建筑业是所有国家经济的重要贡献者,表现为价值、就业和对国内生产总值的贡献。基础设施状况对一个国家的发展有重大影响。几内亚现有基础设施破旧,缺乏新的基础设施。如同几内亚基础设施融资一直是一个重大挑战一样,按时竣工基础设施建设项目也是几内亚建筑业面临的一个重大问题。本研究采用文献综述、问卷调查和统计分析等方法,识别几内亚建筑施工项目中的主要工期延误风险及其管理策略。主要研究成果和结论如下:(1)几内亚建筑施工项目遇到的工期延误风险可以分为7类:与设备有关的风险;与客户/项目业主有关的风险;与外部因素有关的风险;与建筑材料有关的风险;与承包商(服务提供方)有关的风险;与顾问(设计办公室)有关的风险;与劳动力(工人)有关的风险。(2)几内亚建筑施工项目工期延误的13个关键风险是:设备和机械的高昂成本;腐败;延迟支付账单;建筑材料价格上涨;客户/项目业主遇到财务困难;不诚实;缺乏高科技设备;预融资能力低;低估或高估项目成本;设备和机械不可用;缺乏熟练劳动力;资源管理不善;材料交付缓慢。(3)提出了6项几内亚建筑施工项目工期延误风险管理对策,包括:适当的规划,有效的资源分配,公平、公正的合同协议,定期和系统的风险评估,清晰、有效的沟通,使用先进、实用的技术。研究成果对于全面了解几内亚建筑业的工期延误风险及其管理策略具有重要价值。一、研究背景、研究问题、研究目标和研究意义1.1研究背景建筑业在所有国家的经济发展中都发挥着至关重要的作用。正如各种研究所强调的那样,它有助于提高国内生产总值,创造就业机会并创造价值。一个国家的基础设施状况是其发展的一个重要因素。几内亚共和国在1958年获得独立后,经历了工厂、实验室、行政和公共建筑等建筑建设项目的激增。然而,自1984年以来,公共建筑面临着近20年的衰落。直到2011年,该国才经历了一场新的房地产热潮。尽管由于现有基础设施的破旧和人口的增加,对新基础设施的需求很大,但几内亚的基础设施融资仍然是一个重大挑战。从1990年到2016年,建筑业和采矿业对GDP的平均贡献率为17%,2017年和2011年,仅建筑业就分别占GDP的5.9%和6.3%。从2016年到2020年,基础设施所需投资的成本估计为321亿美元,在2019年的205个公共投资计划中,29%属于基础设施建设项目。尽管面临挑战,但该国对基础设施的扩张极为重视,这一点从建筑业的国民生产数据和指标中可以明显看出。然而,与其他行业一样,建筑项目从开始到结束,甚至在运营阶段都会面临风险,无论其规模、性质、复杂性和位置如何。几内亚共和国在实现项目执行的主要目标方面取得了一些令人不快的成果,包括臭名昭著的项目完成延迟、经常要求修改以及工作质量不足。因此,在项目规划和管理中纳入风险管理至关重要,以识别、分析和处理可能对项目目标不利的风险,尤其是对项目建设时间不利的风险。下表2举例说明了29个重要的延迟项目。1.2研究问题鉴于上述考虑,提出了以下研究问题:(1)几内亚建筑施工项目的工期延误风险有哪些?(2)工期延误风险在多大程度上影响了几内亚的建筑施工项目?(3)在几内亚,哪些风险对按时完成建筑施工项目影响最大?(4)应采取哪些措施来缓解影响几内亚建筑工程竣工时间的风险?1.3研究目标为了解决上述研究问题,本研究旨在确定几内亚共和国建筑施工项目中的主要工期延误风险及其相应的管理策略。具体而言,本研究旨在:(1)确定几内亚共和国建筑施工项目最常见的工期延误风险。(2)确定导致几内亚共和国建筑施工项目延误的关键风险。(3)建议有效管理几内亚共和国建筑施工项目工期延误风险的措施。1.4研究意义建筑业本质上是动态的,由于技术的不确定性、预算限制和开发过程,其特点是高风险事件。成本、时间、质量、环境、客户满意度以及健康和安全等因素会影响建筑施工项目的成功完成。在几内亚共和国,由于不同项目阶段的风险管理不足,建筑业在实现这些目标方面面临挑战。在几内亚共和国,由于技术和财政能力薄弱、项目设计不佳、缺乏质量控制以及国家发展预算延迟付款等因素,在指定时间内完成项目的效率低下。需要一个适当的风险管理框架来减轻这些风险的影响,而当地从业者和学术界尚未建立这一框架。风险管理是建筑行业的一个重要决策过程,使项目从业者能够识别和规划潜在风险。这项研究为几内亚共和国的建筑施工延误风险提供了见解,并提出了有效的管理策略。它将指导管理人员、承包商、客户和其他专业人员使用适当的风险管理工具开发和执行项目。此外,这项研究为几内亚共和国的建筑公司提供了最佳延时风险管理实践指南。二、研究方法选择合适的研究方法至关重要。本研究利用文献综述,根据利益相关者分类,确定施工延误的原因、影响和缓解方法。此外,该研究还进行了调查和排名分析,以收集和验证数据。本研究采用的研究方法包括三种:文献研究、调查研究和

Photovoltaic waste management in sub-Saharan Africa:current practices in Burkina Faso

