As a highly tempting technology to close the carbon cycle,electrochemical CO_(2)reduction calls for the development of highly efficient and durable *** the current study,Design of Experiments utilizing the response surface method is exploited to predict the optimal process variables for preparing high-performance Cu catalysts,unraveling that the selectivity towards methane or ethylene can be simply modulated by varying the evaporation parameters,among which the Cu film thickness is the most pivotal factor to determine the product *** predicted optimal catalyst with a low Cu thickness affords a high methane Faradaic efficiency of 70.6%at the partial current density of 211.8 m A cm^(-2),whereas that of a high Cu thickness achieves a high ethylene selectivity of 66.8%at267.2 m A cm^(-2)in the flow *** structure-performance correlation and in-situ electrospectroscopic measurements attribute the high methane selectivity to isolated Cu clusters with low packing density and monotonous lattice structure,and the high ethylene efficiency to coalesced Cu nanoparticles with rich grain boundaries and lattice *** high Cu packing density and crystallographic diversity is of essence to promoting C–C coupling by stabilizing*CO and suppressing*H coverage on the catalyst *** work highlights the implementation of scientific and mathematic methods to uncover optimal catalysts and mechanistic understandings toward selective electrochemical CO_(2)reduction.

The effects of solidification rate and excessive Fe on phase formation and magnetocaloric properties of LaFe11.6xSi1.4(x=1.1,1.2)were investigated by XRD,SEM and VSM *** XRD results show that the amount of LaFeSi phase in the as-cast melt-spun ribbons prepared by a copper wheel at a speed of10m/s is less than that in the as-cast arc melting buttons with the same x *** annealed melt-spun ribbons contain smaller amount of La(Fe,Si)13(1:13)phase than the corresponding annealed arc melting *** the melt-spun sample has finer crystalline grains ofα-Fe,as indicated by SEM analysis,its crystalline size has not reached ***,the magnetic exchange-coupling between1:13phase andα-Fe phase has not been observed in melt-spun ***,the maximum negative magnetic entropy change(?SMax)and relative cooling power(RCP)of annealed melt-spun ribbons under a field change of0?2T are weaker than those of the corresponding annealed arc melting buttons.

Controlled integration of ultrafine metal nanoparticles （MNPs） and metal- organic frameworks （MOFs） has drawn much attention due to their unique physical and chemical properties. However, the development of a one-step strategy for preparing ultrafine MNPs within MOFs still remains a great challenge. Herein, a facile synthetic approach toward the abovementioned composites was developed. In contrast to the conventional approach, these hybrids were prepared by the direct mixing of metal and MOF precursors in the reaction solution assisted by microwave irradiation. Impressively, the Au/MOF-199 composite with uniformly distributed ultrafine Au nanoparticles could be fabricated in only two minutes, and the Au loading could be increased up to a level of 5.13%. The multifunctional Au/MOF-199 catalysts exhibited high turnover numbers （TONs） and turnover frequencies （TOFs） in the three-component coupling reaction of formaldehyde, phenylacetylene, and piperidine （AB-coupling）. Owing to the confinement effect of MOF-199, the 5.13%Au/MOF-199 catalyst could be recycled for five runs without serious loss of activity, with no obvious aggregation of Au NPs detected.

二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)作为人体必需的多不饱和脂肪酸,在维护心血管健康、抗癌、支持视觉和脑功能等方面至关重要。传统的深海鱼油提取DHA方法存在鱼腥味重、工艺繁琐等问题,迫使研究者寻求更为高效、环保的替代方案。破囊壶菌(Thraustochytrids)凭借其生长迅速、低重金属污染以及高DHA含量的特性,成为工业化生产DHA的潜力微生物之一。当前在破囊壶菌发酵生产DHA的过程中,依然需要解决一系列关键问题,包括提高发酵产量、降低成本等。本文旨在全面阐述破囊壶菌发酵生产DHA的研究现状,包括菌株筛选与改良、DHA生物合成途径、遗传转化及代谢工程、发酵控制策略等方面。首先,总结归纳了对野生型菌株的自然筛选和诱变改良等方法,不断提高破囊壶菌中DHA产油量。其次,详细介绍了破囊壶菌DHA合成途径的研究进展,着重分析了生物合成途径中关键辅助因子在DHA生产中的作用。此外,概述了外源DNA传递到破囊壶菌细胞的遗传转化技术的应用现状,为提高其遗传转化效率和稳定性提供重要参考。在DHA代谢调控方面,探讨了氮限制对DHA合成的促进作用以及温度和氧气供应对生产效率的影响。最后,对利用破囊壶菌生产DHA存在的主要瓶颈问题和未来发展趋势进行了总结,以推动其在医药、保健品和食品等领域的广泛应用,实现工业规模下的高效生产。

