媒体通过对政策渐进式的影响,不断促进社会形态的嬗变。面对变革,我国学界还未能从"传统媒体"的框架中摆脱"路径依赖",传统媒体长期以来处于行政隶属地位,使得其他利益诉求难以在传统媒体上发声;而"社交媒体"的兴起又进一步分化了"传统媒体"对公共政策过程的影响力。"运动式"的媒介公共政策动员手段导致意见的撕裂,地方"传统媒体"一片叫好,"社交媒体"不乏争议。这是因为我国还未形成系统的"社交媒体"的公共政策过程影响管理机制,主要表现在以下几个方面:未能给相关管理部门提供足够的社交媒体治理经验,缺乏社交媒体对公共政策过程从"问题产生"到"效果评估"各阶段影响方式和作用的详尽分析,未建立起与社交媒体对应的政策过程传播管理框架,社交媒体的管理仍停留在"消极管理"阶段,缺少"积极管理"机制。文章试从传播学、公共政策过程理论出发,利用框架分析与对比研究的方法,综述当前"传统媒体"与"社交媒体"对公共政策过程影响存在的差异因素、国内"传统媒体"影响公共政策过程框架失灵的原因以及"社交媒体"框架对公共政策过程影响研究的缺失。

DNA-nanotechnology-based nano-architecture scaffolds based on circular strands were designed in the form of DNA-nanowires(DNA-NWs) as a polymer of DNA-triangles. Circularizing a scaffold strand(84-NT) was the critical step followed by annealing with various staple strands to make stiff DNAtriangles. Atomic force microcopy(AFM), native polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE), UVanalysis, MTT-assay, flow cytometry, and confocal imaging were performed to assess the formulated DNA-NWs and cisplatin(CPT) loading. The AFM and confocal microscopy images revealed a uniform shape and size distribution of the DNA-NWs, with lengths ranging from 2 to 4 mm and diameters ranging from 150 to 300 nm. One sharp band at the top of the lane(500 bp level) with the loss of electrophoretic mobility during the PAGE(native) gel analysis revealed the successful fabrication of DNA-NWs. The loading efficiency of CPT ranged from 66.85% to 97.35%. MTT and flow cytometry results showed biocompatibility of the blank DNA-NWs even at 95% concentration compared with the CPT-loaded DNANWs. The CPT-loaded DNA-NWs exhibited enhanced apoptosis(22%) compared to the apoptosis(7%)induced by the blank DNA-NWs. The release of CPT from the DNA-NWs was sustained at < 75% for 6 h in the presence of serum, demonstrating suitability for systemic applications. The IC_(50) of CPT@DNA-NWs was reduced to 12.8 nM CPT, as compared with the free CPT solution exhibiting an IC_(50) of 51.2 n *** imaging revealed the targetability, surface binding, and slow internalization of the DNA-NWs in the scavenger-receptor-rich cancer cell line(HepG2) compared with the control cell line.

This study provides details of the energy management architecture used in the Goldwind microgrid test bed. A complete mathematical model, including all constraints and objectives, for microgrid operational management is first described using a modified prediction interval scheme. Forecasting results are then achieved every 10 min using the modified fuzzy prediction interval model, which is trained by particle swarm optimization.A scenario set is also generated using an unserved power profile and coverage grades of forecasting to compare the feasibility of the proposed method with that of the deterministic approach. The worst case operating points are achieved by the scenario with the maximum transaction cost. In summary, selection of the maximum transaction operating point from all the scenarios provides a cushion against uncertainties in renewable generation and load demand.

Though belief propagation bit-flip(BPBF)decoding improves the error correction performance of polar codes,it uses the exhaustive flips method to achieve the error correction performance of CA-SCL decoding,thus resulting in high decoding complexity and *** alleviate this issue,we incorporate the LDPC-CRC-Polar coding scheme with BPBF and propose an improved belief propagation decoder for LDPC-CRC-Polar codes with bit-freezing(LDPCCRC-Polar codes BPBFz).The proposed LDPCCRC-Polar codes BPBFz employs the LDPC code to ensure the reliability of the flipping set,i.e.,critical set(CS),and dynamically update *** modified CS is further utilized for the identification of error-prone *** proposed LDPC-CRC-Polar codes BPBFz obtains remarkable error correction performance and is comparable to that of the CA-SCL(L=16)decoder under medium-to-high signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)*** gains up to 1.2dB and 0.9dB at a fixed BLER=10-4compared with BP and BPBF(CS-1),*** addition,the proposed LDPC-CRC-Polar codes BPBFz has lower decoding latency compared with CA-SCL and BPBF,i.e.,it is 15 times faster than CA-SCL(L=16)at high SNR regions.

This work presents a flexible/unified hardware architecture of Elliptic-curve Cryptography(ECC)and PRESENT for cryptographic *** features of the proposed work are(i)computation of only the point multiplication operation of ECC over GF(2163)for a 163-bit key generation,(ii)execution of only the variant of an 80-bit PRESENT block cipher for data encryption&decryption and(iii)execution of point multiplication operation(ECC algorithm)along with the data encryption and decryption(PRESENT algorithm).To establish an area overhead for the flexible design,dedicated hardware architectures of ECC and PRESENT are implemented in the first step,and a sum of their hardware area is ***,the implementation of the proposed flexible architecture for ECC and PRESENT algorithms is *** results regarding the area,clock cycles,latency,clock frequency,and power after the place-and-route level on Xilinx Virtex-5,Virtex-6,and Virtex-7 FPGA devices are ***,the implementation results and comparisons show that the proposed architecture suits applications demanding flexible implementation of cryptographic applications.

Mantle cell lymphoma is an aggressive subtype of B cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. It can progress to leukemic phase but frank leukemic picture at initial presentation is not common. Leukemic phase indicates advance stage of the disease and generally associated with extensive extra-nodal involvement. Pericardial invasion has been reported, however we could not find a report of myocardial infiltration by this disease since the appraisal of the term ＂mantle cell lymphoma＂ in 1992. Here we report a case of cardiac involvement by mantle cell leukemia leading to cardiogenic shock which complicates the treatment decisions.

Objective: To evaluate acute oral toxicity and anti-arthritic activity of the methanolic extract of Convolvulus arvensis L. ***: Safety was assessed by acute oral toxicity(OECD 425) study. Anti-arthritic activity was explored by in vitro(inhibition of protein denaturation) and in vivo(Complete Freund’s adjuvantinduced arthritis and carrageenan-induced inflammation) methods. Antioxidant potential was determined by assessing ferric reducing power, DPPH inhibition, and H2O2 scavenging assays. Furthermore, molecular docking was done to check interactions between the plant constituents and cyclooxygenases(COX-1 and COX-2). Quercetin, gallic acid, caffeic acid, syringic acid, sinapic acid, and vanillic acid were quantified by HPLC and eight compounds were identified by GC-MS analysis. Results: No mortality and abnormality in biochemical parameters were observed in the toxicity study. Histological analysis of vital organs also supported these biochemical results. The in vitro and in vivo studies showed that the methanolic extract of leaves of Convolvulus arvensis exhibited dose-dependent anti-arthritic and anti-oxidant potential. Molecular docking showed better interactions of plant compounds with cyclooxygenases as compared to standard ibuprofen. Conclusions: Convolvulus arvensis exhibits strong anti-arthritic activity, justifying the traditional use of the herbal drug.
