In this paper, we review the recent trends in parallel search and artificial intelligence (AI) applications using emerging non-volatile ternary content addressable memory (TCAM). Firstly, the principle and development of four typical emerging memory used to implement the non-volatile TCAM are discussed. Then, we analyze the principle and challenges of SRAM-based TCAM and non-volatile TCAM for the parallel search. Finally, the research trends and challenges of non-volatile TCAM used for AI application are presented, which include computer-science oriented and neuroscience oriented computing.

Spin defects in silicon carbide(SiC)have attracted much attentions in various quantum *** this work,we study the optical manipulation of charge state and coherent control of multifold divacancy spins ensemble in SiC under resonant *** results reveal that the resonantly excited divacancy ensemble counts have dozens of enhancements by repumping a higher-energy ***,it has a similar optimal repump laser wavelength of around 670 nm for multiple *** the basis of this,the optically detected magnetic resonance(ODMR)experiment shows that repump lasers with different wavelengths do not affect the ODMR contrast and line *** addition,the repump lasers also do not change the divacancy spins'coherence *** experiments pave the way for using the optimal repump excitation method for SiC-based quantum information processing and quantum sensing.

There exist differences in the epidemiological characteristics,clinicopathological features,tumor biological characteristics,treatment patterns,and drug selections between gastric cancer patients from the Eastern and Western *** Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology(CSCO)has organized a panel of senior experts specializing in all sub-specialties of gastric cancer to compile a clinical guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer since 2016 and renews it *** into account regional differences,giving full consideration to the accessibility of diagnosis and treatment resources,these experts have conducted expert consensus judgment on relevant evidence and made various grades of recommendations for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer to reflect the value of cancer treatment and meeting health economic indexes in *** 2021 CSCO Clinical Practice Guidelines for Gastric Cancer covers the diagnosis,treatment,follow-up,and screening of gastric *** on the 2020 version of the CSCO Chinese Gastric Cancer guidelines,this updated guideline integrates the results ofmajor clinical studies from China and overseas for the past year,focused on the inclusion of research data from the Chinese population for more personalized and clinically relevant *** the comprehensive treatment of non-metastatic gastric cancer,attentions were paid to neoadjuvant *** value of perioperative chemotherapy is gradually becoming clearer and its recommendation level has been *** the comprehensive treatment of metastatic gastric cancer,recommendations for immunotherapy were included,and immune checkpoint inhibitors fromthird-line to the first-line of treatment for different patient groups with detailed notes are provided.

Objective:To investigate current status of diagnosis and treatment of bladder cancer in ***:A database was generated by Chinese Bladder Cancer Consortium(CBCC).From January 2007 to December 2012,14,260 cases from 44 CBCC centers were *** of diagnosis,treatment and pathology were ***:The average age was 63.5 year-old and most patients were male(84.3%).The most common histologic types were urothelial carcinoma(91.4%),adenocarcinoma(1.8%),and squamous carcinoma(1.9%).According to 1973 and 2004 WHO grading system,42.0%,41.0%,and 17.0% of patients were grade 1,2,and 3,and 16.0%,48.7%,and 35.3% of patients were papillary urothelial neoplasms of low malignant potential,low,and high grade,***-muscle invasive bladder cancer(NMIBC)and muscle invasive bladder cancer(MIBC)were 25.2% and 74.1%,respectively(0.8% not clear).Carcinoma in situ was only 2.4%.Most patients were diagnosed by white-light cystoscopy with biopsy(74.3%).Fluorescence and narrow band imaging cystoscopy had additional detection rate of 1.0% and 4.0%,*** transurethral resection(TUR)provided detection rate of 16.9%.Most NMIBCs were treated with TUR(89.2%).After initial TUR,2.6%accepted second TUR,and 45.7%,69.9%,and 58.7% accepted immediate,induced,and maintenance chemotherapy instillation,*** MIBCs were treated with radical cystectomy(RC,59.7%).Laparoscopic RCs were 35.1%,while open RC 63.4%.Extended and standard pelvic lymph node dissection were 7% and 66%,*** most common urinary diversions were orthotopic neobladder(44%),ileal conduit(31%),and ureterocutaneostomy(23%).Only 2.3% of patients accepted neo-adjuvant chemotherapy and only 18%of T3 and T4 patients accepted adjuvant ***:Disease characteristics are similar to international reports,while differences of diagnosis and treatment *** study can provide evidences for revisions of the guideline on bladder cancer in China.

以镍粉和铝粉为主要原料,采用自蔓延高温合成技术,制备Ni-Al金属间化合物。研究了成分配比对热爆反应的影响,绘制了热爆反应曲线,分析了热爆反应机理及产物的显微组织特征。研究结果表明:成分配比和压坯密度对热爆反应均有不同程度的影响。增加Al含量、加大压坯密度都会缩短热爆起始时间、降低热爆起始温度;反应起始温度低于Ni-Al系的最低共晶温度(640℃)。本文初步确定了Ni-Al系的热爆反应是由固固扩散反应引发的。Ni-32Al的反应产物为均一的NiAl相。

Differential and angle-integrated cross sections for the 10B(n,α)^7 li,10B(n,α0)^7 li and 10B(n,α1)^7 li^*reactions have been measured at CSNS Back-n white neutron *** enriched(90%)10B samples 5.0 cm in diameter and^85.0μg/cm^2 in thickness each with an aluminum backing were prepared,and back-to-back mounted at the sample *** charged particles were detected using the silicon-detector array of the light-charged Particle Detector Array(LPDA)*** neutron energy En was determined by TOF(time-of-flight)method,and the valid a events were extracted from the En-Amplitude two-dimensional *** 15 silicon detectors,the differential cross sections of a-particles were measured from 19.2°to 160.8°.Fitted with the Legendre polynomial series,the(n,a)cross sections were obtained through *** absolute cross sections were normalized using the standard cross sections of the 10B(n,α)^7 li reaction in the 0.3-0.5 MeV neutron energy *** measurement neutron energy range for the 10B(n,α)^7 li reaction is 1.0 eV≤Enli and10B(n,α1)^7 li^*reactions is 1.0 eV≤En<1.0 MeV(59 energy points).The present results have been analyzed by the resonance reaction mechanism and the level structure of the 11B compound system,and compared with existing measurements and evaluations.
