Two field observa.ions were conducted a.ound the Lembeh Stra.t in September 2015 a.d 2016, *** indica.e tha. sea.a.er a.ound the Lembeh Stra.t is consisted of North Pa.ific Tropica. Wa.er(NPTW),North Pa.ific Intermedia.e Wa.er(NPIW), North Pa.ific Tropica. Intermedia.e Wa.er(NPTIW) a.d a.ta.ctic Intermedia.e Wa.er(a.IW). a.ound the Lembeh Stra.t, there exist some north-south differences in terms of wa.er ma.s properties. NPTIW is only found in the southern Lembeh Stra.t. Wa.er ma.s with the sa.inity of 34.6 is only detected a. 200–240 m between NPTW a.d NPTIW in the southern Lembeh Stra.t, a.d results from the process of mixing between the sa.tier wa.er tra.sported from the South Pa.ific Ocea. a.d the lighter wa.er from the North Pa.ific Ocea. a.d Sula.esi Sea. a.cording to the a.a.ysis on mixing la.er depth, it is indica.ed tha. there exists a. onshore surfa.e current in the northern Lembeh Stra.t a.d the surfa.e current in the Lembeh Stra.t is *** dra.a.ic differences of wa.er ma.ses demonstra.e tha. the less wa.er excha.ge ha. been occurred between the north a.d south of Lembeh Stra.t. In 2015, the positive wind stress curl covering the northern Lembeh Stra.t induces the shoa.ing of thermocline a.d deepening of NPIW, which show tha. the north-south difference of a.rsea.system is possible of inducing north-south differences of sea.a.er properties.

There a.e two kinds of existing processes for hot meta. desulfuriza.ion in CSC. One is the injection process in torpedo ca., the other is the impelling process in tra.sfer la.le. Lime-ba.ed fluxes ha.e been used for both processes. The former wa. introduced to CSC in 1982. The la.ter wa. a.opted by CSC a.d DSC respectively in 2004 a.d 2010. This pa.er comprises a.theoretica. a.a.ysis on lime-ba.ed flux a. desulfurizing a.ent a.d a. experimenta. eva.ua.ion on impelling process of Ka.ba.a.(or Kika.) Rea.tor with a.wa.er model a.d a.hot model esta.lished in 2001. The compa.ison of recent ma.s-production performa.ce for both processes in steelma.ing shop ha. a.so been included.

Dema. Regency is loca.ed in Centra. Ja.a.Province Indonesia.bordering the Ja.a.Sea. Intense a.tivities in the coa.ta. a.ea.of Dema. ha.e ca.sed cha.ges in the shoreline. This pa.er a.med to determine the shoreline cha.ge for 25 yea.s a.d to identify the ma.or fa.tors tha. influenced those cha.ges in the coa.ta. a.ea.of Dema.. a.shoreline cha.ge a.a.ysis wa. conducted ba.ed on Multitempora. La.dsa. sa.ellite ima.ery with sensors of Thema.ic Ma.per (TM), Enha.ced Thema.ic Ma.per plus (ETM+), a.d Opera.iona. La.d Ima.er (OLI). This study used the da.a.from multitempora. La.dsa. ima.ery of yea. 1990, 1994, 1999, 2002, 2008, 2011, a.d 2015. Identifica.ion of the shoreline wa. performed through ba.d ra.io, histogra. threshold, a.d composite ba.d 457 methods. a. erosion a.d a.cretion a.a.ysis ha. been done using the wind da.a.via.the processing of Wind Rose Plot (WRPLOT), wa.e prediction using Sverdrup Munk Bretschneider (SMB) method, tide da.a.processing to know the va.ue of Mea. High Wa.er Level (MHWL), Mea. Sea.Level (MSL), Mea. Low Wa.er Level (MLWL), a.d Lowest Low Wa.er Level (LLWL), a. well a. currents da.a.processing tha. ha. been implemented to a.hieve the goa.. The resea.ch results showed tha. the shoreline cha.ge in Dema. Regency wa. quite distinct compa.ed to severa. previous yea.s due to erosion a.d a.cretion processes. The grea.est shoreline cha.ge ha.pened in Sa.ung District a.d Wedung District. Sa.ung District wa. likely to experience erosion process while Wedung District tended to show a.cretion process. Severa. physica. fa.tors tha. beca.e the ma.or influence on these cha.ges were the wind, wa.es, currents, a.d tides.

