Machine learning(ML)algorithms are often used to design effective intrusion detection(ID)systems for appropriate mitigation and effective detection of malicious cyber threats at the host and network ***,cybersecurity attacks are still *** ID system can play a vital role in detecting such *** ID systems are unable to detect malicious threats,primarily because they adopt approaches that are based on traditional ML techniques,which are less concerned with the accurate classication and feature ***,developing an accurate and intelligent ID system is a *** main objective of this study was to develop a hybrid intelligent intrusion detection system(HIIDS)to learn crucial features representation efciently and automatically from massive unlabeled raw network trafc *** ID datasets are publicly available to the cybersecurity research *** such,we used a spark MLlib(machine learning library)-based robust classier,such as logistic regression(LR),extreme gradient boosting(XGB)was used for anomaly detection,and a state-of-the-art DL,such as a long short-term memory autoencoder(LSTMAE)for misuse attack was used to develop an efcient and HIIDS to detect and classify unpredictable *** approach utilized LSTM to detect temporal features and an AE to more efciently detect global ***,to evaluate the efcacy of our proposed approach,experiments were conducted on a publicly existing dataset,the contemporary real-life ISCX-UNB *** simulation results demonstrate that our proposed spark MLlib and LSTMAE-based HIIDS signicantly outperformed existing ID approaches,achieving a high accuracy rate of up to 97.52%for the ISCX-UNB dataset respectively 10-fold crossvalidation *** is quite promising to use our proposed HIIDS in real-world circumstances on a large-scale.

Cardiac Arrhythmia Disease Classication Using LSTM Deep Learning Approach

Many approaches have been tried for the classication of *** to the dynamic nature of electrocardiogram(ECG)signals,it is challenging to use traditional handcrafted techniques,making a machine learning(ML)implementation *** monitoring of cardiac arrhythmia patients can save *** arrhythmia prediction and classication has improved signicantly during the last few *** are a group of conditions in which the electrical activity of the heart is abnormal,either faster or slower than *** is the most frequent cause of death for both men and women every year in the *** paper presents a deep learning(DL)technique for the classication of *** proposed technique makes use of the University of California,Irvine(UCI)repository,which consists of a high-dimensional cardiac arrhythmia dataset of 279 *** this research,our goal was to classify cardiac arrhythmia patients into 16 classes depending on the characteristics of the electrocardiography *** DL approach in the form of long short-term memory(LSTM)is an efcient technique to deal with reduced accuracy due to vanishing and exploding gradients in traditional DL frameworks for big data *** goal of this research was to categorize cardiac arrhythmia patients by developing an efcient intelligent system using the LSTM DL *** approach to arrhythmia classication includes classication algorithms along with noise removal ***,we utilized principal components analysis(PCA)for noise removal,and LSTM for *** hybrid comprehensive arrhythmia classication approach performs better than previous approaches to arrhythmia *** attained a highest classication accuracy of 93.5%with the DL based disease classication system,and outperformed the earlier approaches used for cardiac arrhythmia classication.

With the advent in services such as telemedicine and telesurgery,provision of continuous quality monitoring for these services has become a challenge for the network *** standards for provision of such services are application specic as medical imagery is quite different than general purpose images and *** paper presents a novel full reference objective video quality metric that focuses on estimating the quality of wireless capsule endoscopy(WCE)videos containing bleeding *** regions in gastrointestinal tract have been focused in this research,as bleeding is one of the major reasons behind several diseases within the *** method jointly estimates the diagnostic as well as perceptual quality of WCE videos,and accurately predicts the quality,which is in high correlation with the subjective differential mean opinion scores(DMOS).The proposed combines motion quality estimates,bleeding regions’quality estimates based on support vector machine(SVM)and perceptual quality estimates using the pristine and impaired WCE *** method Quality Index for Bleeding Regions in Capsule Endoscopy(QI-BRiCE)videos is one of its kind and the results show high correlation in terms of Pearson’s linear correlation coefcient(PLCC)and Spearman’s rank order correlation coefcient(SROCC).An F-test is also provided in the results section to prove the statistical signicance of our proposed method.

When kidney function declines to a point where it can no longer maintain life and requires renal replacement therapy(*** transplant or dialysis),it is called end-stage renal disease(ESRD).Patients with ESRD often experience a range of gastrointestinal(GI)symptoms,with prevalence rates reported as high as 77%-79%.These symptoms and pathologies arise from various factors,including electrolyte imbalance,fluid imbalance,toxin buildup,uremia,medications,dietary and lifestyle restrictions,and the effects of *** diseases in patients with renal failure can be further categorized into upper GI,small bowel,and lower GI *** conditions include gastroesophageal reflux disease,nausea and vomiting,dysmotility within the esophagus and stomach,upper GI bleeding,peptic ulcer bleeding,angioectasia,irritable bowel syndrome,mesen-teric ischemia,angiodysplasia,diverticular disease,constipation,pancreatitis,and diseases associated with peritoneal dialysis peritonitis and peritoneal *** review assesses the existing literature on the different GI diseases among individuals with ESRD,shedding light on their pathophysiology and prevalence.

Due to advanced technology,electromagnet interference and dissipation problems in the electronic and portable devices at GHz range are increasing *** absorbing materials with outstanding electromagnetic properties,wide bandwidth,and strong absorption are highly *** present investigation deals with the preparation of Ni-Mg-Cu-Zn(NMCZ)substituted nano ferrites with composition of Ni_(0.3)Mg_(0.2)Cu_(0.3)Zn_(0.2)X_(0.02)Fe_(1.98)O_(4)(X=Nd,Ho,Pr,Gd,Yb).X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),a vibratory sample magnetometer(VSM),and a Vector network analyzer(VNA)were used to investigate these rare earth-doped nanocrystalline ferrites'*** reveals the single spinel phase structure in all Ni-Mg-Cu-Zn *** spectroscopy shows the presence of tetrahedral and octahedral bands of spinel *** images reveal the lowest agglomeration for the Ho-doped NMCZ nano-spinel ferrites *** images show the hexagon shapes of the Yb-and Nd-doped NMCZ ***-doped NMCZ ferrites show more coercivity than other rare earth metals substituted NMCZ nanocrystalline *** analysis was used to calculate the magnetic features like initial permeability,magnetic anisotropy constant,remanence,coercivity,and magnetic ***-frequency switching field distributions(SFD)analyses were also *** characteristics such as losses,permittivity,modulus,Q,ac conductivity,and impedance of the Nd^(-),Ho^(-),Pr^(-),Gd^(-),Yb-doped Ni-Mg-Cu-Zn ferrites were *** minimum reflection loss(-57.3 dB)is found at 1.4 GHz for Pr-doped Ni-Mg-Cu-Zn ferrite ***,the reflection loss(RL)of-53.9 dB at 2.9 GHz is observed for Ho-doped Ni-Mg-Cu-Zn ferrite *** magnetization,low coercivity,outstanding magnetodielectric,and absorption properties of theNd^(-),Ho^(-),Pr^(-),Gd^(-)and Yb^(-)doped Ni-Mg
