Immunotherapy becomes a promising line of treatment for breast cancer(BC)however,its success rate is still ***:The study was designed to optimize the condition for producing an effective dendritic cell(DCs)based immunotherapy by using DCs and T lymphocytes together with tumor-inﬁltrating lymphocytes(TILs)and tumor-inﬁltrating DCs(TIDCs),treated with anti-PD1 and anti-CTLA4 monoclonal *** mixture of immune cells was co-cultured with autologous breast cancer cells(BCCs)isolated from 26 BC ***:There was a signiﬁcant upregulation of CD86 and CD83 on DCs(p=0.001 and 0.017,respectively),similarly upregulation of CD8,CD4 and CD103 on T cells(p=0.031,0.027,and 0.011,respectively).While there was a signiﬁcant downregulation of FOXP3 and combined ***8 expression on regulatory T cells(p=0.014 for both).Increased CD8/Foxp3 ratio(pere downregulated on BCCs(p=0.01,0.021,and 0.015,respectively).There was a signiﬁcant increase in interferon-γ(IFN-γ,pe dehydrogenase(LDH,p=0.02),and a signiﬁcant decrease in vascular endothelial growth factor(VeGF,pein *** expression of FOXP3 and Programmed cell death ligand 1(PDL-1)were downregulated in BCCs(pe antigen-4(CTLA4,p=0.02),Programmed cell death 1(PD-1,pere signiﬁcantly downregulated in T ***:ex-vivo activation of immune cells(DCs,T cells,TIDCs,and TILs)with immune checkpoint inhibitors could produce a potent and effective BC ***,these data should be validated on an experimental animal model to be transferred to the clinical setting.

The structural, dielectric and magnetic properties of pure and Fe-Co co-doped Ba0.9Sr0.1TiO3, (Ba(1-x)SrxTiO3, where (x = 0.10) and (Ba0.9Sr0.1Ti(1-x-y)FexCoyO3), where (x = 0.1, y = 0) and (x = 0 and y = 0.10) and (x = 0.5, y = 0.5) in powder form, abbreviated as (BST) and (BST10FO), (BST10CO) and (BST5F5CO), respectively were prepared by a modified sol gel technique. Crystallization, surface morphology and electrical behavior of BST are improved by Fe3+ and Co2+ ions with optimized grain size. Phase identification by using X-ray diffraction and surface morphology will be studied by using transmission electron microscope (TeM) and scanning electron microscope imaging (SeM). Phase identification by using X-ray diffraction and surface morphology evaluation by using transmission electron microscope (TeM) and scanning electron microscope imaging (SeM) will be studied. The nano-scale presence and the formation of the tetragonal perovskite phase as well as the crystallinity were detected using the mentioned techniques. The dielectric properties of the prepared samples have been investigated as a function of temperature and frequency. The dielectric measurements are carried out in the frequency range of 42 Hz - 1 MHz, at temperature ranging between 25°C and 250°C. The results showed an abrupt decrease in the dielectric permittivity by increasing the frequency range. The magnetic hysteresis loop confirmed enhancement in the magnetization properties by co-doping with Fe3+-Co2+ ions. An increase in the saturation of the magnetization at room temperature was detected by decreasing the crystallite sizes of the prepared samples.

Background:Larval source management(LSM),which requires an understanding of the ecology and composition of the local mosquito fauna,is an important parameter in successful vector control *** present study was conducted to understand the distribution of larval habitats,species composition and factors associated with the seasonal abundance of mosquito larvae in Gezira irrigation Scheme in Gezira state,central ***:Cross-sectional larval surveys were carried out in the communities of Barakat(urban)and el-Kareiba(semi-urban),in Wad Madani,Gezira.A standard dipper was used for sampling larvae in all possible breeding sites and enamel bowls were employed for larvae *** were characterised using physical features and all larvae specimens were identified ***:A total of 331 larval habitats were surveyed,out of which 166 were found to be positive breeding sites for Anopheles(56.78%),Culicinae(29.67%)and Aedes(13.55%)species.A total of 5525 larvae collected were categorised as Culex(2617,47.37%),Anopheles(2600,47.06%)and Aedes(308,5.57%).There was a high number of positive habitats during the rainy season,while the lowest proportion was reported during the hot dry season,in both study sites(Barakat[χ^(2)=10.641,P=0.0090],el-Kareiba[χ^(2)=23.765,P=0.0001]).The main breeding site for Anopheles larvae was leaking water pipes(51.5%),followed by irrigation channels(34.2%),hoof prints(6.4%),tyre tracks(5.5%)and water tanks(2.4%).A logistic regression analysis showed that the abundance of Anopheles larvae was reduced by the presence of predators(backswimmers,tadpoles)and grass *** productivity(number of adult females emerged/m2)was not homogeneousfor all habitats;the highest productivity was found in irrigation channels(0.78 females/m2)for Anopheles,and in septic tanks(2.86 females/m2)for Culicinae and(0.86 females/m2)for *** arabiensis was found to be the dominant Anopheles *** study documented the pres

