在过去几十年里,中国的农业生产得到了极大的发展。然而,由于管理不善,作物对于氮（N）和磷（P）的利用效率相对较低[1],农业氮磷流失过多,造成了一系列水环境污染问题[2],如地下水水质退化和地表水富营养化[3]。氮素循环（N）是一个日益重要的全球问题,因为流经生态系统的氮对陆地,水生态和大气环境具有多重影响。在农业系统中,超过植物和动物需求的氮可以渗入浅层地下水,最终通过集中或扩散排放进入地表水。农业系统中氮素的集中排放通过农田排水沟渠[4]扩散,污染源常常通过浅层地下水汇入地表水体。生物量中捕获的氮通过食物链最终进入生活污水排入地表水体。因此,迫切需要寻找一种经济、环保的技术来减少这些氮素流失对水体的负面影响,以改善水环境和生态系统的状况。为了减少水环境中的氮负荷,正在实施几种策略。先进的技术已被开发用于去除废水中的氮,并用于市政污水处理厂和化粪池系统[5]。在农业生态系统中,人们提出了许多土地管理方法来减少氮损失,例如提高作物的氮利用效率,通过土壤测试,土地管理计划,控制排水和反硝化生物反应器来管理氮输入[6,7]。将湿地和河岸缓冲区整合到农业景观中也被证明是减少地表水氮损失的一种潜在有效方法[8,9]。从陆地和水生生态系统中永久性去除氮的最广为人知的过程是异养反硝化,它使用碳（C）源作为电子供体并为生长[10,11]将硝酸盐（NO3）转化为N2气体。反硝化生物反应器是减少地下排水系统中硝酸盐的最佳管理实践之一。建造的环境有助于反硝化的生化过程,需要有效的碳,富含硝酸盐的水和厌氧环境。在这种厌氧环境中,异养细菌有机体从氧化离子化合物（即硝酸盐NO3-）中还原氮,通过从可用碳中提供的电子获得所需的能量,直到化合物完全还原为氮气（N2）[12]。反硝化生物反应器的不同物理形式包括反硝化壁,上流式生物反应器,流内生物反应器,反硝化层和反硝化床,世界各地的研究人员已经对其进行了现场测试[13]。反硝化生物反应器的类型取决于场地特征,成本要求,可用材料,排水面积和排水沟的大小。碳介质,地下温度和进水硝酸盐浓度等参数及其对硝酸盐还原的影响已相对较好地公布。（一）研究内容及技术路线氮素流失是一个日益重要的全球问题,因为流经生态系统的氮对陆地,水生和大气环境具有多重影响。在农业系统中,超过植物和动物需求的氮可以渗入浅层地下水,最终通过集中或扩散排放进入地表水。为了设计一种经济高效,环境友好的反硝化生物反应器,我们在控制条件下开展了实验室实验,在不同的水力停留时间下使用不同的进水浓度和不同的碳介质组合。在采样时进行现场测量,并使用紫外分光光度计测量硝酸盐浓度的变化。分析结果有助于了解各种参数对生物反应器性能的影响。本研究将作为研究生物反应器动力学的试点项目,并将展示在不同参数下反硝化生物反应器的机理。研究结果将被纳入生物反应器的设计中,并将有助于了解木屑和稻壳组合用作碳基质时的反硝化性能。通过增加实验持续时间,可以监测季节性温度对不同水力停留时间（HRT）下生物反应器去除硝酸盐效果的影响。具体目标包括:·不同碳介质反硝化生物反应器的水力传导率。·水力停留时间对不同碳介质生物反应器脱氮的影响。·环境因素对不同碳介质生物反应器脱氮的影响。图1研究路线简图本研究采用实验室试验方法,在不同控制条件下测试生物反应器填充介质的水力特性和生物反应器的硝酸盐去除率。本研究的技术路线可通过图1显示的流程图来描述。为了探索生物反应器对硝酸盐氮的去除机理及其性能的影响因素,本研究主要采用了实验室试验。本试验主要包括生物反应器在动态水条件下的实验研究。（二）实验装置和数据分析方法利用反硝化生物反应器对农田排水进行反硝化,将农田排水中的硝态氮（NO3-N）转化为惰性气态氮（N2）。这一过程是在农田排水排入周围水体之前利用微生物完成的,以便去除水体中的硝酸盐氮。这可以大大降低水体生态氮负荷,控制农业面源污染。反硝化作用是在微生物作用下,将土壤中的硝态氮（NO3-N）还原为（N2）的主要途径之一。反硝化需要氮氧化物（NO3-,NO2-）作为电子受体,反硝化细菌,碳源和合适的溶解氧条件。方程式（a）是该过程中涉及的主要反应。5C+4NO3-+2H2O→2N2+4HCO3-+CO2（1）动态水试验由以下装置进行。首先,使用“KN03”在供水罐中制备相应浓度的硝酸钾溶液（1,5,15mg/L）,并在供水装置上安装一个上水位传感探头和一个下水位传感探头。供水装置连续向定水头装置供水,定水头装置自下而上连续向五个生物反应器塔供水,多余的水排回给水箱。每根柱子由树脂玻璃制成,内径10厘米,柱长30厘米。反应塔出口与蠕动泵相连,以控制流速。当供水装置的水位低于下水位探头时,水泵开始工作,直到水位高于上水位探头。在3种不同进水浓度（1,5,15mg/L）下测试了 4h,8h和12h的水