BACKGROUND Accumulating evidence suggests that the inflammatory cytokine interleukin-6(IL-6)contributes to the pathophysiology of psychiatric ***,there was no study concerning the relationship between IL-6 concentrations and clinical features in the chronic phase of early-onset schizophrenia(EOS).AIM To investigate the relationship between serum IL-6 concentration and the clinical features of *** We measured serum IL-6 Levels from 74 patients with chronic schizophrenia,including 33 with age at onset0.05)after controlling for age,body mass index,and other *** symptom scores were higher in the EOS group than the AOS group(F=6.199,P=0.015).Serum IL-6 concentrations in the EOS group were negatively correlated with both total PANSS-negative symptom score(r=-0.389,P=0.032)and avolition/asociality subscore(r=-0.387,P=0.026).CONCLUSION Patients with EOS may have more severe negative symptoms than those with adult-onset schizophrenia during the chronic phase of the ***-6 signaling may regulate negative symptoms and its avolition/asociality subsymptoms among the early-onset chronic schizophrenic patients.

CONSPECTUS:With the development of nanotechnology and characterization techniques,it has been realized that the reactivity of metal nanoparticles mainly depends on some unsaturated coordination atoms on the ***,only a small fraction of the surface exposed atoms can access the reactants and act as reactive sites,resulting in low utilization of metal ***,due to the complex structure of metal nanoparticles,the metal atoms exposed on the surface are likely to be in different chemical environments and may act as multiple active centers to catalyze the reactants,which brings great difficulties in the establishment of the structure−activity relationship of metal nanoparticles.

本文选取2005—2021年A股上市公司面板数据,采用双重差分法(DID),以国家级大数据综合试验区的设立作为准自然实验,通过考察在2015年以后实施的金融科技政策对关系型贷款的影响及内在机制,探究“稳增长”的金融科技政策在驱动银行业信贷结构调整时,如何受到“防风险”因素的制约。结果发现:第一,追求“稳增长”的金融科技政策对关系型贷款的影响呈短期增长、长期下降的趋势,其中“防风险”因素加剧了该比率的短期提升。第二,政策影响存在所有制的同质性以及区域与企业竞争力的异质性。第三,政府干预、银行数字化转型、企业融资成本以及风险承担对关系型贷款的短期提升发挥了重要作用;而融资约束的持续缓解引致了该比率的长期下降。本文为银行业如何更好地统筹兼顾“稳增长”和“防风险”关系提供了政策参考。

Using live vegetation volume to analyze the effects of plot Pinus massoniana Lamb on water and soil conservation under natural rainfall events

The 3-D spatial distributions of vegetation arc of great significance for water and soil conservation but arc rarely concerned in *** live vegetation volume(LVV) was used to relate to water/soil loss under 144 natural erosive rainlall events from 2007 to 2010 in a typical water-eroded area of southern *** polynomial regression models were established for five pure tree(Pinus massoniana Lamb) plots between LVV and water(runoff)/soil conservation effects(RE/SE).RE/SE corresponds to the ratios of runoff depth/soil loss of the pure tree plots to that of the control plot under each rainfall *** LVV exhibits descending(DS),descending-ascending(DA),ascending-descending(AD),and ascending(AS) trends in the LVV-RE and LVV-SE *** effects of soil conservation on the plots were generally more noticeable than the effects of water conservation,and most of the RE and SE values reflected the positive effects of water and soil *** effects were mainly positive under heavy rains(e.g.,rainfall erosivity,R = 140 MJ mm *** 30min intensity,I30= 16 mm h-1),whereas the effects were mainly negative under light rains(e.g.,R = 45 MJ mm ha-1,I30= 8 mm h-1).The trees’ water/soil conservation effects notably transformed when rainfall erosivity and intensity were lower than the positive or negative effects to a certain *** 50%rainfall events led to obvious transform effects when LVVs were near 0.5 or *** results are able to aid in the decision making on the forest reconstruction in water-eroded areas.

The symptoms of autism spectrum disorder（ASD） have been hypothesized to be caused by changes in brain connectivity. From the clinical perspective, the‘‘disconnectivity＇＇ hypothesis has been used to explain characteristic impairments in ‘‘socio-emotional＇＇ ***, in this study we compared the facial emotional recognition（FER） feature and the integrity of socialemotional-related white-matter tracts between children and adolescents with high-functioning ASD（HFA） and their typically developing（TD） counterparts. The correlation between the two factors was explored to find out if impairment of the white-matter tracts is the neural basis of social-emotional disorders. Compared with the TD group,FER was significantly impaired and the fractional anisotropy value of the right cingulate fasciculus was increased in the HFA group（P ／ 0.01）. In conclusion, the FER function of children and adolescents with HFA was impaired and the microstructure of the cingulate fasciculus had abnormalities.