A Multi-Stage Security Solution for Medical Color Images in Healthcare Applications

This paper presents a robust multi-stage security solution based on fusion,encryption,and watermarking processes to transmit color healthcare images,*** presented solution depends on the features of discrete cosine transform(DCT),lifting wavelet transform(LWT),and singular value decomposition(SVD).The primary objective of this proposed solution is to ensure robustness for the color medical watermarked images against transmission *** watermark embedding,the host color medical image is transformed into four sub-bands by employing three stages of *** resulting low-frequency sub-band is then transformed by employing three stages of DCT followed by SVD ***,a fusion process is used for combining different watermarks into a single watermark *** single fused image is then ciphered using Deoxyribose Nucleic Acid(DNA)encryption to strengthen the ***,the DNA-ciphered fused watermark is embedded in the host medical image by applying the suggested watermarking technique to obtain the watermarked *** main contribution of this work is embedding multiple watermarks to prevent identity *** the presence of different multimedia attacks,several simulation tests on different colormedical images have been *** results prove that the proposed security solution achieves a decent imperceptibility quality with high Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio(PSNR)values and high correlation between the extracted and original watermark ***,the watermark image extraction process succeeds in achieving high efficiency in the presence of attacks compared with related works.

Coronaviruses caused an outbreak pandemic disease characterized by a severe acute respiratory distress syndrome leading to the infection of more than 200 million patients and the death of more than 4 million *** primary treatment is either supportive or *** products have an important role in the development of various ***,screening of natural compounds with reported antiviral activities can lead to the discovery of potential inhibitory entities against *** the current study,an in-silico molecular docking experiment was conducted on the effects of some of these natural antiviral phytoconstituents,(e.g.,procyanidin B2,theaflavin,quercetin,ellagic acid,caffeoylquinic acid derivatives,berginin,eudesm-1β,6α,11-triol and arbutin),on the crystal structure of SARS-CoV-2 main protease(PDB ID:6w63)using AutoDock-Vina *** of the docked compounds revealed good binding affinity,with procyanidin B2(–8.6 Kcal/mol)and theaflavin(–8.5 Kcal/mol)showing a better or similar binding score as the ligand(–8.5 Kcal/mol).Molecular dynamics simulations were carried out at 100 ns and revealed that procyanidin B2 forms a more stable complex with SARS-CoV-2 main protease than *** B2,theaflavin,and 4,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid were evaluated for toxicity by ProTox-II webserver and were non-toxic according to the predicted LD50 values and safe on different organs and ***,these phytoconstituents showed good ADMe properties and acceptable lipophilicity,as evaluated using *** the tested compounds,procyanidin B2 showed the highest lipophilic *** is worth mentioning that these natural inhibitiors of SARS-CoV-2 main protease are components of green and black tea that can be used as a supporting supplement for COVID patients or as potential nuclei for further drug design and development campaigns.

Reproductive Biology of the Striped Seabream Lithognathus mormyrus （Linnaeus, 1758） from AI-Haneah Fishing Site, Mediterranean Sea, eastern Libya

Reproductive biology of L. mormyrus was studied using monthly samples totaling 224 fish obtained from AI-Haneah fishing site, eastern Libya Mediterranean Sea. Lengths of the examined fish ranged between 11.5 cm and 23.4 cm. Corresponding weights were 24.5 g and 160.8 g. The minimum values of the condition factors, KF and Kc, were 1.38 and 1.21 at the average fish length of 12.4 cm. These values increased with increases in length until they reached maximum values of 1.59 and 1.41 at the length of 22.1 cm. The high values of KF and Kc, Gonado-Somatic Index and oocyte diameter maintained during May, June, July, and August and the monthly changes in gonadal condition, indicated that summer was the breeding season of L. mormyrus. The oocyte diameter ranged between 379± 25.3 μ and 1,511 ± 143.3μ （n = 76） with an average of 895 ± 111.3 μ. The sex ratio was in favor of females during all months of the study. The overall sex ratio was 1 ： 1.52. Length at first maturity, Ls0, for L. mormyrus was found to be 14.15 cm for males and 14.45 for females. Overall average of absolute fecundity was 4,342±557 egg per fish （n = 45）. The overall average of relative fecundity was 234± 181 egg per cm. Absolute fecundity increased with increasing fish length.

The Gulf of Aqaba (GOA) is unique as it contains significant percentage of the world’s natural marine biodiversity. This unique environment is potentially vulnerable to pollution particularly at its northern tip. One of the major activities affecting the environment of the gulf is the man-made desalination plants that abstract sea water and dispose desalinated brine. In this context, the paper discusses the impact of the abstract and disposal activities on the GOA environment. A 3D hydrodynamic model was developed to cover the GOA. Relevant data were collected for 3D hydrodynamic modeling construction. Delft-3D model developed by Deltares was applied in this study. The 3D model reliability was confirmed since the model results have revealed the existence of a structure of primary eddies along the axis of the Gulf which was previously reported by different researchers. Further numerical simulations were carried out by incorporating various alternatives of seawater abstraction and desalinated brine disposal off the north and north east coast of the GOA. The developed GOA hydrodynamic model, at the present stage, is preliminary where the results provide qualitative assessment on the potential impacts on the water circulation. Accordingly, this study is considered a pace ahead for a better model development and validation in the future studies.

