Increasingly,Wireless Sensor Networks(WSNs)are contributing enormous amounts of *** the recent deployments of wireless sensor networks in Smart City infrastructures,significant volumes of data have been produced every day in several domains ranging from the environment to the healthcare system to *** wireless sensor nodes,a Smart City environment may now be shown for the benefit of *** Smart City delivers intelligent infrastructure and a stimulating environment to citizens of the Smart Society,including the elderly and ***,Quality of Service(QoS)and poor data performance are common problems in WSNs,caused by the data fusion method,where a small amount of bad data can significantly impact the total fusion *** our proposed research,a WSN multisensor data fusion technique employing fuzzy logic for event *** the new proposed Algorithm,sensor nodes will collect less repeated data,and redundant data will be used to increase the data’s overall *** network’s fusion delay problem is investigated,and a minimum fusion delay approach is provided based on the nodes’fusion waiting *** proposed algorithm performs well in fusion,according to the results of the *** a result of these discoveries,It is concluded that the algorithm describe here is effective and dependable instrument with a wide range of applications.

AIM: To investigate the efficacy of pegylated interferon alfa(PEG-IFNα) therapy with and without entecavir in patients with chronic hepatitis D. METHODS: Forty hepatitis D virus(HDV) RNA positive patients were randomized to receive either PEG-IFNα-2a 180 μg weekly in combination with entecavir 0.5 mg daily(n = 21) or PEG-IFNα alone(n =19). Patients who failed to show 2 log reduction in HDV RNA level at 24 wk of treatment, or had detectable HDV RNA at 48 wk of therapy were considered as treatment failure. Treatment was continued for 72 wk in the rest of the patients. All the patients were followed for 24 wk post treatment. Intention to treat analysis was ***: The mean age of the patients was 26.7 ± 6.8 years, 31 were male. Two log reduction in HDV RNA levels at 24 wk of therapy was achieved in 9(43%) patients receiving combination therapy and 12(63%) patients receiving PEG-IFNα alone(P = 0.199). Decline in hepatitis B surface antigen(HBs Ag) levels was insignificant. At the end of treatment, HDV RNA was negative in 8 patients(38%) receiving combination therapy and 10 patients(53%) receiving PEG-IFNα-2a alone. Virological response persisted in 7(33%) and 8(42%) patients, respectively at the end of the 24 wk follow-up period. One responder patient in the combination arm lost HBs Ag and became hepatitis B surface antibody positive. Six out of 14 baseline hepatitis B e antigen reactive patients seroconverted and four of these seroconverted patients had persistent HDV RNA ***: Administration of PEG-IFNα-2a with or without entecavir, resulted in persistent HDV RNA clearance in 37% of patients. The addition of entecavir did not improve the overall response.

AIMTo assess the repeatability of measuring optic nerve head (ONH) parameters using the Cirrus optical coherence tomography (OCT), as well as to assess the effect of head tilt on these *** healthy participants with no evidence of glaucoma were recruited for the study. Visual acuity, intraocular pressure, standard automated perimetry and ocular examination were performed for each participant. One eye was then randomly selected and scanned undilated with the Cirrus OCT in 3 positions (neutral, 30° right tilt and 30° left tilt).RESULTSData collected from 29 eyes were used for analysis. One patient was omitted due to poor scan quality. The repeatability of the ONH parameters was analyzed using analysis of variance, coefficient of variation (COV) and intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC). Analysis of variance showed no statistically significant difference between 3 scans in a single position. There was good agreement between measurements (ICC 0.919-0.996, COV 1.94%-5.48%). Even with the presence of head tilt, repeated scans in the 3 positions showed good agreement as well (ICC 0.888-0.996, COV 2.04%-5.39%).CONCLUSIONSerial measurements of ONH parameters using the Cirrus OCT are found to have good repeatability. The ONH parameters with Cirrus OCT also maintain good repeatability despite head tilt.