The present study wa. conducted to identify K-ca.ein （Ka.pa.ca.ein） polymorphism in the Ba.i ca.tle （Bos sonda.cus）. a.780 bp specific fra.ment of K-ca.ein gene spa.ning from the forth exon region （517 bp） to forth intron （263 bp） wa. a.plified from 60 individua.s from the Ba.i Ca.tle Breeding Centre in Jembra.a.regency, Ba.i province. PCR-RFLP a.a.ysis with HindlII indica.ed tha. only the BB genotype wa. found a. locus I, while with PstI indica.ed tha. two genotypes a. a.d a. were found a. the k-ca.ein locus If. The frequencies of a.a.d B a.leles a. locus II were 0.91 a.d 0.09, respectively. Muta.ions in locus II did not cha.ge the a.ino a.id coding （silent muta.ion）. a. locus I, compa.ison with a.lele frequencies in other ca.tle breeds indica.es tha. frequencies in Ba.i ca.tle （Bos sonda.cus） a.e significa.tly different from those observed in Bos ta.rus a.d Bos indicus breeds.

Ma.-Uniformity of Two-Pha.e Flow Distribution in Merged Pipe Distributor under Different Outlet Cha.nel Length

＜正＞ The present study tested the hypothesis tha. extra.ellula. O2. ? derived from Na.PH oxida.e （NOX） serves a. a. a.tocrine to a.tiva.e physiologica. response in corona.y a.teria. myocytes （Ca.s）. By simulta.eously monitoring intra.ellula.（[O2.-]i） a.d extra.ellula. O2.-([O2.-]o levels,M1 - receptor a.onist oxotremorine （OXO） wa. found to stimula.e a.more ra.id increa.e in [O2.-]O tha. [O2.-]i in Ca.s. a.dition of SOD outside cells blocked OXO- induced increa.es in both [O2.-]i a.d [O2.-]o. Silencing NOX subunit. Nox 1 by siRNa.locked increa.es in both [O2.-]i a.d [O2.-]o,but silencing Nox 4 only a.tenua.ed increa.e in [O2.-]*** ESR spectrometry. OXO wa. found to increa.e [O2.-]o by 35 %, which wa. blocked by Nox 1 siRNa.（by 74%）. This Ml - a.tiva.ion of NOX stimula.ed SOD - blocka.le Ca.+ relea.e in Ca.s （△[Ca.+]i=821+++++67 nM）. NOX wa. a.so shown to be a.tiva.ed by NO donor, spermine NONOa.e （by 67 % ）. These results suggest tha. NOX - derived [O2.-]o exerts a. a.tocrine a.tion to stimula.e intra.ellula. Ca.+ relea.e a.d tha. NOX ca. be a.tiva.ed by NO. which ma. countera.t the a.tion of excessive NO a.ound Ca.s.

Two-pha.e flow distributions in the merged pipe distributor ha.e still rema.ned ma.-uniformity problem a.d the ca.ses ha.e not clea.ly discovered yet. Therefore, the enha.cement study is needed, a.solutely. The experimenta. wa. ca.ried out upon the distributor constructed by a.rylics resembling merged triple pipe, 8 mm in dia.eter of inlet cha.nel a.d two set 5 mm in dia.eter of ea.h outlet cha.nel, set horizonta.ly sidewa.s. Three flow pa.terns were fed, i.e., bubble, slug a.d stra.ified flow, observed via.high speed video ca.era. The pressure distribution wa. mea.ured by series of U-tube wa.er ga.ge ma.ometer. The flow pa.terns, pha.e distribution a.d pressure drop were a.a.yzed by CFD softwa.e, va.ida.ed by experimenta. da.a.a.d compa.ed by existing correla.ion, a.a.ytica.ly. The experiment is extended by modeling, in order to va.y three inclina.ions of distributor： horizonta.ly, 45° a.d vertica.ly up-wa.d a. well a. to va.y three outlet cha.nel lengths with length ra.io lc/dc： 3.2, 10 a.d 70. It wa. revea.ed tha. the two-pha.e flow distribution tends to be ma.-uniform a.d to tra.sform to different flow pa.tern in outlet cha.nels. These a.e promoted by different： outlet cha.nel length, feeding two-pha.e flow pa.tern in inlet distributor a.d inclina.ion a.gle. The cha.ging of flow pa.tern is driven by fluctua.ing velocity in both upper a.d lower outlet cha.nel.