随着室内环境中无线系统的惊人发展和无线技术的广泛部署,许多基于位置的室内服务(LBS)已经渗透到当代生活的方方面面。在室内环境中,使用无线设备定位目标是最重要的功能之一。在各种室内定位应用中,室内定位技术主要分为两大类:基于设备的定位服务(Device Based,DB)和无设备的定位服务(Device Free,DF)。基于设备的定位应用需要待定位对象携带特定的硬件设备,进而完成定位。,无设备的定位应用则不需要待定位对象携带任何额外的设备。由于Wi-Fi在无线网络基础设施中占据主导地位,基于Wi-Fi的室内定位应用已经成为一种广泛应用的室内定位技术。大多数基于Wi-Fi的室内定位系统利用接收信号强度(Received Signal Strength Indicator,RSSI)实现室内定位。但是,RSSI只是一种粒度较粗的测量值,而且RSSI会随着时间变化,具有一定的时间波动性。不同于RSSI,物理层的功率特性和信道响应可以区分无线信号多径分量的特性,因此利用物理层信息更可能实现精度高和稳定性好的定位系统。因此,很多室内定位的研究将研究重点转向了信道状态信息(Channel State Information,CSI),并且一些基于CSI的开创性的工作已经取得了亚米级别甚至分米级别的定位精度。本文利用CSI在复杂的室内环境下实现高精度的室内定位,通过校准物理层的CSI信息来消除由信道或者硬件的信号衰减引起的信号误差,然后提出了一种独特的MUSIC算法用来估计到达角(Angle Of Arrival,AOA)和信号传输时间(Signal Time Of Flight,STOF)。室内环境复杂多变,无线信号在室内环境下会产生多径效应,使用多重信号分类(Multiple Signal Classification,MUSIC)算法可以估算得到多个不同传播路径的到达角和信号传输时间。本文结合k均值聚类算法从信号的多径分量中识别直接路径,首先将估算得到的AOA和STOF作为二维坐标,然后对坐标点进行聚类,聚类完成之后,通过分析衡量直接路径的多个因素,定义了一个可以衡量直接路径可能性的函数,将可能性最大的聚类当作直接路径。本文提出了基于MUSIC算法和优化到达角的室内定位系统(Target Discovery Using MUSIC,TDUM),该系统使用商用Wi-Fi接入点实现了分米级别的室内定位。在典型的室内环境下使用商用的无线网卡进行了大量实验,实验结果还表明本文提出的算法在估算AOA和识别直接路径方面具有较好的性能,另外本文提出的室内定位系统在稳定性和定位精度上可与现有的高精度定位系统相媲。

The distribution transformer is the mainstay of the power *** internal temperature study is desirable for its safe operation in the power *** purpose of the present study is to determine direct comprehensive thermal distribution in the distribution transformers for different loading *** achieve this goal,the temperature distribution in the oil,core,and windings are studied at each *** experimental study is performed with a 10/0.38 kV,10 kVA oil–immersed transformer equipped with forty–two PT100 sensors(PTs)for temperature measurement installed inside during its manufacturing *** possible locations for the hottest spot temperature(HST)are considered that made by finite element analysis(FEA)simulation and losses calculations.A resistive load is made to achieve 80%to 120%loading of the test transformer for this *** temperature is measured in each part of the transformer at all provided loading *** is observed that temperature varies with loading throughout the transformer,and a detailed map of temperature is obtained in the whole test *** these results,the HST stays in the critical section of the primary winding at all loading *** work is helpful to understand the complete internal temperature layout and the location of the HST in distribution transformers.

The metal complexes of norfloxacin were prepared, and their structures were characterized using spectroscopic techniques like IR, 1H NMR, UV, atomic absorption, and CHN analysis. The solubility, melting point, and conductance measurements were also performed. These studies suggested that norfloxacin formed complexes with the metals utilizing carbonyl oxygen atom of the ring and carboxylic group oxygen atom. The antibacterial activities of these metal complexes against 14 different Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms were studied by the disk susceptibility method. It was observed that the complexes of norfloxacin with magnesium, calcium, cobalt, nickel, and copper showed improved activity compared with the stated drug.