AIM:To identify blood donors with occult hepatitis B virus(HBV) infection(OBI) to promote safe blood ***:Descriptive cross sectional study was conducted on 3167 blood donors negative for hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg),hepatitis C antibody(HCV Ab) and human immunodeficiency virus *** were subjected to the detection of alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate transaminase(AST) and screening for anti-HBV core antibodies(total) by two different techniques;[Monoliza antibodies to hepatitis B core(Anti-HBc) Plus-Bio-Rad] and(ARC-HBc total-ABBOT).Positive samples were subjected to quantitative detection of antibodies to hepatitis B surface(anti-HBs)(eTI-AB-AUK-3,Dia Sorin-Italy).Serum anti-HBs titers > 10 IU/L was considered *** HBV DNA by real time polymerase chain reaction(PCR)(QIAGeN-Germany) with 3.8 IU/mL detection limit was estimated for blood units with negative serum anti-HBs and also for 32 whose anti-HBs serum titers were > 1000 IU/***,265 recipients were included,34 of whom were followed up for 3-6 *** were investigated for ALT and AST,HBV serological markers:HBsAg(eTI-MAK-4,Dia Sorin-Italy),anti-HBc,quantitative detection of anti-HBs and ***:525/3167(16.6%) of blood units were positive for total anti-HBc,64% of those were antiHBs *** by ARCHITeCT anti-HBc assay were carried out for 498/525 anti-HBc positive samples,where 451(90.6%) confirmed *** for anti-HBc was considered confirmed only if two positive results were obtained for each sample,giving an overall prevalence of 451/3167(14.2%) for total *** DNA was quantified by real time PCR in 52/303(17.2%) of anti-HBc positive blood donors(viral load range:5 to 3.5 x 105 IU/mL) with a median of 200 IU/mL(mean:1.8 x 104 ± 5.1 x 104 IU/mL).AntiHBc was the only marker in 68.6% of *** and multivariate logistic analysis for identifying risk factors associated with anti-HBc and HBV-DNA positivity a

Positron-excited Lithium Atom Collisions

The inelastic scattering of positrons by excited lithium alkali atoms Li*(2p) have been investigated within the frame work of the coupled-static and frozen-core approximations with the assumption that the elastic and rearrangement channels are open. In the present work, a rather complicated computer code is developed based on the coupled-static, frozen-core and Green’s function partial wave expansion technique. The partial and total elastic and positronium (Ps) formation cross sections of e+-Li*(2p) are calculated through a wide range of incident energy of positrons ranging from 0.3 eV to 1000 eV. Also, we have calculated the partial and total elastic and rearrangement (reversal of the Ps formation) cross sections of Ps-Li+ collisions through the low, intermediate and high energy regions. The effect of polarization potential of the Ps atom is taken into our consideration. The total cross sections which corresponding to twelve partial cross sections (calculated at twelve values of the total angular momentum l = 0 to l = 11) are calculated for each channel. Our calculated total positronium formation cross sections are compared with experimental results and those calculated by other authors. The present calculations encourage the experimental physicists to carry out positron-lithium experiments by taking the excited lithium target into accounts in order to obtain more positronium especially in the low and intermediate energy regions.

Black cumin (em>Nigella sativaem> L.) the highly aggregate valuable medicinal plant was field cultivated for two subsequent seasons (2018, 2019) designed as factorial split plot based on randomized complete block with 3 replications. The main factors 4 elicitors: salicylic acid, (SA) Nano-selenium (NPs), yeast (YS) chitosan (CH) and (e0), control. Whereas, the sub-main plot 4 biofertilizers, dray Moringa leaves extract, (MLe), neem dray leaves extract (NMe), humic acid (HA) and traditional (NPK) chemical fertilizer as control. Allied statistical analysis of variance revealed that biotic and abiotic elicitors coincide biofertilizer and NPK chemical fertilizer actuated significant positive impacts, dray seed, seed fixed oil, seed essential oil yield production. Also, significantly amelioration bioactive major fatty acids content of seed fixed oil (linolenic > carvone) dihydrolenoleic > oleic) as well as major terpens content of seed essential oil (P-cymene > thnymoquione > Penine). Consequently, multi-repeating elicitation cod be considered reliable strategy achieve sustainable development for em>N-sativaem> under, biotic elicitor coincide biofertilizers that excel abiotic elicitors coincide biofertilizer which excel biotic or abiotic elicitors coincide NPK traditional chemical fertilizer.