Sub-Saharan Africa is witnessing a proliferation of photovoltaic(PV)waste due to the increasing number of solar PV power *** waste(panels,batteries,electrical cables,mounting structures,and inverters)consists of elements such as mercury,cadmium,chromium,lead,copper,aluminum,fluorinated compounds,and plastics that are toxic to human health and the environment if a proper management system is not *** many studies worldwide have focused on PV waste management,very few have been conducted in sub-Saharan *** study aims to investigate the current PV waste management system in Burkina Faso,determine stakeholder profiles,and propose strategies to enhance the existing *** research,interviews,questionnaires,and field visits were used in the *** survey showed that young people,mainly under 30 years of age and with a primary education,dominate(70%)in terms of PV waste collection and repair activities,while the more technical recycling and export activities are carried out mainly(88%)by stakeholders older than 40 years and with a secondary education(60%).Among the older stakeholders,100%are aware of the hazardous nature of PV waste,whereas 36%are young *** an environmental perspective,the main source of contamination observed is the release of lead-rich sulfuric acids into water and soil during the collection and repair *** the recycling of batteries and electrical cables,toxic fumes are emitted into the air,and recycling residues rich in toxic substances are *** reduce risks to human health and the environment when managing PV waste,the introduction of legislation,the multiplication of collection points and appropriate infrastructures,the training and awareness-raising of stakeholders,and the extended responsibility of manufacturers are *** on the economic feasibility of setting up formal management structures are needed to complete this work.

Prescription of Antibiotics in Oral-Dental Practice: Case of the Dental Practice at the Coyah Prefectoral Hospital in the Republic of Guinea 2019-2020

Introduction: Antibiotics are medications that have the property of destroying bacteria or preventing their proliferation. The aim of this study is to evaluate antibiotic prescriptions in oral practice: case of the dental office of the Coyah prefectural hospital. Methods: This is a descriptive cross-sectional study which took place from August 2019 to January 2020 inclusive, i.e. a duration of six (6) months, during which 400 patients were identified. Results: Our results revealed a frequency of 70% of antibiotic prescriptions. The 16 - 25-year-old age group was the most dismayed, at 47.25% and with an average age of 27.78 years. Men represent 55% compared to 45% of women, i.e. sex ratio of 1.22. Pulp gangrene was the most common pathology in 55% of cases. The most prescribed family was Betalactamine or 61.71% and the most represented molecules were Amoxicillin with 56.10% followed by Metronidazole or 34.16%. And the favorable prognosis was observed in 99% of cases. Conclusion: Prescription should always be based on the benefit-risk ratio. This prescription by practitioners aims to prevent or eradicate infections and pain in order to obtain a good therapeutic result.

Right Diaphragmatic Rupture with Passage of an Intrathoracic Ileal Segment Apropos of a Case and Review of the Literature at the Kankan Regional Hospital

Traumatic rupture of the right diaphragmatic dome with herniation of a segment of the hail into the thorax is a rare lesion. It is often the result of a thoraco-abdominal trauma. It can generally lead to early or late cardiopulmonary complications due to compression. The objective of this clinical case is to study the physiopathological mechanisms, the diagnostic and therapeutic modalities of this complication. The diagnosis is often difficult in front of a diaphragmatic rupture since there are no specific clinical signs. In our case, the clinical picture on arrival was that of a high occlusion in an immediate postoperative context. The X-ray which makes it possible to visualize the ascended organs but more difficultly the rupture itself could not be carried out. Treatment is essentially surgical. Although the thoracic approach is preferred by several surgeons because of the difficulties of exposing the diaphragm in the presence of the liver, we chose the abdominal approach instead. The postoperative course is made up of parietal suppuration.

Saffron(Crocus sativus L.) stigmas as a potential natural additive to improve oxidative stability attributes of sunflower(Helianthus annuus L.) oil stored under different conditions

The aim of our study was to explore the antioxidant potential of Moroccan saffron stigmas(SS) and examine their performance as a natural antioxidant in enhancing the stability and quality properties of edible sunflower oil(SO), with a focus on understanding the critical importance of edible oil stability for predicting quality deterioration during storage. Bearing this in mind, our research was designed to compare the efficacy of three concentrations of dried SS(at 0.2%, 0.3%, and 0.6%) against tocobiol(a synthetic antioxidant) as a positive control(at 0.3% concentration). This comparison was conducted under three distinct storage conditions namely accelerated ageing(60 ℃), exposure to light at ambient temperature, and darkness, to evaluate their impact on preventing severe oxidation and extending oil shelf-life. Oxidation state evolution was evaluated through peroxide value(PV), free fatty acid(FFA), anisidine value(p-AV), K_(270)value(conjugated trienes), total oxidation index(TOTOX), iodine value(IV), and fatty acid composition(FA). Our results revealed notable differences in stability tracking parameters. Specifically, these parameters were higher in samples stored under accelerated conditions, followed by the samples stored in ambient light, while those stored in darkness showed the highest stability among the three storage conditions. Supplementation of sunflower oil with SS and tocobiol significantly enhanced its oxidation stability. Notably, SS exhibited exceptional effectiveness in stabilizing sunflower oil regardless of SS dose, with the highest efficacy observed at 0.6%. This was evidenced by the slower rate of oxidation parameters under various storage conditions, highlighting a superior antioxidant activity compared to both the non-enriched oil and tocobiol-enriched oil.