Adaptive task scheduling in IoT using reinforcement learning

Purpose-The intelligence in the Internet of Things(IoT)can be embedded by analyzing the huge volumes of data generated by it in an ultralow latency *** computational latency incurred by the cloud-only solution can be significantly brought down by the fog computing layer,which offers a computing infrastructure to minimize the latency in service delivery and *** this purpose,a task scheduling policy based on reinforcement learning(RL)is developed that can achieve the optimal resource utilization as well as minimum time to execute tasks and significantly reduce the communication costs during distributed ***/methodology/approach-To realize this,the authors proposed a two-level neural network(NN)-based task scheduling system,where the first-level NN(feed-forward neural network/convolutional neural network[FFNN/CNN])determines whether the data stream could be analyzed(executed)in the resourceconstrained environment(edge/fog)or be directly forwarded to the *** second-level NN(RL module)schedules all the tasks sent by level 1 NN to fog layer,among the available fog *** real-time task assignment policy is used to minimize the total computational latency(makespan)as well as communication ***-Experimental results indicated that the RL technique works better than the computationally infeasible greedy approach for task scheduling and the combination of RL and task clustering algorithm reduces the communication costs ***/value-The proposed algorithm fundamentally solves the problem of task scheduling in realtime fog-based IoT with best resource utilization,minimum makespan and minimum communication cost between the tasks.

Excessive dependence on fossil fuels has precipitated various challenges,including Greenhouse Gas(GHG)emissions,health hazards,and the depletion of natural *** perils underscore the importance of conducting requisite risk assessments for alternative fuel sources like Compressed Natural Gas(CNG)to ensure their safe *** study undertakes a quantitative risk assessment encompassing diverse facets of the CNG sector holistically,aiming to pinpoint,analyze,and appraise risks,thus empowering policymakers to devise targeted mitigation *** achieve this goal,the collected data undergoes analysis via an integrated approach combining the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(F-AHP)and Fuzzy Technique of Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(F-TOPSIS).The study's findings reveal a heightened risk of explosion within the CNG sector owing to its highly combustible ***,it computes an overall risk index of o0.266 for the CNG sector in a developing nation like Pakistan,indicating a relatively lower risk level compared to other fuel *** are thus advised to undertake requisite measures concerning infrastructure,customer safety,and environmental and economic stability to accrue both immediate and long-term *** appli-cation of hybrid techniques for the risk assessment of the CNG sector in the case of a developing country marks the novelty of this study and a study of the first of its kind.

Analysis of immune responses against H pylori in rabbits

AIM： To investigate the immunogenicity of H pylori proteins, to evaluate the production rate of anti H pylori IgG antibodies in relation to time and to demonstrate the fidelity of newly optimized in-house enzymelinked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） technique as an alternative for H pylori infection assay. METHODS： In the present study, 100 μg of formalinfixed H pylori whole cell antigens was injected into an experimental animal （New Zealand white female rabbit） intramuscularly on d 0, 16, 27 and 35. The first two doses were injected with adjuvants. On d 0, a serum sample was collected from the rabbit before immunization and this pre-immunized serum was used as a negative control for the whole study. To evaluate the immunogenic responses of the injected antigen, serum samples were collected from the rabbit at regular intervals up to d 42. The sera were analyzed using inhouse ELISA and Western blot techniques.RESULTS： The production of anti Hpylor/IgG antibodies in the rabbit in response to the injected antigen increased almost exponentially up to d 14 and after that it was maintained at the same level until the last day （d 42）. By analyzing the immune profiles of immunized sera, 11 proteins were identified to be immunogenic, among them 2 （approximately 100 kDa and 85 kDa） were most prominent. CONCLUSION： Analysis of the immune responses against pathogenic microorganisms like H py/ori is necessary for the development of various diagnostic and preventive approaches. The results of this experiment reveal that the formalin-fixed H pylori whole cell antigens injected into the rabbit are highly immunogenic. These prominent proteins （approximately 100 kDa and 85 kDa） might have higher immunogenic effects among humans infected with H pylori and some of these immunogenic proteins can be included in diagnostic approaches based on serology and also for vaccine formulation. The in- house ELISA is a promising alternative compared to invasive techniques.

Sleep Posture Classification Using RGB and Thermal Cameras Based on Deep Learning Model

Sleep posture surveillance is crucial for patient comfort,yet current systems face difficulties in providing compre-hensive studies due to the obstruction caused by *** posture assessment remains challenging because of the complex nature of the human body and variations in sleep ***,this study introduces an innovative method utilizing RGB and thermal cameras for comprehensive posture classification,thereby enhancing the analysis of body position and *** method begins by capturing a dataset of sleep postures in the form of videos using RGB and thermal cameras,which depict six commonly adopted postures:supine,left log,right log,prone head,prone left,and prone *** study involves 10 participants under two conditions:with and without ***,the database is normalized into a video *** subsequent step entails training a fine-tuned,pretrained Visual Geometry Group(VGG16)and ResNet50 *** the third phase,the extracted features are utilized for *** fourth step of the proposed approach employs a serial fusion technique based on the normal distribution to merge the vectors derived from both the RGB and thermal ***,the fused vectors are passed to machine learning classifiers for final *** dataset,which includes human sleep postures used in this study’s experiments,achieved a 96.7%accuracy rate using the Quadratic Support Vector Machine(QSVM)without the ***,the Linear SVM,when utilized with a blanket,attained an accuracy of 96%.When normal distribution serial fusion was applied to the blanket features,it resulted in a remarkable average accuracy of 99%.
