Crowdsourcing RTK:a new GNSS positioning framework for building spatial high-resolution atmospheric maps based on massive vehicle GNSS data

High-quality spatial atmospheric delay correction information is essential for achieving fast integer ambiguity resolution(AR)in precise ***,traditional real-time precise positioning frameworks(i.e.,NRTK and PPP-RTK)depend on spatial low-resolution atmospheric delay correction through the expensive and sparsely distributed CORS *** results in limited public *** the mass production of autonomous driving vehicles,more cost-effective and widespread data sources can be explored to create spatial high-resolution atmospheric *** this study,we propose a new GNSS positioning framework that relies on dual base stations,massive vehicle GNSS data,and crowdsourced atmospheric delay correction maps(CAM).The map is easily produced and updated by vehicles equipped with GNSS receivers in a crowd-sourced ***,the map consists of between-station single-differenced ionospheric and tropospheric *** introduce the whole framework of CAM initialization for individual vehicles,on-cloud CAM maintenance,and CAM-augmented user-end *** map data are collected and preprocessed in ***,the crowdsourced data are uploaded to a cloud *** massive data from multiple vehicles are merged in the cloud to update the CAM in ***,the CAM will augment the user positioning *** framework forms a beneficial cycle where the CAM’s spatial resolution and the user positioning performance mutually improve each *** validate the performance of the proposed framework in real-world experiments and the applied potency at different spatial *** highlight that this framework is a reliable and practical positioning solution that meets the requirements of ubiquitous high-precision positioning.

Integrated switches play a crucial role in the development of reconfigurable optical add-drop multiplexers(ROADMs)that have greater flexibility and compactness,ultimately leading to robust single-chip *** decades of research on switches with various structures and platforms,achieving a balance between dense integration,low insertion loss(IL),and polarization-dependent loss(PDL)remains a significant *** this paper,we propose and demonstrate a 32×4 optical switch using high-index doped silica glass(HDSG)for ROADM *** switch is designed to route any of the 32 inputs to the express ports or drop any channels from 32 inputs to the target 4 drop ports or add any of the 4 ports to any of the 32 express *** switch comprises 188 MachZehnder Interferometer(MZI)type switch elements,88 optical vias for the 44 optical bridges,and 618 waveguidewaveguide crossings with three-dimensional(3D)*** 1550 nm,the fiber-to-fiber loss for each express channel is below 2 dB,and across the C and L bands,below 3 *** each input channel to all 4 drop/add channels at 1550 nm,the loss is less than 3.5 dB and less than 5 dB across the C and L *** PDLs for all express and input channels to the 4 drop/add channels are below 0.3 dB over the C band,and the crosstalk is under−50 dB for both the C and L bands.

A reliable,efficient and electrically-pumped Si-based laser is considered as the main challenge to achieve the integration of all key building blocks with silicon *** the impressive advances that have been made in developing 1.3-μm Si-based quantum dot(QD)lasers,extending the wavelength window to the widely used 1.55-μm telecommunication region remains *** this study,we develop a novel photonic integration method of epitaxial growth of III-V on a wafer-scale InP-on-Si(100)(InPOS)heterogeneous substrate fabricated by the ion-cutting technique to realize integrated lasers on Si *** ion-cutting plus epitaxial growth approach decouples the correlated root causes of many detrimental dislocations during heteroepitaxial growth,namely lattice and domain *** this approach,we achieved state-of-the-art performance of the electrically-pumped,continuouswave(CW)1.55-μm Si-based laser with a room-temperature threshold current density of 0.65 kA/cm^(-2),and output power exceeding 155mW per facet without facet coating in CW *** lasing at 120℃ and pulsed lasing at over 130℃ were *** generic approach is also applied to other material systems to provide better performance and more functionalities for photonics and microelectronics.

Dynamic modulation of nodulation factor receptor levels by phosphorylation-mediated functional switch of a RING-type e3 ligase during legume nodulation

Transient experiments on a Prototype Pump with an Atypical Open Impeller for Different Discharge Valve Openings

In order to obtain the transient characteristics of a low-speed centrifugal pump during the start-up and shutdown stages,dedicated experimental tests were conducted with eight different valve opening *** Pearson correlation coefficient was used to reveal the linear correlation between *** to the results,the stable rotational speed decreases with increasing valve opening(rotational speed decreases from approximately 1472 to 1453 r/min),while the stable shaft power exhibits an increasing trend(shaft power increases from approximately 0.242 to 0.390 kW).The stable time and zeroing time of each parameter during start-up and shutdown processes vary,with the flow zeroing time significantly increasing with the relative flow,reaching up to 10.468 s,while the shaft power zeroing time is roughly between 1.219 and 1.375 *** results demonstrate that with increasing valve opening,the stable and zeroing time of flow significantly increase(|r|greater than 0.95),while the stable and zeroing time of rotational speed,power,and head display a smaller sensitivity on the valve opening(|r|less than 0.6).

Role of feline ANP32 proteins in regulating polymerase activity of influenza A virus

Recently,increasing natural infection cases and experimental animal challenge studies demonstrated domestic cats are susceptible to multiple subtypes influenza A virus(IAV)***,some subtype IAV strains could circulate in domestic cats after cross-species transmission and even infected humans,posing a threat to public *** factors related to viral polymerase activity could determine host range of IAV and acidic nuclear phosphoprotein 32(ANP32)is the most important one among ***,role of cat-derived ANP32 on viral polymerase activity and host range of IAV is still *** the present study,a total of 10 feline ANP32(feANP32)splice variants(including 5 feANP32A,3 feANP32B,and 2 feANP32e)were obtained from domestic cats by *** alignment results demonstrated amino acid deletions and/or insertions occurred among feANP32 variants,but all feANP32 proteins were primarily localized to cell *** replication systems for several representative IAV strains were established and the support ability of feANP32 on IAV polymerase activity was *** results indicated that most feANP32A and feANP32B splice variants were able to support all the tested IAV strains,though the support activity of a single feANP32 protein on polymerase activity varied among different IAV *** addition,the role of feANP32 in supporting H3N2 canine influenza virus was determined by investigating viral replication in ***,our study systematically investigated the support activity of feANP32 on IAV,providing a clue for further exploring the mechanism of susceptibility of cats to IAV.