森林生物量和碳储量因与其它陆地生态系统相比具有更大的储存潜力,在全球碳循环及减缓气候变化中发挥着重要作用。许多学者对不同尺度下不同森林生态系统中生物量及碳储量进行了研究。然而,针对巴基斯坦亚热带Chirpine(Pinus roxburghii)森林固碳能力与林龄之间的定量关系方面的研究甚少。本研究基于样地调查数据探究了不同碳库中不同林龄的Chir pine森林碳储量及生物量格局。本文将森林分为三个林分年龄组,分别为幼龄林(75年)。基于分层随机抽样的方法,为每个林龄组设置了 7个大小为20×30 m2的样地。在每个样地中,测量树的胸径和高度用于计算蓄积量,由此计算生物量碳。在每个样地中随机设置1m2的小样方用于收集地下植被、枯木以及落叶等,将所收集的样本在72℃下烘干,并测量生物量和碳储量。根据IPCC指南,从每个地块的0-15cm和15-30cm的深度分别取土壤样本,并使用滴定方法测定碳值。结果表明,在Chir pine森林中,幼龄、成熟林及过熟林的总生物量(包括地上及地下)分别为80.0±12.4(Mg ha1)、343.1±167.6(Mg ha-1)及529.5±176.8(Mg ha-1),表明从幼龄林到过熟林,生物量碳呈显著增加趋势。枯木、落叶层和下层生物量碳也呈现出逐渐增加的变化模式。幼龄林、成熟林及过熟林在0-30cm深度的土壤有机碳储量分别为50.0±11.8(Mg C ha-1)、46.2±15.7(Mg C ha-1)及44.4±9.1(Mg C ha-1)。然而,由于管理和采伐的影响,土壤碳从幼龄林到过度成熟林呈逐渐下降的趋势。总之,研究结果表明,所有组分的平均碳值在90.3 Mg C ha-1(幼龄林)至309.5 Mg C ha-1(过熟林)之间。此外,研究结果证实,目前的管理作业,如砍伐、间伐、抚育,可能会影响树木、森林地被和土壤碳。因此,本文建议采取不同的保护措施,如减少破坏性的伐木、护根保土、促进林下植被再生、控制放牧及有效预防森林火灾等。

【目的】福建省三明地区为森林火灾多发地区,为了阻隔森林火灾的蔓延、切断火源,降低火灾造成的亏损,以福建省三明市将乐县为研究区域,整体规划生物防火林带阻隔网。【方法】通过分析森林火灾时空分布规律,计算得出阻隔网密度和最小控制面积,然后利用空间分析、水文分析以及面向对象的空间特征提取等方法确定生物防火林带阻隔网的位置,再结合阻隔网现状,优化选取防火树种与阻隔网宽度,最终计算得出生物防火林带阻隔网密度,对将乐县生物防火林带阻隔网进行综合规划。【结果】最终确定生物防火林带阻隔网的密度为19.04 m/hm^2,最小控制面积为10 hm^2,共需营建生物防火林带阻隔网3591.67 km,山脊防火林带阻隔网1846.64 km,沟谷防火林带阻隔网384.21 km,林缘防火林带阻隔网1360.82 km。山脊防火林带阻隔网宽度取均值12 m进行计算,沟谷及林缘防火林带阻隔网宽度取均值9 m,得出规划生物防火林带阻隔网总面积为3786.49 hm^2,通过对比将乐县主要树种的抗火能力,选取以木荷为主,油茶、毛竹等为辅的防火树种,既能发挥较好的抗火性能又兼具经济效益。【结论】依据因地制宜、因害设防、适地适树、重在实效的原则,在总结福建省生物防火林带阻隔网营建技术经验的基础上,综合考虑阻隔网密度、最小控制面积、林带的位置、林带的有效宽度、树种的选择等重要参数之后,对将乐县的生物防火林带阻隔网进行了优化,不仅达到相关规定的生物防火林带阻隔网标准,并且建设成本可控,利用有限的资金发挥较好的防火效果。

The Bowen ratio(β) is used to quantify heat transfer from the land surface into the air, which is becoming a hot topic in research on the biogeophysical effects of land use and cover changes. The Three-River Headwaters(TRH), as a sensitive and fragile region, was selected as the study area. The β for 2001–2018 was estimated from the evapotranspiration product(ETMOD16) of MODIS and the net radiation of the land surface through the albedo from GLASS. The ETMOD16 data were evaluated against the observation data(ETOBS) at two alpine grassland flux towers obtained from ChinaFLUX. The interannual trend of the β was analyzed by multiple linear regression(MLR) and structure model(SEM) with the multiple factors of precipitation, temperature, humidity, albedo, and normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI, MOD09 Q1). The results show that the ETMOD16 values were significantly correlated with ETOBS, with a correlation coefficient above 0.70(P < 0.01) for the two sites. In 2001–2018, the regional mean β was 2.52 ± 0.77 for the whole grassland, and its spatial distribution gradually increased from the eastern to western region. The interannual β showed a downward trend with a slope of-0.025 and a multiple regression coefficient(R^(2)) of 0.21(P = 0.056). Most of the variability(51%) in the interannual β can be explained by the linear regression of the above multiple factors, and the temperature plays a dominant role for the whole region. The SEM analysis further shows that an increasing NDVI results in a decreasing albedo with a path coefficient of-0.57, because the albedo was negatively correlated with NDVI(R^(2) = 0.52, P < 0.01), which indicates a negative and indirect effect on β from vegetation restoration. An obvious warming climate was found to prompt more evapotranspiration, and restoring vegetation makes the land surface receive more radiation, which both resulted in a decreasing trend in the annual β.
