite haplotype of EPN4 for positive coordination of the three components of grain ***,accessions carrying the combination of EPN4-1 and haplotype GNP1-6 of GNP1 for grain number per panicle showed higher grain yield than those with other allele ***,pyramiding of EPN4-1 and GNP1-6 could be a preferred approach to obtain high yield potential in breeding.

Hyperfluorescent organic light-emitting diodes(HF-OLEDs)approach has made it possible to achieve excellent device performance and color purity with low roll-off using noble-metal-free pure organic *** significant progress,the performance of HF-OLEDs is still unsatisfactory due to the existence of a competitive dexter energy transfer(DET)*** this contribution,two boron dipyrromethene(BODiPY)-based donor-acceptor emitters(BDP-C-Cz and BDP-N-Cz)with hybridized local and charge transfer characteristics(HLCT)are introduced in the HF-OLED to suppress the exciton loss by dexter mechanism,and a breakthrough performance with low-efficiency roll-off(0.3%)even at high brightness(1000 cd m^(-2))is *** is demonstrated that the energy loss via the DET channel can be suppressed in HF-OLEDs utilizing the HLCT emitter,as the excitons from the dark triplet state of such emitters are funneled to its emissive singlet state following the hot-exciton *** developed HF-OLED device has realized a good maximum external quantum efficiency(EQE)of 19.25%at brightness of 1000 cd m^(-2)and maximum luminance over 60000 cd m^(-2),with an emission peak at 602 nm and Commission international de L'Eclairage(CiE)coordinates(0.57,0.41),which is among the best-achieved results in solution-processed *** work presents a viable methodology to suppress energy loss and achieve high performance in the HF-OLEDs.
